Please dont book with them at all. Bad customer service, I called them more than 10 times no answer at all. I waited for them more than 1 hour and no answer at all. I am wondering who is their manager. They canceled my ticket without any notice and I didnt get an alternative option. For me, it was a terrible experience.

This is the worse airline in the world. They steal your money and laugh in your face. My flight was canceled due to Covid-19 and it clearly states on their website that they will either provide a EMD Voucher for up to two (2) years or a full refund with no penalties. Its just false advertisement to get the consumer to think they are doing right by their customers. They dont offer any of this and when I spoke to a representative he stated the website is wrong, Really? The company website is wrong. Dont book this with this airline, the have shady business practices that will rob you and leave you with nothing. Avoid booking with RJ at all cost. Fyi, any great reviews on here is from their own staff trying to boost their company status. As a consumer you have the option to believe the fake reviews posted by an RJ staff member or listen to reviews posted by real customers who were robbed by this company. I will never forgive them for stealing from me and no refunding me my money for my tickets.

The worst airlines ever.I had a flight at 6th of April 2020 from JFK to Amman. The flight got canceled as many other flights due to Covid19 but those airlines want to charge $350 for cancellation if I want the mone back in order to book another airlines.The dont have a flights and they dont want to give us our money back in full as other airlines did all over the world.I will never take those airlines again.

This is one of the worst Airlines to fly. Customer service at every level is terrible. People on the ground in Jordan are rude and they take advantage of foreigners. On our recent trip to Jordan, we paid extra $900 bucks for a flight from Jordan to Egypt for which we already paid because of the sales people we lazy and gave us the wrong information about a flight. We had to pay for the change fee and price difference. They held us hostage at the airport. We sat around for 5 hours because they wont help us or speak English to us. There are vultures. We would advise everyone to avoid this airline at every cost. We filed a complaint with the Airline but no one ever came back to us with a solution.
If there is less than 1 star i would give them less! First they lose my bag. When they finally bring it back the lock i put there wasnt on it! And on top of that there were items stolen from my bag! I kept calling their office in new york and they never reply! This is the worst airline there is!
Ive flown with 21 different airlines, this is by far the WORSE airline on the planet. They have horrific services, terrible flight experience with poorly taken careof outdated planes. They also charged me a fee to cance a flight within 3 hours after booking it. They are a bunch of theives. The most horrific airline ever.

Customer Service is terrible! Had booked a multi-segment flight with RJ. Apparently, if you decide to cancel the first segment and just leave from the second instead, you will be penalized and forced to pay for ticket reissuing. For me that was $1100 extra. Avoid this airline!
I could not even get through to them. I tried multiple times and they did not pick up. I am trying to file a claim for lost luggage, but I can not do anything about it because they will not even pick up the phone to deny it or allow it.
