Pretty easy purchase, helped match me with a similar fridge to the previous one. Contacted the day before with the delivery window. Smooth delivery, they had to remove the door but were quick and efficient.
We purchased a Viking oven and stovetop through Barons. Purchase went smooth, but problems at delivery & install. The oven was damaged and the installers damaged our brand new hickory cabinets. I asked them to repair the cabinets, they told me to get a price and let them know. (the installer actually blamed us by saying we insisted on him pounding the screws in!)The inside of the oven and the door are damaged, they said they will order a new door, yet the inside of the oven is still going to be damaged. We stated we actually now have a damaged product, yet they wont discount it to scratch and dent pricing.They essentially damaged our appliance, damaged our house and now are saying we need to find someone to fix it.Be cautious of this place, its easy to sell an appliance, but the true colors of a business show on how they react when there is an issue.Update:I received a call from the installation company earlier today. They were extremely accommodating and professional, all issues are being worked out.I also received a call from the salesman at Barons a few minutes ago. They are replacing the damaged oven with a new one.This is all very acceptable to us.They go from one star to 5 stars.

TLDR: The salesman we worked with, Sebastian, made every attempt to secure the sale of all new kitchen appliances (similar to a used car salesman), including over-promising and under-delivering. As soon as the units were purchased and delivered, Sebastian disappeared and we were continuously dismissed by him when attempting to follow up on the things he said he would take full responsibility for. After attempting to work with Sebastian for months, we finally spoke with Store Manager, Mike, who resolved the issue in a matter of a couple weeks.Last year my wife and I purchased all new appliances from Barons (microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher) which totaled around $5,500.00. This was higher than what we would be able to find elsewhere, but we were told that price would end up being lower than what weve seen after rebates. Being iffy on making a purchase that relied on rebates to be a good deal, I expressed my concerns. Sebastian confirmed he would take care of every rebate and we wouldnt have to worry about a thing, and that we would be able to apply the rebates to the financed amount before paying it off (which was mostly untrue, although an exception was made when all was said and done). We reluctantly agreed, in the interest of supporting a smaller business than a Home Depot, and under the assumption that we would be taken care of with the absolute nuisances that are rebates.Fast forward 6 months, and we hadn’t seen anything in regards to a rebate. We’d called Sebastian numerous times to sort this out, but would get no call back, or a request for more information, we were asked twice to submit pictures of bar codes and serial numbers, and anything else that would indicate that the rebate forms hadn’t made it out of the building.Frustrated from the experience, I finally called and gave the salesman a bit of my mind. Although audibly frustrated, I remained as professional as possible. When I finished what I had to say, I asked a question which was answered after a very long pause with the usual dismissive “yep we’ll get working on this and let you know” which wasnt an answer to my question. I asked if he could answer the question I asked, and he hadn’t heard it. I asked if he had been listening, and he truthfully answered “No”. It sounded to me like hed put the phone down until I was done, not listening to a word I had to say.All in all, I got on the horn with the supervisor of the sales department and described the situation, and within a month he had made it right. The sales manager confirmed that we had been given misinformation when we made the purchase, but did everything he could to right the wrong. Unfortunately, in the end, I will never go back to Baron’s for anything. I’m sure they’re a decent company, but the used-car-salesman vibe we got from Sebastian throughout the entire sales process, and being totally dismissed and forgotten after he had secured the purchase put too sour a taste in my mouth to likely ever go back.
Once again, we were more than pleased with the service that we received at Barons. We found their prices to be very competitive. Most importantly, our sales representative, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We explained what we were looking for and he was able to offer several solutions. Very happy with the appliances that we purchased. We will definitely be going back to see Sebastian for all of our appliance purchases in the future. Top notch service.

My wife and I were in need of a new dishwasher so we went to Baron’s appliances website. I chatted with an associate who was very helpful. By simply describing what we were looking for she provided several options then promptly answered a few questions and concerns. In about 20 minutes we purchased what we were look for and scheduled an installation date. All from the comfort of our living room. Excellent and friendly service.

We ordered all our household appliances for our newly constructed home in November, 2019. Note that this was pre-pandemic and one year before construction would be completed. When we took delivery in November, 2020, our Bosch double oven was quietly not there and only discovered when our construction guys began installing them.Our salesperson Sebastian explained that someone took delivery of our appliance, so we were offered alternatives or else reorder and wait due to the pandemic. We finally accepted a lesser brand loaner while waiting after escalating to the sales manager Michael Lomonte.It took ~7 months (!) before our original oven showed up, but Barons installers had trouble pulling the loaner from our cabinetry. Our cabinet maker and I were able to pull it no problem, and they finally returned to swap it out.Now, our Bosch freezer began failing, and after 4 service calls failed to fix it, were asking Barons to replace it. Ive emailed and called, but am now sick of the lack of response from either Sebastian or Michael, so posting this review.There are plenty of other places to buy your appliances, so suggest you avoid this place or at least these sales people...

Bought a refrigerator in 2017 and has not held temperature for over 2 years. 6 service repairs and counting yet no one wants to help. Ive contacted Mike and he just told me to call the repair and warranty company. The repair company says they can come out to fix it again but after telling them I want a replacement/refund they point me to the warranty company. I call the warranty company and they call the repair company to schedule a service call despite me saying I dont want it fixed, I want it gone. Now Im questioning why Im running around doing all this work when Barons sold me a lemon and should be taking responsibility instead of finger pointing. Someone from corporate needs to step in because the Manchester staff does not care at all once they get your money.

I think Ive reviewed Barons before however Id like to update my review to give kudos to the warehouse staff on Industrial drive in Manchester. Ive always been more than happy with Barons and their excellent customer service and products, whether it is the Salem New Hampshire store or the Manchester store, but this time I needed cardboard to prepare a pollinator garden with native New England plants to help the environment and Baron’s was more than happy to send me to the warehouse and put aside a lot of cardboard to help me get my project done. So Baron’s can take credit for making this world a little bit more environmentally friendly. I posting pictures of my early work but I followed up with the beautification later on. Thank you so much Barons for always being a friendly neighbor! And your warehouse staff is so helpful and cheerful that I drove away with a big smile that lasted all day!Fair warning, I look forward to revisiting the friendly warehouse staff for more cardboard so can expand my rewilding. I was in a terrible bind, I am a realtor for a local builder. We were closing on a house on 4/5and I was given a delivery date on a refrigerator of 4/1. Today 3/29 they call and say it was back ordered to 5/18. They knew how desperate I was and could not resolve the issue. The buyer would not close without a refrigerator and who would blame them. I called at least 10 appliance companies with no solution in site. Then I called Baron Appliance in Manchester NH and got Sebastian Gaglione on the phone. Not only did he find me a similar refrigerator but also told me he would call me back and do the best he could to get me a quick delivery. Not 30 minutes latter Sebastian called with a delivery day of 4/1, I could not believe it. Not only that the refrigerator was less expensive than the original one I ordered. I will be forever grateful to Sebastian and will always shop at Baron’s for all my appliances. He is a problem solver and so easy to find what you need. I couldn’t say anything better about my entire experience with Baron’s. Zac the sales rep was great from the start. Made it easy. 0 pressure to buy now buy now. We purchased on Black Friday thinking it would take a while to get them. Our kitchen remodel took longer than expected. They were all delivered today. Baron’s held everything and never pressured me to get them. When the delivery team arrived all they cared about was making us happy. Did anything in their power to make everything perfect. They were polite and professional. This proves it’s not all about price. I paid more than at the big box stores but the service way way better. I won’t go anywhere else.
We have had some ups and downs here and we were ready to cancel our order at one point. Although we had some bad experiences with a couple people here, Sebastian was great and really came through to make things right. Sebastian alone got this review up 3 stars from where it was.

Baron’s does not care about customer or employee safety during the pandemic.We were told delivery guys would wear a mask if requested. When confirming the delivery time we said we wanted masks for anyone entering our home. The delivery guys arrived and said that they didn’t bring masks with them at all. We provided them with disposable (prepackaged) masks that they wore in the house but were huffy about it. Tried calling back after the delivery and were directed straight to a voicemail.

Being homebound due to surgery. I did all over phone and couldnt be happier. Been buying from Barons for over 30 years.
Worst customer service ever! Purchased new kitchen appliances in Oct 2020, spent 7000 dollars. After barons confirmed delivery we removed our current range to make space for new one . Barons called hours after delivery confirmation that the range we purchased was lost, and got up sold a more expensive model. Appliances were delivered on day promised, but the upgraded range was defective and would not work. Promised replacement, a week later, again no range to deliver. With no range to cook on I agreed to take floor model, it was delivered damaged! I have been waiting six months for replacement. NOT ONCE has barons contacted me with updates. I have contacted them countless times and been promised delivery 6 times, no range yet! Next time I’m in the market for appliances I will make it a Best Buy.

Bought a new Kitchenaid dishwasher from the Mancherster store and it was delivered this past Friday. Went to run it on Saturday and it doesnt work propertly. Called Mondy to have them look at it and they cant send someone for a month. I cant even use it. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time and Im in the proeprty management field. Will update if this has been resolved in a timely manner.

I used Barons because they were great two years ago when we needed a washer and dryer. It started out great this time as well. I saw online that a dishwasher was advertised as in stock. I ordered it and then received a call from Sean. He told me the dishwasher was in the warehouse and I just needed to schedule delivery. We scheduled for 2 weeks out because that was the earliest he said he had. The day before delivery, I receive a call from a lady stating the dishwasher I ordered hadnt come in yet and would I like to order a different model for a future delivery. I was surprised considering delivery was scheduled for the next day and I had been told it was in the warehouse. In the end, I had to cancel the order and lost two weeks searching for a dishwasher when I trusted Barons to deliver one. I wont make that mistake again.

I was looking for a washer to replace ours that wore out. We bought all of our kitchen appliances from Barons 6 years ago so I looked up their website. I had been doing my own research about brands and features but still had some questions. I noticed the text option on the Barons site so decided to try it. Over several days I had a number of conversations with Talor about different brands, features and most importantly measurements to be sure the new machine would fit in place of the old one. When I decided what I wanted it was easy to place the order and make a payment, all with Talor’s help. We arranged for delivery in several days. Unfortunately when we got the time slot reserved for us the day before the delivery (today) it didn’t work for us. I was able to talk with Kym at the Barons warehouse who couldn’t change the scheduled time tomorrow and the following day was completely booked. Then she asked me to let her check something and a couple minutes later came back to tell me that we would be fit in on Friday. I don’t know how she did it but making the delivery happen only one day later rather than waiting until next week is hugely appreciated. This customer was very happy with the whole process and hopefully the final link in the chain will be a great delivery and installation in a couple of days.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We had a fridge under extended warranty and the ice maker kept breaking. We were told the manufacturer gave us a credit so we bought a new fridge with the credit and put in an additional $1400 for the new one. They delivered the fridge on Wednesday and we noticed by the next day that the Ice maker was broken. Called to let them know our brand new fridge’s ice maker is broken and they proceeded to tell me it would be a month before they could come and fix it. A month!! for a brand new fridge they just delivered!! This is not the first issue we have had with Barons with their terrible customer service and very shady practices surrounding their extended warranties! BUYER BEWARE! GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!

After getting no answer calling Home Depot and Lowes appliance departments, I found Barons online. The service was excellent, Sebastian knew the products well, and he was very helpful when it came to making a choice. Finally, the installations of our new range and microwave/vent were on time and performed perfectly, despite the microwave being a bit deeper than the old one; this required some carpentry, which was done quickly, expertly, and at no extra charge.

I ordered a KitchenAid downdraft stove in September, due to the pandemic everything has been on back order. I have been working with Mike the manager at the barons in Manchester New Hampshire, I have never in my life worked with someone so generous and kind, so willing to help, he truly cared about us as people even though I called him multiple times a week checking on my stove. My stove arrived today and we were able to schedule a delivery. Barons is very lucky to have such a wonderful person as Mike running their Manchester store. I will never buy my appliances anywhere else. As a matter fact I just left my neighbor and she is buying a new stove and refrigerator in the coming weeks and I have sent her Mike’s information. I used the text me feature on the website at about 8an Sunday morning. I didnt think I would hear back until they opened at noon but within minutes Ryan texted me back with a recommendation! He was able to answer all of my questions and patiently waited as I looked at reviews etc. Everything was completed very quickly and I am so excited to get my new washing machine early this week! I reached out to Baron’s via online chat today to ask about a cooktop I was interested in. I spoke with Sean and he was beyond helpful. He had a lot of patience as the cooktop is in a second home so I had to have someone take measurements for me. I was able to order it for pickup next week. I ordered all of my appliances through Baron’s because their customer service is the best.

Today I purchased a new Whirlpool range and microwave, from Baron’s Appliances. Both transactions were flawless. I dealt with Derrick, at the Manchester, NH store for the range and Talor, via text, for the microwave. Excellent customer service from both. I will recommend them highly!

I went to Baron’s in Manchester in search of a new dishwasher because they were highly recommended. Derek the salesman greeted me and provided me with good information and product knowledge about different features in different models. He gave me space to look around and was not pushy at all. As a result I looked around and decided to replace all my kitchen appliances! They were competively priced and very knowledgeable!The second phase which it could’ve caused this to be a nightmare was delivery and installation. The team came in wearing gloves in this dangerous time we live in and was quick and efficient.Then “Paul” the plumber came to install microwave and dishwasher. He was totally fantastic going above and beyond what I would’ve expected!I highly recommend Baron’s to anyone looking to replace appliances! They are great from start to finish!
My appliance order was canceled the day before scheduled delivery by a big box store. I searched Baron’s website for the same appliances, and was contacted by their sales rep, Sebastian.He was phenomenal in helping me every step of the way to re-order my appliances and schedule delivery. Sebastian was knowledgeable of all the products I needed, and was incredibly prompt to get me taken care of. I’ll definitely be going back to Baron’s Major Brand Appliances!
Absolutely excellent customer service. I worked with Talor for the majority of ordering my appliances for a new construction home. She was great and was available throughout the process. Even with delays in construction and delivery issues, she was timely in responding and helping me work through all of my concerns. Would highly reccomend Barons for your appliances and Talor Forbes specifically as a representative. Cannot say enough about my experience!
