Worst customer service ever! Booked a flight for April 2020, it was cancelled due to pandemic. When I spoke w customer service I had the choice of rebooking for a later date or refund. I picked the fall...hoping to see my friends and family in Fl. I made sure to ask if it was still refundable, I was told yes. Fast fwd. 6 months...my outbound flight is cancelled, and I could not go anyway due to state to state restrictions. Upon calling Frontier, they now say my flight is nonrefundable, due to using a credit voucher from previous res. Lets wrap this up... After spending over an hour on the phone on hold waiting for a manager, the answer was there is nothing they can do about it except for give me a travel voucher that has to be used within the next 6 months. HA! Keep in mind they are not taking any responsibility for the fact that I had no outbound flight because it was cancelled This nice young man who clearly knows more than the rest of us, said Im sure itll be better by then and you can travel. HA! He said there were very few states that are having the quarantine issue New York and I didnt hear anything after that because guess what Im from New York! Needless to say I am fed up!!
They are unscrupulous!! They try to charge you double and will cancel your flight with or without provocation, they promised me a $17 refund since August they never came through!!!!! Disgusting!¡
