This father/son duo did a great job on my wool overcoat. I needed the arms shortened and was a bit hesitant at first because the entire sleeve would have to be separated, removed, and then tailored from the shoulder down. But they did a tremendous job - really professional work by both father and son. Beyond the tailoring itself, their customer service is top notch - very clear communication on timing and expectations, and you can tell they really take pride in their work. Its difficult to find hardworking, professional tailors who charge honest prices, but I think I might have found the one!

I brought in 2 pairs of jean that needed shortening and taking in. When I came the next day to pick them them up I was offered to try them on in the fitting room which was private and clean. The Jeans fit perfectly as if they were made for me and exactly how I wanted them. Only tailor I come to and trust with my clothing. Highly recommend anyone that needs anything done to come here. Amazing experience.

Holy Mother of G-d, its a miracle! After three very reputable tailors told me the tear in the seat of my pants was impossible to repair, this awesome father/son duo came to the rescue. Not only did they fix the rip, they matched the cross-stitching perfectly to the pants as to make the repair virtually imperceptible.I was so impressed with their work, I took the jacket I was wearing off my back and gave it to them to tailor for a more athletic fit.This is my tailor for as long as I live in this area.

I am very picky with how I like my clothes tailored and they completely blew me out of the water. I brought 3 dresses and a pair of pants to be fixed and they fit so beautifully after my visit to this tailor shop. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to get their clothes altered to their specific needs.

I came to Asilah Tailoring with a couple pair of pants that needed hemming.First let me say this place is very clean and organized compared to other Tailoring/Alteration shops have been to in the NYC area.They were very professional from taking my measurements to organizing when I can come back to pick up, which was later that afternoon.When I came back later that afternoon they asked me if I wanted to try them on to make sure everything fit well and I kindly accepted. They have a fitting room which is private and very nicely put together. Once I put on the jeans and looked in the mirror I knew I found a new tailor. The tailor Elkhou is amazing and I will definitely be back. 5 stars for sure.
