These guys were great until recently. Now some days they just dont answer the phone at all, no busy signal or voicemail, but theyre open when I walk by. Too inconsistent, have to go somewhere else unfortunately.

I am filing a civil suit and a police report for felony theft. Stay away from this place!!!They are irresponsible, rude, and completely unconcerned with lost clothing. We are filing a police report today and filing in court on Monday for furs we purchased at over $30,000.We placed three fur coats whose total purchase prices are in excess of $30,000 in storage with VIP last spring. One silver blue fox, one sheared mink and one Fendi mink.We called two weeks ago to have the coats taken out of storage.They said they would be ready in one week.Last week, we went to pick up the coats. Cesar at the front desk said the number on the claim check were not in his computer (!) We said Are these your claim checks? He said yes, but the numbers are not in the computer. He looked at us like he had answered our questions.We were amazed. Where are they?I dont know. Stares at us.Who does know?Maybe my boss.What is his nameMr HanWhere is your Boss?At the factoryWhat is his number?I will call him. I will give him your number. I cant do nothingThat was a week ago. Since that time we have received no call and no communication. We have stopped by three times and each time Cesar is at the front desk. He is rude, unconcerned and flippant. He says he can or will not do anything but he will ask Mr Han to call us.Today I called him again and he said, again, that Mr Han would call me. I asked for Mr Hans number. He refused to give it to me. Then he hung up on me.I have tried to work with Cesar, Far from quality service, he is arrogantly rude, unresponsive and disrespectful. Mr Han, if he really exists, is an absentee manager . He has made no effort to contact us. I would expect some concern and embarrassment if they had only lost a shirt. The complete lack of responsibility and concern they are showing for a loss of this magnitude is staggering.I will update this post when I hear from the invisible Mr Han, and as my police report and lawsuit progress.In the meantime I suggest you stay away
