Not impressed. Went inside with my wife for a pedicure. The chairs were old and barely worked. The place looked a little dirty too. The cupholders in the chairs were disgusting. There wasnt a long wait because they have plenty of staff.

This is a well rounded and friendly place. They make you feel that they are really in the customer service business. The services I had were supreme.

This is the best place for dip powder nails in Nashville. Their pedicures and other services are excellent too! I especially appreciate that during COVID, once they were allowed to open again, they had lots of safety precautions in place and they actually followed them! I get dip powder nails done regularly and this place is great every time. Also, they always have HGTV on and their online scheduling tool works great and makes everything very easy.

Worst customer service, for a first time client, they should provide a good service. I wasn’t happy with the service I asked for and they charge me for a design that I didn’t like it and was just a line not even a print or design.

Had Leon do my nails and I am so happy with them. His nature and professionalism are wonderful. He has a new regular with me.

We had an appointment and were in turn treated like we were nonexistent. We waited 30+ minutes at the pedicure station, and not one worker came to check on us or even fill our water. It was apparent we were nor a priority. The front desk person only used hand motions to communicate and he seemed inconvenienced by our presence. Very disappointing to experience this type of prejudice as we were the only black people in the salon. There were several workers that were not busy who just walked past us as if we were invisible. They need to work on their customer service and check their biases!

First time going here & I absolutely loved it!!! I had GREAT service & my nail tech (Lana Than) took excellent care of me & my broken nail!!! She was very nice & helpful, & made sure my friends & I had a good experience!!! She also gave excellent recommendations on their services based on my job, especially the spa pedicure, which she did fabulously!!! I will definitely be going back!!! Thank you Lana!! 😁😁😁

I could have done this to my own hands for $75+ ! Very messy job!! Finger cut and they just put nail glue on it. No sterile wipe or anything! Dried acetone all over my hands. And still bleeding from the drill cut

Had a great experience at Allure. I was able to set up a same-day appointment. My nail tech was kind and explained the process to me as we went (I was taking off acrylics and getting dip powder for the first time). I didnt have to wait to be seen, and the service was quick, taking less time than I anticipated. The salon was clean, well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will be back.

My favorite nail salon in Nashville! I’ve been going to Linn for years and she always does a spectacular job... and she is the sweetest soul! The salon is also very clean and the other staff members are professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

They paid attention to detail and were very nice. My friend and me both got upgraded pedicure and gel manicure for a combo price of $72 (normally 75 if you got it done individually). Only bummer was they only scrubbed my feet for a quick minute and no foot massage, thats my favorite part.

My polish looks good. They were nice. My feet did not get the attention they needed. Its not good. I booked a $30 pedi that ended up being $55. Not worth that price by any means. Wont be back.

I love to go to Allure Spa & Nail Salon in Green Hills and see Lana. I refuse to go anywhere else! ( She is the BEST in-town) The atmosphere is so nice and relaxing and the staff is so friendly and accommodating! They have an array of services for everyone! I always get a Allure Manicure and Royal Hot Stone Pedicure am pleased every time have been . Would highly recommend Lana and Allure Spa & Nail to anyone looking for a great experience.

Excellent nail salon. Huge, so many chairs, lots of employees, very busy, clean they change liners every customer. We had to wait even with appointment but the service was excellent. Lee was very friendly gave a great leg and foot massage. Chairs give great back massage. Everything I want in a nail salon. Will definitely return. My new go to salon in Green Hills. There is construction which makes seeing them difficult but worth looking for the entrance. Not as many colors as Im used to but I found a perfect shade and very happy with it

Terrible. I asked the man if they had time to do a gel manicure and pedicure in one hour I have an appt to get to. I was told yes they had time. They started the pedicure and didn’t come over to take the gels off for 30 minutes. Then she said they couldn’t get them done by the time I needed to leave. Wish they could eat accurate expectation from the beginning rather than lying to get business. I won’t be back.

I tried many different salons when I first moved to Nashville, but Allure has become my favorite choice and I drive to Green Hills just to use them. Friendly, clean, relaxing environment, and almost always have me seated in no time as a walk-in. Love that they offer a drink of choice as well. Prices are very reasonable for the services and have a large variety of color choices.

Not one to leave such a bad review, but Ive never had a more frustrating experience. The woman doing my nails was obviously rushing through the service as fast as possible. She cut my cuticles enough to bleed, put on so much polish for a regular manicure that it looks like I got dip, and messed up my nails before I even walked out. She saw that my nails were messed up from her rushing and pushing my hands to the fan, made an annoyed noise when I showed her, and just got up and left to do someone elses nails. Im just going to have to go home and take off the polish. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and recommend others consider doing the same.

NEVERRRR will I patronize this business again. I was excited to give them a try, however within a few days of receiving services from this business my nails have chipped, broken off, and etc. I am very gentle on my nails, so there is no reason for my nails to not have even lasted a week. Also, to make matters worse my fingers were so sliced up after receiving my service from the nail tech filing my skin so roughly. I have no intentions on ever visiting this establishment again!

I had never been before and was very nervous. First off, I was very impressed by their selection of polish. They had an entire wall that was well lit and had literally every shade of every color you could imagine. I was seated and tended to very quickly after picking my color. I usually get acrylic nails put on but the man advised that the SNS dip nail thing would be better so I went with that. Im very picky about my nails but am always shy to say much, so I was thrilled that after each process, he stopped and showed me and asked if all was okay. From the size to the shape to the amount of acrylic. He even let me look them over before polishing to make absolute sure he didnt need to change anything. He made sure that the polish was perfectly even and to my liking also. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails and I am in love. This will definitely always be my Nashville nail stop!

My mom and I have been to Allure for our last 2 dip manicures and pedicures---so for the last 2 months. Our 2nd visit was this past Saturday, 6/8/19. We had an appointment, and we were seated and serviced quickly. Careful attention was paid to the color, shape, and style of nails we wanted. The salon is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were in and out of the salon quickly, due to the efficiency of this well-oiled machine! :) Luckily, however, the speed at which our techs worked did NOT sacrifice quality or beauty. We left happy, vowing to continue coming back.Fast forward 3 days... Our family had to put our senior dog down due to a multitude of health issues. We got back to the house after we left the vet, and I was an emotional wreck. I was walking around the house and accidentally hit my hand on my bedrooms door frame. I heard my nail crack and knew Id messed it up. I had to trim it down and move about my day. I walked into Allure and told them what happened. Again, I was seated quickly and my nail was repaired with no questions asked.This place is a gem, and its more affordable than my local, small town nail salon---not to mention all of the others in the Green Hills area.:)

I love love love my nails. I was in the Christmas spirit so I wanted to get something unique with red in it. Kathy did my pedicure and full set and when I tell you my pedicure is so neat it look as if I have fake toe nails on my feet! My fiancé said ohhh your toes look so edible lol! And I absolutely love my nails! Simple, sexy, neat! They were nice, comforting, and delivered exact what I asked for!

Paid over $75 for my Acrylic Set and it’s very messy around my nails. Dried up acetone. Also he cut my finger w the drill and it basically bled & throbbed the entire time. Not satisfied whatsoever.

This place is terrible, they do not know how to do coffin shape the nail paint is all over my nails . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If there gonna do it they should do it right!

Me and my friend went here for months and everything was great. prices were fair because the nails lasted bout 3 weeks but recently I got my nails done from them and the next day my nail broke I went up there and paid for them to re do my nail and just thought ohh it was just a one time thing... but no later on that night a different nail broke... at this point I was angry I called up there and they agree to look at my nails.. the guy told me that my acrylic was done to thin and he goes on to ask me if a specific person did my nails... I thought to myself if this person is known for messing up nails why do they work there??? Anywho he goes on to add more acrylic to my nails and completely re does the one that broke and he does it for free...I felt like I should have gotta a refund because I paid good money for my nails and there is no rhyme or reason TWO nails broke in less than a week... I’m a cashier not construction worker I’m not doing nothing that warranted my nails to brake like that... but what truly upset me was a few days after he “FIXED” my nails one of them broke again and then another one and now I was back at square one... I had total of 4 nails brake in less than 2 weeks...I completely wasted my money and the one thing you don’t do is play with somebody money.. my friend also had got a set with them broke a few days after... me and her will never be back

This is a great place. Always good service, clean and big enough to accommodate large parties.

Gel nails didnt even last a full week before chipping, lifting, and completely coming off. My friend and I both got the gel manicure. Within 2 days we both had major chips on the ends, and within 5 days we had each lost 2 nails polish entirely. The price for the manicure was $40. I got a gel manicure at a different salon in Florida for $25 and the polish lasted over 2 weeks without chipping or lifting, and almost 4 weeks before completely coming off. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

I wish I could give this salon 10 stars. I have been a serious nail biter all of my life. Over the years I have tried tips and gel. With the same results picking, chipping and pulling them off. So, after being told by my cousin her 3 year olds nails were longer then mine, I knew I needed to find a place to help. I made an appointment. Lyn my nail tech took a look at my nails and said your nails are really short with a lot of emphasis on really short. I told her I just wanted the dip with no tip, she looked at me and said ok and did what she could do with my hobbit nails without complaint. 1 month later and my nails have never looked better. I will NEVER fo anywhere else.

I made an appointment and still waiting for at least 30 minutes, ridiculous. The place is semi clean but disorganized. I will say that i am the only Latino customer in here and am waiting, while all others are being attended to. An Anglo girl came in after me and yet she was seated and worked on before I. I will give her the benefit of the doubt that she had an appointment before mine, however I did see two African American girls that came in and they were not even spoken to, they left.Not sure what is going on here... but if you are of color, they might pretend you are invisible.

Staff are friendly, but work is shoddy. My husband and I went over the weekend. My husband got a mani pedi-- his fingernails look awful, cuticles werent cut back correctly or enough. I got a gel manicure. After the nail technician realized the color I chose was an empty bottle someone put back on the shelf, she pulled another color and went to town. I chose a light gold, very neutral color. She painted my nails with a silver gel polish. I couldnt tell until she was already working on the second coat. The polish had already taken too long because she didnt let my gel base coat cure long enough and had to start over on two nails, so I let it go. I hate the color, I want to hide my nails for the next 10 days until I get this gel removed at another establishment. We both will not come back

The pedi was good, but the person doing it wasnt paying attention and took a chunk of skin off my toe. It hurts so bad! I couldnt walk at work, run at the gym or wear the shoes I had for the wedding that weekend. I got the pedicure for the wedding and it didnt even matter but my toe was cut so bad. I did stop back by and they gave me a $15 giftcard for half of the cost, however Im still in pain two weeks later. Honestly, the toes looked great and it was probably just bad luck that she wasnt paying attention, but Im surprised they did not offer any greater compensation. A full refund would have been the least I expected.

The owner or maybe manger Le Ba really needs to take a customer service course. I came in here on 12/18 to try and get a pink and white fill in. I stated that over the phone when I made the appointment and when I came into the salon.After being asked to have a sit by Le he proceeded to put my nails in acetone even though I had on gel polish and gel nails. Sat there for at least 20 minutes. Once he finally came back to fulfill my services majority of the entire time he was getting up, answering the phones and not paying attention to my nails (I had two crooked nails and majority of the nails were uneven as he was filing them over and over forgetting which ones he did as he kept doing too many things at once) oh and FYI he tells me the nails were crooked because my finger was crooked LOL! news flash there aren’t!Mind you while he is doing all of this I am still reminding him I wanted pink and white nails he keeps sayin “you want pink and white? Ok” this was a back and forth thing four times to be exact. Le then proceeds to pull out acrylic powder I had to then resort to showing him a picture on my phone that’s when the light bulb goes off and he says “oh no that is a dip powder we would have to take all nails off and redo them that is $85” Too annoyed and tired from the day to argue I say just do the Acrylic.After what seemed like forever I walked out with crooked nails, uneven French tips and uneven filed nails. Oh and guess what one breaks! I decide after work to go back the next day to get it fixed because usually nail salons will fix it for free if it breaks. Not this salon!I go back today let Le Ba know that my thumb nail broke and I’m not happy with the French tips and crooked nails. He sits me in a chair and has another gentleman come and help me (awesome guy by the way who did my nails the 2nd time!)Le then proceeds to tell me it would be $30 because I want the gel polish and it would be $5.00 for the broken nail.Now the gel polish I would pay for but what I refused to do was pay for a nail that you Le Ba filled in and made crooked as well! I kept asking “you’re charging me for a nail you did not even 24 hours ago that broke” eventually as he could see I was getting upset he said “I won’t charge you this time because you’re getting gel but next time don’t be surprised if you get charged.” I’m glad that someone else did my nails today but I absolutely will not return to this salon and I suggest no one else comes here either if you do however please do NOT let Le Ba do your nails.
