I frequent this laundromat. The staff are very nice. It very comfortable here.

One of the ladies that works there is so rude and disrespectful. The other day which was my first day there I’d explained to her that I needed my money back because the clothes didn’t dry she got mad at me and disrespected me! She continued to argue even though I wasn’t even speaking to her I was speaking to a much nicer employee that worked there. Her professionalism was not there at all! So disappointed with the service there. They need to update their dryers way too old!

Hello Ive been a costumer since this laundromat open and it has change a lot. The owners do not care about this business and the employees do as they like along with the outside people who hang drink and do as they like. As far as the washing machine and drying they always dirty full of dust... I wont ever wash my clothes and dont recommend at all!

Hello. Ive been a client of the laundromat over 5 years. Last Wednesday I noticed how much things have changed, nor the employee and the owners put the same work as before. The machines are never clean enough for your clothes to come as clean as before. The dryer machines In specific are not clean just full of dust! The maintenance is just not as before. Moreover, the hanging around the laundromat even people from the outside that dont work here is inappropriate, dont know if the owners are aware of the manner but please work with us client! We want the old aqua Laundrant back. Is not fair because we spend cash here and we deserve the best of the best ALWAYS! Ive never complaint of this manner but is time we work On something to bring this place to be like before. If things dont go as before the sad truth is soon this place will lose many clients.

Clean and spacious store!

I have been a customer at this location >10 years. I initially started with wash and fold but with blankets and duvets it gets extremely expensive. Nevertheless, the wash and fold service is completed within 24-48 hours. Very small space with very competitive prices compared to other laundromats within 5 block radius.

Overpriced; mediocre service. It’s only asset is that it’s 24/7 so I was able to pick up my clothes late.

Multiple dryers always broken even the ones that “work” have metal parts broken that snag clothing. Been here many times and never had a good experience.....

Water might be recycled. Just not to find if smell of clothes after. Just an opinion you be judge

Its sooooo small and everyones fighting there way to a dryer!! The best time to go is after 11pm
