They are so amazing. It was such a good experience and they are so nice and made sure it my nail where exactly what I wanted. They not only care about your nails but what you like and who you are. I would recommend this place to everyone. It is the best place I have gone.

I have never written a review, but this needed to be said. I got a gel manicure done yesterday and it is a mess. The polish is uneven, visibly lumpy, and has chipped in multiple places already. In less than 24 hours?! That is unacceptable. There are multiple bubbles and dark spots on my white polish. I paid 40 dollars for this and I am so upset at the outcome. Not to mention, the nail tech dropped the brush on the ground, picked it up and immediately continued on my nails. So unsanitary!!! I am shocked at all of the good reviews. I don’t know if I caught this place on a bad day but I am irritated at the state of my nails. I should have just done them myself at home. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Tony and the girls are truly amazing! They provide great quality service and professional knowledge of their products. Also, I have fun every time I am there! Ive been going to them for almost a year. Ive been to other places a couple times in between and always come back to them. They listen to what you want and take of your needs. When I 1st walked in I was instantly greeted and accommodated. Shortly after I was seat and Tony began to work on my nails. Great conversation. He ensured I got exactly what I done. He took his time made me feel that I was all the customer he was worried about. My overall experience was extremely professional, affordable prices, and exceptional services! Yesterday I went with my 5 year old daughter, we both have a pedicure 💅🏽 hands down to the best place in Nashville area. I went to others salons, (best reviews and expense) bad reviews and cheap . And now Im happy I find this place, I will definitely come back with my girl . 😍

The best nail service I have ever gotten! Tony was so nice and friendly and did a wonderful job with my nails. I got gel and the price was reasonable compared to other places. The place is small but totally worth your time. I advise going on a week day since it isnt as crowded. Will definitely be going back every time I need my nails done!

Great pedicure for an awesome price

Normally if I am unhappy with a place I avoid a negative review because its peoples livelihood. But I also count on reviews to help me decide which places to try out. The people at this salon were probably some of the nicest techs Ive had...but my dip nails were awful. They were uneven and didnt come all the way to my nail bed...the color was off from the sample I chose..and I had taken my friend and convinced her that she would LOVE dip nails. They did an even worse job on her...(different techs). Well its only been two weeks and my nails have broken off and taken my real nails with them. This has NEVER happened with the dip nails Ive been getting monthly since February. They may do great manicures and pedicures but I would not in good faith advise anyone to go there for dip nails. I hate to say it. 😞

Tony has always been fair to me. He checks nails often to make sure no lift. If you get fungus dont have lifted nails in water. Best price on gel

Despite its name, Perfect Nails, mine turned out to be the total opposite of perfect. I came in for a manicure, which usually takes 40 minutes, and was there for THREE hours. The store was not even busy, they just took forever. I asked for dip, and I swear it was this ladies first time ever doing it. They look horrible. Such a waste of time and money. Save yourself and your nails and go find perfect nails elsewhere.

Ive been getting my nails and toes serviced here since 2004 and I will not go anywhere else. I tried twice getting serviced elsewhere, was immediately dissatisfied and came back. The nail technicians and true professionals and they know their products. Never a chipped polish or broken nail. The technicians are very sweet and friendly. No, this is not your fancy, upscale nail salon you find in some parts of town where you pay twice as much but get half the service. I would know because Ive tried those places and did not like the lack of quality in the service provided. However, its a great place to kick your feet up, literally, and soak the stress away and get your girl on too.

I love the way the lady was good company and talked to me too and was a little funny although she didnt do a very good job through out the process and my nail came out crooked and I think one of them is about to break off. Just left it btw. Great people. But I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Also they use MMA acrylic which is dangerous and illegal. You can tell because the monomer was a very deep purple when its supposed to be a light purple and their acrylic came out a foggy white. I asked her but she lied to me...

The salon is a small and might give the wrong impression. But the nails are perfect! I go every week and Im never disappointed.

Went in for the first time and got a gel mani and a regular pedi. They are cheaper and much more friendly than other nail shops in the area. The owner did my nails and encouraged me to come back if I had any issues. Well within 48 hours my nails began chipping. A week later the polish had chipped to the point where the jagged edges were snagging my hair. The polish cracked, then chipped in the same spot on every nail. I went in, hoping the owner would offer to just change the polish or re do the nails with the worst chipping for free, or at least a reasonable price. He informed me that it was my fault that my nails had all chipped within 7 days due to excessive typing. He said he’d repolish them for $20 but they’d likely just chip again. I left and went to another shop. The staff at Perfect Nails is very nice, but a gel mani should last longer than 2 days. Sadly won’t be going back.

They were very nice but my nails looked awful and cost $83. One came off less than a week later
