Checking in with Korean Airline was a complete nightmare. Their app has terrible ratings and was almost unusable. Their website using any type of mobile device was also a complete nightmare. Only after an hour on the phone with multiple agents were my wife and I able to check in. I would not recommend Korean Airlines to anyone planning on traveling.
