The machines look fairly new. It is clean & spacious, but the attendant is not very helpful. Another customer had to help me.

Havent been to the laundromat in over 7 yrs but I am glad they e upgraded this place and the machines and staff are WAYYY better than what I remember.

The dryers could be cleaned out a little better.There I gum stuck inside the dryers.The attendant that works here was very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Good place to wash, very spacious, quiet for piece of mind, wish dryers added more minutes per Quarter to your drying time, but overall, clothes do come out clean.

Its kept clean, although a better job could be done. Half of the machines need to be upgraded.

Been doing laundry here for years

Workers are nice, facilities are average. HOWEVER- they do not enforce the mask policy for guests, and this makes doing laundry the very stressful.

New machines and well kept

Drying Machines are horrible. Workers are pleasant and respectful. But the dryer machines need to be updated and so do the washing machines.

I called to ask for pricing and was told that they vary based on size, which I was aware of. So I then asked for the pricing for the large medium and small machines and the answer was an ended call. So, I called back because I thought maybe the call mightve dropped but no one picked up. I called a few more times and the phone was picked up but no one said anything. It seemed like I was put on mute so I could stop calling. I think for someone thats trying to use their service and give them their money, thats quite rude. It was just so simple to tell me the pricing of the machines but that seemed too much for the lady. Ive never washed there but from the short convo I wont start. Management doesnt seem great or professional.

Pretty good place. Used one of the smaller washing machines and it seemed to work fine. Dryer was ok though, put my clothes in for about 15 minutes at the high setting and they were still a bit wet. Staff is friendly and prices were mostly fair.

As of Jun 23, 2019 -- NO DRYERS, wash only.They say there is a gas problem.... go one one block over to Amsterdam, theres a perfectly good laundromat there ;)

They SEVERELY OVER CHARGE!! I use to give my business to this place all the time, the owners made disparaging comments to me & my partner. Complained about the amount.Since taking business else where - same amount over $$100.00 cheaper. I love giving business to small business, however YOU will never get my money again.In addition since the new turn over to new management the clothes do not smell as clean. They also damaged my clothes many times and never made told me or made amends for it. The turn over has been terrible for this place.There are new cleaner places around the uws use them. Also pick up delivery really free and prices are listed.

This place is a RIP OFF. After the management made a few changes one of the changes were made to the wash machines. The wash machines barely wash. I been going here for years and never have I experienced anything like it before. The long wash cycles in the past were 30-35 minutes. Now it feels as if it was reduced to 25 minutes for a long cycle wash. The clothes are not properly washed. The management has signs stating not to use to much detergent because they’re not responsible if the clothes don’t wash well. Are you kidding? Fix your wash machines and stop ripping people off.

Where i go wash clothes very early. Afternoon hours depending on days is packed. Although I have laundry room in my building perfer Wash Well coin.

Nice place just need to provide toilet paper and soap for hand wash after using the bathroom😰

A good walk from where I live, but roomy and easy to complete your chore there. Nice People work there. Good machines.

Like the experience of just going in and getting out I find mornings best time to wash & dry... But some of the machines need a little TLC...

Dryers have been fixed. A bit pricey but good service.
