I’ve been dropping off my laundry for wash and fold here for 2 years. I have never had a bad experience. They have not lost any items and are very friendly when I come in. The service is done in a very timely manner. I’ve never had a faster laundry service in the area

I needed to dry a sock yes a sock a semi wet sock at 1:30am (stepped in a puddle) I found this laundromat which is 24hrs YAHTZEE is what Im thinking but when I get there I have to purchase a laundry card?(5$ for the card with 3$ on it & you get 2$ when you return the card) I wasnt doing that the lady that is working either doesnt speak English or is extremely rude Im going to say shes both. I ask someone there would he be willing to swipe his card for me & I give him the 50 cent he did. So for 50 cents I dried 1 semi wet for 20 minutes which was still semi damp at the end of the cycle (The temp was Medium for 12 minutes then I switched it to Hot) This place is a rip off go somewhere else if you can

I take my laundry here weekly and drop it off for wash and fold. It’s always done in a timely manner, and folded beautifully. The women who work here are extremely friendly…except one. . .and that’s why I’m not giving a five star review. There is one woman that is incredibly rude. She doesn’t speak English very well, and maybe I’m misreading her. Perhaps she is not being rude, and I’m just getting lost in translation…but she seems to get very angry if you ask her to explain something more than once, or if you have to explain something to her more than once. It’s very frustrating.

The new ownership of this establishment are awful they dont know what theyre doing theyve lost laundry that I dropped off Supplies that Ive left to be used on my laundry. They are rude For a neighborhood like Harlem you cannot treat the people in the neighborhood the way that they do its better to go down to the East River and beat your laundry on a rock. The washers and dryers are old and antiquated there have been at least 2 fires in the past 8 monthsSo be very careful if you do your laundry At this ghetto laundry man

Half of their machines are broken washes and dryers. there ATM charge me Is a widraw of you. And didnt dispense any cash.My money still tied up with the atm company. Get cash before you set foot in this dirty place cause you will not get any help from the staff.

DO NOT GO HERE! My clothes have been ruin/burn because of the dryers! The management doesn’t take responsibility for their machine that don’t work. The dryer will burn your clothes but if you wait for 2 minutes when you get home they are wet. One wormer is extremely rude. When I show her my bed sheet that were burn she said that they don’t take responsibility for what the machine does! HOW IF ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SEE IF THE MACHINE WORK because people are paying money to get a good service.

This place is a JOKE! Do not go here. People claim to have seen bedbugs inside, however, I have only dropped my clothes off for wash and fold and that was a MISTAKE. I dropped off one bag of black clothes, one bag of white clothes and also took them my own soap and bleach. They were all in separate bags. When I picked up my clothes, my blacks were ruined with bleach stains all over them. The manager has done nothing to help and Ive been trying to resolve the issue for 2 weeks now. The manager told me it was my fault because I had everything in one bag and the bleach spilled in the bag - that is a lie. Im not stupid enough to have a container of bleach in the same bag as my clothes. The manager even told me over the phone that I am a joke. He is the most unprofessional manager Ive ever spoken to. I only gave one star because I have to in order to leave the review.

Staff should speak better english

Was there today and the dryers caught on fire. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The laundry cards are 5$. Washers are pricey. And 25¢ for dryers but they still leave your clothes wet if you pay for 30 mins or so. And the lady told me dryer fires happens often. SO WHY TF IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN?

Got new management. Fired good workers and dryers are horrible. However its the closes big laundry to use.

This laundromat needs a major upgrade.. the mechanic are outdated I put so much soap and fabric softener still my clothes dont smell or look clean. I dried 2 full size sheets 2 towels and a pillow 2.25 and it was still damp. Asked the guys who was on the late night shift and he seemed confused.... half the dryers are not working what is there to be confused about. Someone needs to clean the filters in these machines.. The laundromat at my job and in lower Manhattan I literally wash and dry my clothes for 8.50 total. I almost spent $15 at this place just to come home and hang up damp clothing..

Went here once at around 1 am and was pleasantly surprised. A bit run down but the guy working was nice said hello on the way in, answered questions etc. I went tonight at about 10 pm and stood at the windows waiting for service for 10 min while the girl working talked to her boyfriend. I asked to change a few dollars in dimes for quarters or dollars. She said no. I thanked her for her time and left. Id rather do my laundry another day than go to a place which does not value customers time or money for that matter. There are about 5 cleaner, politer, and cheaper laundry places in a 5 block radius that I would rather go to from now on. Save yourself the hassle. Walk the extra block to a place that will treat you with respect.

The only place to do your own clothes and not be pestered.

I had my laundry returned it terrible condition. Smelly and very wrinkled. You think theyll atealst get the folding right. I wouldnt recommend this place if you care about your clothes. Super Ghetto...

My wife was washing clothes there. My clothes are still wet. I came back to them to see if they can help. The Spanish lady didnt want to help.

The only reason I even gave it 1 star is because the machines work (enough to get the job done). I arrived at 9:25 to start my laundry and buy detergent. THE ATTENDENT WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. I went to the bank and came back and still, NO ATTENDENT. Other customers began trying to help me look for staff but we all failed. 10 am she gets out of a blue car and strolls in lazily. I told her Id been waiting over 30mins for service and that Id like the number/email of the manager/owner. She got defensive and rude and told me in making a big deal about nothing, that she didnt care, and that she wouldnt give me the contact info. She then asked me what I needed, rolled her eyes, smirked and proceeded to give me the product.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!it should also be noted that I searched for manager info online to file a grievance, but couldnt find anything other than the name Aaron Rogicki.

I have a full time job so I dont have time to do laundry. Instead, I usually leave my laundry to be washed and folded at a laundromat and pay by weight. You would expect that if you drop off your laundry to be washed, that you will get all of it back.This laundromat had managed to lose 2 lbs of my clothing (13 lbs total originally). When I confronted the manager about the problem, she states the 2 lbs difference was from dirt. When I said that this was nonsense, she became all defensive and very unprofessional.I will be taking my business elsewhere. Also those 2 lbs turned out to be various numbers of socks and boxers.

The fact that this place is open 24-hours is a significant reason by itself to rate this laundrymat with 4 stars. The machines are older and take quarters rather than a payment card. The washers are more expensive than the average for the area.

The staff is always professional enjoyable but there always a number of broken machine washers and dryers its appalling
