Awful experience. Very harsh and leaves cuts. Doesn’t trim up the dead skin they pulled up. Does not give the color you ask for and uses $5 nail polish you get from target. My nails are not the same shape nor the same size. Nail polish is also all over the skin.

The salon is nice enough; no frills and the colors selection isn’t the largest. The pedicure service was fine but they add a $25 charge for gel polish over the already $33 mid level pedicure price.

I would personally not even give my experience one star. I called the morning of and asked for a recommendation of who to see and told them I knew I had high expectations for getting my nails done. Hannah answered the phone and said she would be the right person. Unfortunately she was not up to it- I sat through my pedicure with it being the worst I had ever received. She was friendly but she didn’t cleanup my cuticles well nor was she able to do a solid paint job with Funny Bunny. She cut my nails too short and then one of my big toes was shaped at a weird angle (which I have never experienced). I asked her to fix it and after a bit of back and forth just had her leave it. Then it was time for my manicure— the water was scorching hot and her solution was for me to just keep dipping my fingers in and out of it. Then when she took off my previous gel polish she used a metal tool with force- usually my other nail tech can easily flick it off with her nail. As she shaped my nails and worked on my cuticles, I just didn’t feel it was right to have her continue. I washed my hands and told her I wasn’t happy with the service and needed to go. She ended up still charging me for a not complete nor satisfied appointment. Needless to say with all is the above I will never go back and highly suggest people do not go see Hannah as they will likely be disappointed.

The nail tech rushed and did not fix my nails. She wanted to come back after my beach trip to fix them. 130 waisted. I’m so sad.

Went in on my birthday with my sister to get a simple manicure left spending $170. My sister asked for acrylics and gave them a design and she left with chunky acrylics that looked nothing like the picture she showed them. I asked for a simple manicure and instead they gave me almond shaped acrylics with gel polish. While I was sitting getting my nails done another client came in and started talking to the nail tech that was working on my nails. When I left to go wash my hands after she put oil on my cuticles, I came back and they had pushed the chair I was sitting in away and the nail tech shooed me off and said I was done and to go sit with my sister. It took her less than 15 minutes to finish my nails. I went to go sit with my sister and they had barely started on hers and it took her nail tech 2 hours because he kept getting up and leaving and then wouldnt come back for like 10 minutes at a time.

My second time going there best nail shop ever people are so wonderful and nice great job on my nails my sister loves them too and shes real hard to satisfy ♥️♥️♥️♥️

The nail technician was RUDE and rough, she didn’t even apply the color I chose, and when I told her about it she said “it’s normal after a few coat it’s not the same color” but it wasn’t the same number on the color!! Nails are uneven and crooked. Will not come back

My husband and I tried this place for the first time. The services were good and reasonably priced. I have never experienced this before but someone brought their baby who was a bit talkative. I didnt care for that but I will go back.

Bad experience. The woman cut my skin when trying to cut my nails. Nails are not straight and had to get the dip color redone after she left her finger print on them. My cuticles were not trimmed and none of my nails are the same size. This establishment does not care or respect their customers demands. Do not recommend and not worth the money.

Called four days in advance to book an appointment for two pedicures on Sunday at 2:30. When we came in they were busy but sat us at a pedicure station immediately. They started on my friends pedicure shortly thereafter, but I didnt get someone starting on mine until a full 30 minutes later. Watched someone walk in 20 minutes after us, get seated at the pedicure station right beside me, and started on her before anyone started mine. Friends pedicure was basically done before mine began. I didnt notice until the next day, but they knicked both my feet with the razor way too deep and Ive been limping around for the past three days feeling like I have open wounds on the bottoms of my feet. Friend said they cut one of her toenails to the quick. Definitely will not be back.

Love Venetian! The salon is always clean and everyone is friendly. Have been coming here for years. Christie does my nails - she does them perfectly every time. Highly recommend.

The woman did NOT do this properly and said I was difficult for saying something about it. Walked out with THICK nails, no moisture was applied and the nails are not the same size. I have gotten a gel manicure and a couple of pedicures over the past two years from here and have never had any complaints. I went in today to treat myself as I am a nursing care partner and my hands get pretty beat up/cuticles get very dry at the hospital. I decided to try the dip powder and I thought I was being particular but when I got to my car, I noticed how bad they were. I understand dip is thicker than gel. However the nail tech poorly filed them down making them look uneven. This manicure took maybe 15 minutes which was surprising as well. There were lines on them (like when you go to bed or touch your hair with not fully dry nail polish), she did not shape my nails at all, some of the edges were very sharp, and she missed some areas with the top coat and color all together. I went back in to get them fixed and she seemed very aggravated. Instead of using the electric file to remove excess acrylic from under my nail, she used the SHARP point of the cuticle clipper and dug and cut the skin from under my nails. I said ouch and was wincing in pain but I received a look as to hold still. She also managed to cut a chunk of skin off of my thumb. After the top coat was applied and dried, I noticed the same lines on my nails. She had left the station at this point. As I was leaving, a man at the desk asked if they were better and I said yes and left as I was in so much pain and did not want them touching my hands again!! On my drive home, under each of my nails started to profusely bleed (I will spare the pictures there.) I am so disappointed with this experience and am praying I do not end up with an infection.

The service here was fine and it was clean inside but the service felt rushed and only took around 20 minutes as opposed to the 35-40 I’m used to while getting a pedicure. The over priced gel pedicure came off of 5/10 of my toes less than a week and a half after I got it. I had polish on only one toe on my right foot for half of my vacation. Don’t waste your money here. I’ve had gel polish on my toes for like half a year so I was very disappointed.

Before a few months ago, I chose to get my nails done infrequently, often just for special occasions. I found that different technicians would perform the same service inconsistently, which made me less willing to spend money on having my nails done each month.That completely changed once I met Thuy. At my first appointment, she explained her technique for doing dip polish -- which looked beautiful, made my nails strong (and last for a whole month!), and didnt result in an overly thick layer of polish. As someone who spends lots of time in the garden, my nails can take a beating, so I was extremely pleased by how long-lasting they were.Thuy is also such a friendly and welcoming person. After the first dip manicure, I began visiting her regularly. I went with my sister to see Thuy, and even though Thuy was not her nail technician, she made her feel included in our conversation, and Thuy often checks up on her in follow-up appointments. Thuy also helpfully reaches out to me to schedule my appointments, which helps with my busy schedule.I am always impressed by Thuys technique, professionalism, and great conversational company. I highly recommend her services, and can especially attest to her excellent dip polish manicures. As long as we are in the same city, I plan on being a loyal client!

This is my go to nail salon!! I go to Christine every time. she’s professional, and does my nails exactly right every single time. I get get with tips. The rest of the staff is always so friendly and I recommend literally every one of my friends to this place!

Literally worst place in the entire world. So unprofessional and rude to me and my two friends. Did not let my friend pick her own color and did the worlds worst job on her dip nails. They also told her she was wrong and would not redo them. 60 dollars for the poorest gel pedicure I have ever had as well. Do NOT waste your money at this sad excuse of a nail salon.

I had the dip powder done to my nails on my nails. There was obviously an issue with the powder I picked but the lady proceeded anyways without informing me where I would have chose a different color. She put about 12 coats of powder, two other nail technicians had to come over, one of them even put another dip coat on.. no buffing, smoothing or any sort after the last coat of powder was placed and they just up the top coat on over. I asked if this was how thick my nails were going to be since they placed the top clear coat on and the nail technician told me no they are finished. All she did was flip my hand over and clean under my nail... my nails are incredibly thick, it is not a clean clean look, the powder does not go all the way up to my cuticles, they are not smooth, and not shiny! They expected me to pay full price for my nails when I voiced my opinion about how awful they did and how unprofessional my experience was. I am far from a picky person and never complain about things, ut when my nails get butchered and I make comments several times throughout about kot being happy, and they do not fix the problem..this is not a place I recommend! Avoid it and go right around the corner to a more professional nail salon!!!!

The place is nice and spacious especially if you having a gathering/party, As the reason I was there. The person I had did more talking and trying to persuade me to get the biggest pedi package with gel for $70. I got the Deluxe and she gave me a Regular. I know because the others around me got a deluxe and I knew she skipped steps and she was saying she hasnt got to that yet but she polishing my toes. I gave it 2 star as only a couple said theirs was good the rest feel it was rushed. My toes are not polished on the sides. They didnt have the dividers up between the stations or in front of them. Not following CDC guidelines nor did they spray the seats after we were done. I say its overrated and priced. I understand as this is Green Hills so you paying for the area. I want be back for a service I love my spot way better.

I went today and my technician answered a FaceTime call in the middle of doing my nails, not paying attention to them. She also took off her mask to make this FaceTime. I had my dip nails soaked and removed and she did not clean them up and I still have the residue all over my hands.I got a gel manicure and it’s so uneven and looks awful. Another technician stepped in and filed down my gels nails after they were finished so now the tips are uneven and sharp. Terrible experience.

Definitely not worth it for the price. She didn’t scrub my feet which was what I really looked forward to she barely filled the bowl with water, then I paid for gel polish and she did a horrible job a waste of $60 I guess it because of the area but I would have got a way better job at a random store in town....

Asked the $33 pedicure with gel, and a gel manicure. When it came time to pay the total was 95$!!!!! I ask what was the charges she said an extra $15 for gel? Wow poor business edict.... so disappointed as the quality was not work that amount and the space was not clean they reused the scrub and didn’t add in Mitch of a massage fast and poor quality.

Beware of this place! They charged an additional amount to my card..UNAUTHORIZED!!! I was not present to authorize the charge. I called them about it and spoke with David who refused to refund me the unauthorized amount! My bank and lawyers will be looking into the situation. Very unprofessional!

The atmosphere was very tranquil, my pedicure and manicure w/ foot and leg massage was awesome.

The only complaint on my pedi is that it was rushed and she skipped the hot towel wrap and wiped my legs with the towel. ($40)The mani was TERRIBLE. I was sat next to a stranger without a barrier and that is against the cdc rules for covid. The lady nail tech was rude and rough. She cut me multiple times and never acknowledged it. I actually declined to left her manicure my 2nd hand. She then had me go rinse the blood of my hands and applied lotion. ($50)Upon check out the guy(possibly the manager) tells me a $100 I said does that include a tip already? He says no. And then conveniently can’t understand that he is over charging me $10.There are definitely good techs there but may the odds be in you favor should decide to go.

I went there with a gift card and they said I couldn’t use it because it was for a different location. Also, she had me pick a color NOT knowing I was picking from gel colors so she basically tricked me into it. I just feel totally cheated and taken advantage of.

The staff is always friendly when I’ve gone here, but the technique is always hit or miss. I went in today for a normal acrylic refill with gel paint. Was charged $55 for a $25 service. I’m tired of being overcharged by nail salons. I would recommend ALWAYS getting a price check before starting your service because they don’t communicate any hidden fees. It’s very frustrating and the end result is OK. Be mindful of where you’re money is going because ultimately your entire experience should be worth those hardworking dollars.

People will have experiences wherever they go but Ive been going for years and never had any issues. Not only do they know me by name but by my voice when I call. Staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Sophia is the best. If it was a bad place trust and believe I would have left a long time ago.

The technician was personable, but unfortunately the quality of his work was marginal. I requested a gel manicure. The polish was uneven and there was noticeable clear coat on my cuticles.

I get special attention to my nails from Betty. She is very attentive to details and over the last year, with following her instructions, has cured my nail fungus that I have battled with for over five years! She is the greatest! She gets a full five stars!

...first off, the salon had filth everywhere you look, it is hands down the most disgusting salon I’ve ever been to! As I was attempting to pick out polish to coordinate with my manicure, apparently, I took too ich time as the nail tech went MIA so, another tech had to step in. The manager then thought it was in my best interest to remove the polish dipping my hands into acetone for more than a half hour while I was having my pedicure, in the meantime, the acetone leaked onto my jeans soaking them because the towel he used was infused with acetone, my leg and hands were tingly, I had a giant ring of dried acetone! The manager wasn’t at all apologetic about my experience and I was charged $110.00...unbelievable!

I love this place! I just happened to be eating in the green hills area and decided to treat myself in my third trimester of pregnancy to get my nails and toes done and one of the first things I loved is that it does not smell like chemical like most nail salons, it’s already hard enough to take but taking it pregnant is the worst!The service is always fast I have never had to wait. The people are very friendly and they always do an amazing job. This has become my go to place!And last but not least it is reasonably priced!

I had been here a few times and it was decent, but I went back recently (after I hadnt been in a few years) and its AWFUL. Im not sure if it has changed owners or what. The employees barely acknowledge your presence, there was what looked like a chunk of food floating in the pedicure tub, and they only put one coat of polish on nails (which chipped within a day). There are a few other nail salons in Green Hills - pick somewhere else to go!

Very nice Nail Spa.I had to find a shop in this area to redo my nails since I am from the Knoxville area.This location had some negative reviews but I decided to try them anyway since they were close to where we are staying.I just asked for someone with a lot experience. I got Angie.Angie is a very sweet person, very friendly. She did an excellent job on my nails.I will be using her again during my extended stay in Nashville.I really didnt see anything negative like what was mentioned in the negative reviews I had read.I would recommend Angie and Venetian Nails.Oh, and my husband had his very first pedicure! He really enjoyed it and is already planning another.

Horrible experience! First off they kept switching my bill. First they told me $47 and when the bill came it was $75!(They did the same thing to my friend). They also didn’t really do I good job and the guy that was doing my pedicure cut me many times! To top it all off I came with a friend. While I was getting gel on my hands they asked me to pay in advanced because they were closing down the registers and I did. When my friend comes over they charged her after the service was done! I felt very offended because we came in at the same time!!!!!! I asked why they did that and they didn’t really give me a solid response. Please don’t waste your time or money here! This place is a joke!!

Decline in customer service and skill. The nail technician (who is not wearing a name tag) did a very fast pedicure. When I asked for another coat, it was done with disdain. I had nail polish on my cuticles and asked for a clean up. The tech blamed me for how I positioned by foot, so it was my fault. My experience was very subpar. I get pedicures about every 2 weeks and haven’t receive poor service like this in awhile. Cleanliness could improve as well.

Went for a gel mani and pedicure. During my pedicure the woman asks me which pedicure option I want; I select the $35 option. She asks me if I’ve ever had a gel pedicure and tells me I really should try it blah blah blah. So I agree. When I go to pay at the end of my services the total is $102. And I ask for the price breakdown. She tells me gel for pedicure is $30 extra. $30 Extra!!!!!! With ZERO mention of this when talking me into it. Won’t be going back due to lack of clarity with pricing. It’s not about the money it feels dishonest.

The key to a great experience here is to find the right person that you connect with. I go to a lady named Patti, and she knows what I like, so she goes above and beyond to make sure that I leave happy. Also, she takes care in the details to ensure quality work. I always tip 20%, so I am guaranteed to have a great experience each time I go.

Terrible experience! I came into the salon with my mom and daughter’s - all four of us were rushed through our mani/pedi. We were also charged a ridiculous amount of money as well - at least double what we normally pay. The salon is quite dirty and there was food all over the manicure station I sat at for my 10 minute manicure. This place is way over priced and the quality of their work is sub par at best!!

I got the spa pedicure, paid 30 bucks for it and it lasted 7 minuets.. I timed it. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Paint job on my toes looks like a blind folded 3rd grader did it. I tried to ask for help to get it fixed and they said it would be 20 minuets. I will never go back! Do not recommended

I go here all the time and always get right in without an appointment. Maybe Im not as picky as some people, but I really dont care if the nail techs talk to me at all! Just do my nails well and Ill be happy. Some nail techs are certainly better than others but I dont remember having a bad manicure at all. They also have a good selection of colors.

I don’t get manicures very often, and I realized after my visit to this place that I’ve never had a bad one. But now I have! The gel manicure I received here was chunky, thick, uneven, and overall sloppy. My technician applied three coats (?!) of gel, so my nails were heavy and thick. My cuticles were barely trimmed, and they had polish all over them when I left. The edges along my nail beds were rough. The service seemed unsanitary - my hands were wiped several times with a dry paper napkin, I was never asked to get up and wash them after the trimming and filing, and I could see (and feel) that the surface of the counter hadn’t been cleaned in some time. I spent the evening removing the polish at home. To be fair, everyone was very friendly. I didn’t bother asking for a fix or a discount (I needed a relaxing afternoon, not a stressful one), but I won’t be back.

I read the negative reviews but didn’t believe them since i has been a few times and had a fine experience. RUN if you get Lynn! She literally cut my nails to the core and when I spoke up, she was so nasty!! I pleaded for the manager but he was no where to be found. Some of the staff is good and some are absolutely terrible and there is no manager to regulate. I wish I had listened to the reviews and stayed away before this woman cut my nails to the point of pain!

I never leave reviews but I must say that Lisa was amazing. I arrived about 15 mins before they opened and Lisa said come on in. She was pleasant to speak with & did an impeccable job on my nails.

The price that was charged was higher than the price quoted when I arrived. All tools and instruments were dirty and not cleaned prior to use on my nails. My nails weren’t filed evenly and the coat on them was missing in the area nearest to where the skin meets the nail. My hands weren’t washed or massaged or any of that stuff and if I showed any displeasure, the nail technician glared at me. She rushed through the entire thing and honestly, it was a miserable experience. Avoid this place. At the very least, look at the instruments they are using. If they are not clean, leave.

Complete rush job! They switched nail techs towards the start of my service. The 2nd nail tech just sat down and clipped my nails extremely short with no regard to how straight she was clipping them. She never asked what service I was having done so she ruined my nails for the gel set I requested. Then she told me to wait and let my nails grow out. I informed her that my nails were long prior to them clipping them. Her response? Okay your choice. As if it were not her fault. I decides to cancel the services and walked out

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this place last week. I knew I was in trouble when the girl pulled out a nail file that had been previously used. I’m pretty sure none of her other tools were sanitized either, and she used her own nails to push back the skin UNDER my nails. I walked out with untouched cuticles and bleeding fingers. There was nail stuff all over my hands. I shouldn’t have paid them, but I did.

My Husband and I go on a regular basis...David the manager is Great! My nails tech is Stephen and he gives me exactly what I ask for. My Husband uses Bella or Sofia both ladies are Great as well!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The gel manicure was filed and polished poorly. The technician slipped with the hand oil and squirted it at me and stained my shirt leaving oil spots on my clothes. When I spoke with the manager I asked for compensation, he didnt even give me my manicure for free. Trying to wash the stains out now. Wish me luck.

My wife was very dissatisfied with this place.. the atmosphere was classy, but she was rushed through her pedicure and manicure and design was not what she wanted and poor quality.. the one star was for the short time it took to get her in a seat. I will not be taking her back to this place and waste my money in a poor job.

My nail artist was extremely sloppy and kept trying to convince me to upgrade, and then got mad when I didnt want to. I got acrylics and I would definitely not recommend getting them at Venetian because they look and feel very bad and sloppy. Also it was overpriced.

The spa itself looks beautiful and luxurious, but the service you are given as a consumer is horrible. I went in for a Shellac manicure with french tips and the nail technician that gave me my manicure was less than cordial. I was repediatly told how my nails were too short and made the french tips look ugly, as he continued to file my nails shorter. I wasnt spoke to except when given a direction, several technicians stood around and were speaking in another language completely ignoring the fact that my nail tech was busy with my service, and my service was way over priced for what I was given. I had only went because it was close to my church and looked nice on the outside and the interior. I will be sure to never go back again. If youre looking for a nice, clean nail salon in Nashville I recommend Nail Harmony or Wonderful Nails in Antioch, Tn.

This place is so loud it’s hard to relax! It’s more of a social gathering for the workers. They wax your eyebrows and everything else in front of Everyone and they don’t remove the excess wax- no oil or anything 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We’ve been coming here a while but the customer service has became horrible. The man with the over worn vest who always seats people is rude and impatient he also intensely scanned me as if i stole something when i picked out my nail polish and asked if that was all i had. The pregnant lady who did my partners feet hurt my girlfriends foot and had a attitude about it. I was also overcharged for 2 pedicures and a gel manicure. P.S. They do not sanitize tools and have gnats that will fly in your wine glass

I usually go to my regular place in Antioch, but today I decided to try this new place since I’m in Greenhill area. My first impression about the place was great. It’s a huge salon with many workers. I came with my mom and my sister with no appointment, however, they were able to take us in with no waiting time. We’ll come back here again. Thanks all. hihi :)

Nice staff and good mani/pedis. Relaxing once you can find a parking spot and get inside. I never make an appointment and they can always see me right away.

My technician was very lovely I messed them up in the process of getting them done and he said that was not a problem and he fixed it. My experience there was very nice the atmosphere was great.
