The double A Self Storage in Yuba City has a double a rating with me their property is always clean it is landscaped beautifully and is appealing from the street inside it is kept meticulously clean. Layout of the property is easy to follow and their driveways allow plenty of room for loading and unloading your belongings they were fast and friendly I was able to reserve something online and they got back with me very quickly theyre very nice people and they are always patrolling the property It is Well guarded and it is gated its well-lit and they also have security that Patrols anytime I was there on the property if someone would drive by it works there and asked how everything was going there very busy constantly overseeing the work there that needed to be done they keep reasonable hours on the gate and they dont allow any Riff Raff. My stay there was brief, only a few months but I got to meet several of the employees and they were always friendly. One time I was there and it was so hot and I had forgotten to bring some water with me. One of the guys, that drives the cart through the property brought me some water. I appreciate that that kind of thoughtfulness very much .I highly recommend Double AA self-storage Yuba City

Donna who works at aa self storage was my life saver, she helped me like no other in saving my storage from being sold, they are awesome people there. So that made me determind to do all I did to save it as well. Thank u miss Donna and the staff. You are awsome!!! Thank you

Pleasant, clean and safe.

Nice clean affordable but in my opinion if you havent seen your stuff in six months you really dont need it give it to someone that can use it.your going to spend more on storage rent than its probly worth.

The units are clean, the grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly, patient and helpful too. Also the prices are fair.

Had get rid of some stuff no problem trying to down size.

Great business that we are lucky to have in our community. Im blessed to have an apt/office where I can fit all my stuff. Life goal for sure. If I need another storage unit in the future, theyll be my first choice.

I cant sing the praises of this place enough. Moving to a new city was an incredible stressful experience for me and I did not know what to expect when I arrived. The staff was very helpful and Kayla made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. The I was able to get paperwork done and everything moved super quick. I will highly recommend this place and especially Kayla to all of my fiends.

Clean and big enough to drive Big trucks in their easily. Very friendly staff and even gave me an extra month of storage and free flash lights and batteries and drinks when my mom passed away. She was storing some of her belongings there and they really took good care of us during a very stressful time. They were more like friends than staff!!💖

We just moved from Oregon to California this past week. The only part of the move that went smooth was the reservation process and the unloading at AA Self Storage! I initially spoke with a man named Sean H over the phone a few weeks ago(while still in Oregon) to reserve a unit. I had never had to go through the process of renting a storage unit before so I had no idea what to expect(the size of the unit vs the household goods that needed to be stored etc.). Sean H was extremely helpful in determining what I needed. He also gave me a small discount!When we finally got there, we were pleased at how clean the unit was. And how easy it was to get our 16 moving truck in and around the complex. And since the reservation was done over the phone weeks before, I only had to stop in the office and get our lock(free with the purchase of the insurance they provide).After a long couple of days, it was refreshing to not have to fill out a bunch of paperwork.We were in and out within a little over an hour and I feel that my household goods are safe now.Thanks Sean H! Youre awesome!

Excellent customer service! Rented a unit to store my vehicle for 2 months. The staff was very helpful and made it a very painless process. I had a situation where I needed alcohol storage and they were even nice enough to help me get in touch with another storage facility which they had no financial connection with. Highly recommend this facility.

Really helpful staff. Nice and clean storage units where I’m able to store pretty much a whole bedroom of things inside one 10x5 unit. When my wife and I went to get some information about the place they answered any questions we had and gave a great tour of the place. Never received the same treatment as this place from any of the other storage facilities that we went to. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

Taking the time out of moving in the heat to rent a storage unit was not something that I was looking forward to however my experience at AA self storage was actually turned out to be a refreshing break. Donna got us in and out quite quickly and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me decide what would work best for our needs and the grounds are clean and organized. I feel very comfortable renting here.

Registering for a storage unit was simple and fast. Access is easy and place seems pretty secure. The staff was very helpful, not only answering every question/concern I had but also gave me some ways to save a few bucks. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have had a lot of interaction with AA Self Storage. We have had to units for the past 8 months and it has been easy. Now I simply called and spoke to a very nice representative named Kala and she gladly helped to combine the 2 units into 1 larger unit to save money. My only request would be that it is very dusty in Yuba City and it would be nice if they offered to either sweep out or vacuum the unit before you start moving in or offered a broom for your use as a one time courtesy. Usually that is something I forget in all the rush to move in. Thank you very much for keeping a clean, orderly storage.

I was very pleased with the staff. They took me to look at some units and was very knowledgeable about what they had open and how many units were open. I was also surprised to hear that the staff went around all the units and gave people a bottle of water that were working in their units. Glad to hear that they have dollies for people to use for free.

The customer service is top notch. I reserved a unit and they not only showed me my unit but after hearing my needs, took me to another better unit for the same price. Wonderful to work with.

The facility is very clean, there is a variety of unit sizes for a great price, and all of the staff are all very friendly. Matt helped me out last Saturday and took the time to show me several unit sizes and where my new unit would be. He was able to give me a unit close to my non-profits unit as well, which was very nice. I would recommend AA storage.

AA Self Stoage was amazing to us, They made it very easy to get a storage unit! Wonderful prices too! On our first trip our alternator actually went out while at out unit and they where quick to bring A battery jumper and help us out so we could make it home... The staff at AA Self Storage is incredible. I was coming in hoping to get a unit, uncertain of the size I needed. Not only did they show me a wide variety of unit sizing and options, but they also were able to provide me with some of the best pricing available in town. This is the first time I have used AA Self Storage. But my daughter and son in law have used them several times. The units,grounds and office are all very clean. Everything is well kept giving me confidence that my belongings and billings will be safe and accurate.

The rep. I got showed uncommon decency (or foresight in avoiding an unhappy customer) by pointing out that a competitor in Sacramento with climate controlled units would be better for the electronics I was planning to store. The only negative in the whole process was him claiming that would cost 2-3 times as much when it turned out to be only 45-80% more (depending on whether youd buy the insurance thats mandatory there but not a this place, and on whether the discount they offered me really was for returning customers only). I wound up renting a small climate-controlled space for the humidity sensitive things and a larger one here for the rest.The property is clean and looks well maintained. Staff was friendly and patient as I looked through half a dozen units to find one free of even the faintest signs of high humidity and condensation and didnt try to pressure me into making a quick decision.

Securing a storage unit was so easy. I reserved the unit on the website and went to their office a few days later. It literally took me all of 5 minutes to complete the set up. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

I looked all around Yuba City and Marysville for a storage unit facility that actually made me feel like my things would be safe if I left them alone for a few months. I have had bad experiences in the past so I am pretty skeptical now.. AA Storage stood out because they have honest, knowledgeable employees who offered me a range of unit sizes that were all clean and well secured. Matt, the guy with the beard, are some great and helpful people. It’s kinda weird to say that the storage unit guys made my day, but that’s exactly what happened! A big thank you to the front office people who were exceptionally helpful; they took care of my needs and concerns. When we experienced an oopsy on move in day, the maintenance man was there to resolve it quickly. The unit is more than I need but I like the automated door, lights, and security.

This was my first time ever needing a storage unit. The two gentlemen in the office were very helpful at explaining everything to me as it was my first time. Very satisfied with this place.

When I first arrived a wonderful lady at the front desk greates my father and I. This being my first time acquiring a storage unit, Donna made the experience quite easy and somewhat fun(wonderful personality!). She gave us a tour of 2 units I was interested in, and even drove us out to see them (that little golf cart is quick!). After seeing the second unit I decided to go with it to store my items while I got ready to leave for basic training in the military. The facility is very clean and very nicely setup; Donna even allowed me to have after hours access while I was transitioning into a new life! To top it off, she even gave me some boxes that I could use to pack stuff with and I also bought some boxes to use as well (very reasonably priced vs. a big box company like UHaul). All in all, Donna and everyone there made it very easy to decide to give them my business! Thank you guys very much for everything!!!! I moved out a couple weekends ago and I FORGOT to let them know. This morning I got a call from one of their staff.. she was doing her rounds and noticed I had moved out! She even offered to issue me a REFUND for this month since I was just billed. Who does that?!?! Seriously top notch guys.. you just AMAZED me.

Great place to store your belongings. I reserved a unit online, it was quick and easy. I went in the next day to be sure of everything, after showing me the unit I decided it wasnt big enough for what I needed so they quickly showed me another unit that they had ( only 1 left of) I am very greatful for that. Staff is friendly and answers all your questions. I really like how clean the facility is and the hours to get into my storage unit.

Shortly after leaving an abusive marriage, my ex husband lost our house and put all of our joint belongings in this storage facility. On a rare occasion that we spoke, he agreed to give me keys to retrieve my portion of 2 large units. He told me they entry code wrong and only one number to the units. I was forthcoming with the owner (as I am now) to our unique situation & she refused to let me in. My ex was on a drug bender and I was planning to leave the state in fear of my life. The owner did not sympathize with me at all. She was very rude and exclaimed that I wasn’t on the title even though I was still currently married and I had record of payment for furniture in my name. Refused to let me into the storage that I had the key and indentifying number to. As a woman I am ashamed that my elder would treat anyone like that at all. Luckily, I made it out of California alive but I had to sacrifice everything I owned including every single baby picture I had of all four of my children that I can never get back. The storage unit was lost and auctioned off to the highest bidder while my kids and I were astranged from everything we’ve ever known as familiar and safe.She refused the simplest request to call him and ask his permission to access the units and she refused. I understand the law & I understand that my ex needed to allow my entrance. He did so by giving me the key and could have given verbal permission had she called him. She didn’t even try to understand or help, she simply refused without any compassion whatsoever.I do not support a family owned business that does not support our communities families.
