I’ll let the Picture speak for itself. I tried to show the manager in a nice way about the unprofessional and poor workmanship his nail tech preformed. It was automatically my fault because I chose nailed dip. Really!!! So I had to walk out because of the stereotype of a black woman being angry. The place is nasty and not clean, so I would never recommend it to my enemy. 🤬🤬

I would give more stars because staff is friendly but the nails do not last. I got a full set on the Thursday and I already broke a nail it’s only Friday.make that 2 nails

Awesome customer service love the way they do the spa pedicure for you gets and love them gel nails polish to.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The nail tech rushed on my nails. She did a ombré and it’s no where near it. She cut the side of my finger and still tried to file over the cut. The pics posted are not their work because the salon looks no way like what’s posted.My nails are uneven and very fat. I most definitely will not be back.

Should not rush doing your services there was bubbles in my nail polish and the lady didnt fix it I went on and paid for it but I will not be going back.

Prices are completely high $60 for pedicure and Gel-tips come on, really! I guess that I’m use to STL Nail shops. End result I’m not that impress with!

I believe I had the owner as my nail tech and I plan on seeing him from now on as a well paying regular. Before stopping in this salon I was turned away by 3 prior salons and not very hopeful for good looking nails IF I was even seen. All I know is I will be back very soon to get my toes to match these fire cracker beautiful nails from A Nails!

I went in to get a fill-in. My nail tech talked about me to her coworkers the entire time. She made fun of my outfit and my shape. It is my opinion that they gossip and chatter about their clients in their presence. Though the problem was handled, my nail tech tried to put new paint on an old paint job. She was tipped, but she was never grateful.

The woman placed my nails on crooked then I came back to have them fixed and they are still crooked and now two different widths and lengths omg they are offal and they refused to take the nail off an redo it instead they cut the crooked nails down to finger length and added a new nail on top of it and swore the nail wasn’t crooked an it was my fingers crooked

I love this place. They really know how to get down on Myras feet. Its homey and not boutiqueish, but you can get water, soda & wine. My spot.

As a cosmetologist myself, you give the customer what they ask for. I simply go in today and ask how much for a fill and a repair plus color. The tech tells me $22 I ask for rhinestones and she tells me they are 2/$10 which is 2 fingers for ten dollars. I say okay and she proceeds. As she is removing my polish prepping them for the fill she tells me I should get gel polish over the acrylic and the total would be $42 I tell her I do not want that I want regular polish and rhinestones so she proceeds. She starts applying acrylic, after she is done with the first hand she turns on a ceramic heater and places my hand in front of it and after 15 seconds my 4th finger on my hand starts burning, very painful. I told her it was burning thinking she would have some burn stop present for the problem. She acted like she couldnt hear me. She started on the next hand and after she was thru she placed it in front of a cool fan I asked her why she didnt place my 2nd hand in front of the heater to dry and she got real snappy she said she didnt place it in front of the heater because I was burning up, which it was only my 4th finger that was hot on the first hand that she worked on, just really being a overall jerk. She made it out to be like I was the problem and that was not the case at all. She started talking in her language and I could tell she was getting upset. So after that I told her I dont want any paint or rhinestones just buff them out polish them with clear and Ill go. She ends up overcharging me anyways. I do not advise anyone to go to this salon unless you want your nails half done or you wanna be overcharged. The prices are fine but the service is terrible!!

Just had the worst experience at A Nail spa at this location: 1801 Jefferson St #109, Nashville, TN 37208.I got an acrylic set done on last saturday which yesterday had top coat that changed colors from clear to brown in 5 DAYS ! I went to the store to get it removed and color change and they wanted to charge me for THEIR old topcoat. The manager showed me an old jar that they refill the top coat bottles with which was “new”. How new... the world may never know. Highly dissatisfied just thought y’all should know to avoid them like the plaque 😂I am a Meharrian student and they also offer no student discounts. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The shop is tattered and obviously they put no money back into the shop OR their products!

Spend more time and make sure they are sure what they are changing before work is complete..

The lady with the white glasses mess up my ombré nail and the lady with the black glasses who did my friend nails mess up on her ombré too it was little white and pink at the top of her nail 🙄

I had to change this to one star because I will NEVER step back in here. Not only do they perform services without asking or incorrectly them demand to be paid but theyre rude, nasty-mouthed and unprofessional.
