Lisa, best nail tech in Nashville! I’ve been coming to her for years. I was away for a while and when I came back they called me by my first name. First off I asked for pink nails however the owner decided to give me brown.... fine.... 30 minutes after I leave one of my nails is moving around I call leave a message & have yet to get a response (its been 6 days.) my nails are lumpy from way too much polish in some places & way too much acrylic in others a total waste of $$$$ I was better off buying press on nails from the dollar store..... pics are what I got vs what I asked for

The worse Customer Service ever. I was a walk in for a pedicure and manicure. I was told they wouldnt have anything for an hour. I was never asked to put my name on a wait list. I waited outside because they only allow customers inside if being serviced. I agree with their Covid policy. So that was not a problem. When I came back in they had taken two additional clients and told me it would be another hour and a half. When I shared that I had been there earlier and had been asked to come back in an hour, the owner said people say they are coming back but dont always return. I was very upset but left. It is obvious they are not in business to provide customer service. If they were, they would take names and numbers for people they have asked to come back, especially with their no wait Covid policy. I would never recommend anyone use this Nail Salon. There are many more with quality technicians in the area.

Ive had nothing but amazing experiences at Sation. From the manicures by Lisa to the pedicures by Nga Thi Ta. I got white toes to pair with this set. ❤

They were really rude to me, especially the husband, I came to remove acrylic nails the wife put on 2weeks ago, he was going to use scissors/pliers to take it off, I calmly asked if it wasn’t going to hurt me, to rather use nail polish remover to soak off . He stood up and said he can’t attend to me anymore, that he doesn’t have time anymore to attend to me, he spoke to his wife in their language who then told me to go to another shop to get my nails removed. I felt so bad. It was really bad treating any customer like this. I know they have a lot of customers and dnt care how they treat people but henceforth I WONT recommend for anybody I know.I finally got to Harmony Nail spa, they took care of me, soaked my nails off . I will recommend for anybody.They really made my day after that experience with SATIONSATION or whatever y’all call yourselves, you guys should go learn good customer service/care. Your husband needs to learn how to talk and treat people. You never know where you will meet people or whose help you will need in the future.

I simply will not go to any other nail shop since I started going here. I walked in several months ago with a picture of a design I wanted and every other nail salon in the area turned me down. Since then, I have been going here and all I have to do is pick a color and either Lisa or her husband freestyle a design. Haven’t been disappointed yet!!

The customer service sucks, I simply asked could she put a liner in the pedicure tub because I had issues with fungus from a previous shop and we are in the middle of a pandemic, im not sure if its because im black and they feel i should accept the bare minimum or they just simply dont care about sanitation, I was really excited to relax because Ive been working so hard but I refuse lol to be treated like my money doesnt matter

I been knowing Lisa and her husband for over 5 years now. They are like family . Love the way they do nails and no matter how you tell them you want it they do it exactly how you ask . Her prices are cheap so if you can’t afford stay home

Lisa honey. You need to leave your husband at home. He is NOT good for business. First one at your establishment and I was denied service because I asked to soak for 10 minutes. Had to sit in parking lot looking for another shop after this one was HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for 15 minutes and not ONE SOUL walked in to be seated since THATS what he claimed the reason being I couldnt soak for 10 minutes though. Will never again.

I got a pedicure at this salon while I was passing through town and I thought the woman did an excellent job. I did not have to wait very long, and it was a lovely experience.

Bad experience! Bad and poor customer services.The owner Lap he did a crappy job on my nails, Felt like he rushed shaping my nails and he got the shape wrong. I could of did what he did myself.Very rude to other customers and speak negatively about them when they leave. Extremely RUDE and unprofessional.

Lisa is an awesome nail technician. I will not use anyone else. I like my nails curved, squoval, pink and white and she did not miss one beat and always does them to perfection. Lexi is also great technician for pedis and painting toes.

Lisa couldnt do a simple acrylic soak off with a manicure and told me to go back to whomever did my nails! She is low class on a whole other level! Rude female dog! I went right to 1 hour nails by Kroger on Murfreesboro rd and they hooked me right up! You get disrespected when you be rude and learn how to write correct English bat eater!

Its the only place in Antioch Ill go there sweet and do an awesome job

This is my favorite nail salon... I was a regular moved away for 10yrs yes 10yrs and they STILL remembered me. They love and care about they customers and know most by name. You never feel like its your first time...great husband and wife team!!!

This review is for station nails in Antioch, TN. I have literally NEVER wrote a bad review for a company, but my experience was horrible. I got my nails done by a guy named Lam ( Nickname Sooshi ) or something. He cut my cuticle way too deep and it started bleeding. He was using one of those metal, spinning, shape up drill tools. Now, 3 days later its swollen and looks horrible . He didnt even seem concerned about the cut and just put alcohol and some oil on it. Not only this, but the nails were badly shaped . Some of the gel was literally over lapping on my thumb nail. He said it was fine so I trusted this and left. Four days passed and they looked so bad that I went back and kindly asked them to take them off. No apologies at all up to this point. Its one thing to make a mistake and another thing not to apologize, And I was nice about the whole situation. They charged me to get them taken off. I think it should have been free honestly. As the lady was taking them off, I asked her if they looked good to her. She said they look fine to her. How in the hell do they look fine if my thumb is swollen and has black dried skin around it ? Own up to your mistakes ! I hate this type of customer service. They will never get another cent from me. Horrible customer service. Ill post a picture up later.

They are the best! Went to 4 shops on Mboro road that were rude, didn’t want to help or didn’t know how to do my original design before I found them. They were welcoming, nice and did my nail quick! Lisa was great! They new how to do my design and did it better than my previous nail tech. I will be back!

Was a faithful customer for several months. I will never go back because the husband that works there is very rude and they charge whatever they want to. Lisa the wife is wonderful.

Ive been coming to station nails for the past 6 years and everything I leave I am satisfied with my visit. Sea salt pedicure is my most favored because they take there time with u and dont rush like most nail salons. They serve wine too makes things even more nice and relaxing.

I have been doing business with this salon for at least eight years...maybe longer. Lap and Lisa run a very professional business. I have always received excellent service each time I go and would not consider going anywhere else. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and Lap and Lisa make sure that their salon is kept to very high standards.They carry great products and prices are competitive, but usually lower than most places. I drive from Brentwood to Murfreesboro Rd because I do think they are worth it and the best.

They did a great job. Not used to do much time being spent on problem areas just for the sake of doing a good job and good customer service. I was very pleased with the prices and excellent service. Would definitely go back.

Ive been to this location several times and have witnessed horrible customer service by the owner Lap. I witnessed him engaging with a customer that was unhappy with her service. She cursed at him several times. He made light of the situation, but then proceeded to discuss the situation with me. Then as he proceeded to do my nails and made a mess with the polish. He became rude with me because I addressed it by showing him what was wrong. I never spoke out of turn with him, yet he proceeded to be rude and explained that I can go get my nails done the last place that I got my nails done. Then he proceeded to call his wife (Lisa) to come finish my nails. The polish was thick, the clear coat was lumpy as if the polish needed to be thrown away, and then he kept wiping the brush on the paper towel getting other colors and glitter on my nails. Lisa was great, but I refuse to go back to this establishment and patronize business owners that feel entitled to treat customers any kind of way.

I discovered Station Nails a few months ago quite by accident (they are located next to Baskin Robbins). I was in need of a pedicure and decided to give them a try. Im SO glad I did!! Lisa and Lap are very professional, friendly and considerate. They do an excellent job and use top quality products. The first time I went in they were very kind and welcoming and when I went back a second time, they remembered me! They accept walk-ins but are a very busy salon, if you dont like to wait, make sure you have an appointment. Also, they do not tolerate children running around their salon (which I appreciate). Parents are asked to make sure kids sit quietly in the waiting area and they are not allowed back in the work area. If you like to bring your children with you when you get your nails done, this isnt the salon for you.

I only like for Lisa to do my nails because she is the only one know how I wout my nails done

Price are cheap, work is fair to the low price. Limited shop hours mean appointments are necessary or wait 1 hour or more. Owner claims the location has been open for 15+ years. Where else can you get a pedi for $25 but for sure there are no frills or any great massages. But they didnt even bother to ask me which kind of pedi I wanted in case I wanted more than the basic. The owner acts and talks (how else to say it? sorry) like a black person which is why you will read many negative reviews. He has limited patience & seems to enjoy little spats as witnessed every single time I came although not to me directly. The work is not bad for the price although nail work is not very sharp. I will come back for the cheap pedicure since they can take care of hangnails the right way but skip the rest of the services and leave your pampering expectations at the door.

I had went in and at first it seemed like a really nice place. When she started on my nails I was having a set removed... Instead of using a fake nail to take then off.. She was using a cuticle clipper to rip them off.. Then she let me soak them instead... When I the acrylic started to dry i noticed it was bulky and I HATE bulky so she pulls out the drills to fix it... Needless to say they are still bulky... theres a space between my cuticle and the pink acrylic and the pink glitter is light on some fingers and heavy on others. I asked foe coffin and got square... .. Ill just stay Going to my original salon.

The prices that are on the wall are not accurate. When I asked about the prices being different from what she told me and what was on the wall, I was told that I don’t have to get any service done. Basically, if I don’t like what she’s telling me then I can just leave. The lady was very rude and will no longer receive my services. This is the second time I’ve encountered an employee with a rude/nasty attitude.

I went to this place twice..the first experience was okay but the second was garbage!! The owner was very rude to me. I was simply explaining to him how I wanted my nails done and he told me I dont know how I want my nails and it must be a money issue!! I said noo its not a money issue I just want to know how much would it be to change my dip polish to gel and he stated that I dont know what Im talking about and he doesnt want to do my nails anymore. His wife butted in the conversation and was getting smart as well.. I politely got my things and said this isnt the only nail shop in town Ill go somewhere else. I will not be back. Please dont go spend your money at this place. If you do go be prepared to get treated and talked to any kind of way. They are very rude and unprofessional, they need to shut the place down in my opinion!!.

I have been going to this nail salon for several years and while the service I have received was satisfactory, I have witnessed the owner Lap and his wife be quite rude to customers and speak negatively about them when they leave the salon.I experienced the rudeness first hand yesterday when I popped in (bringing a friend) and asked what the wait time was. There wasnt anyone else waiting and I hoped theyd say 30 minutes or less. What was said in a loud, rude tone to me was LADY, the wait is 30- 45 minutes and you know better than to ask that question on Fridays or Saturdays.Stupid me...I came back in 35 minutes and asked hows my wait time, now?. Lap made a joke in his language and both he and his wife started laughing at me..saying that my wait time was still 30 - 45 minutes. I thanked them and I left.This salon isnt the only fish in town... and, theyve lost me as a customer.

I went here for the first time one right before closing and lap was nice enough to let me stay and Lisa did my nails I tipped her before she had even begun on my nails just as a thank you for letting me stay late. she did a nice job on my nails. the next weekend I returned to get my eyebrows waxed she waxed my eyebrows they were crooked. I was trying to tell her how to taper them she got upset with me and told me not to pay her for my eyebrows I insisted that I pay her because she still put in labor to do my eyebrows and I was not there for free services she insisted that I not pay her the following week and I return to get my nails refilled and she told me in front of all of her customers in the store that I gave her a hard time with my eyebrows and she will not do my nails, after I had tipped her for doing my nails the first time! Also. right after I had offered her several times to pay for her to do my eyebrows. she developed an attitude with me because I didnt like her work with my eyebrows. everyone is entitled to their own opinion and she cant get upset with people because they dont like her work and if shes not good at it. Its called constructive criticism and how can you do better in your business if you dont listen to your customers Im entitled to my own opinion so do better Lisa. Lap is nice though 😀

Every time I show Lam ( 1 of the workers ) what I want with my nails he always do the opposite or try talking me into something else n when I say no he seems to get upset .. I payed $50 for a FILL IN ! Which I think is Ridiculous because I got gel polish but my nails still end up dull by the middle of the week .. he rushes To much & the polish is always bumpy . If it’s not simple then they can’t do it .. I asked for real glitter and he put polish glitter . The only thing they do good at is feet ..

Terrible times. I went there for my graduation and I slid past the fact they messed up my nails because they stayed late which was just 8pm. The next time the husband was there and it all went left. He messed up my friend and my nails and got an attitude over it. He bartered me when I brought my own color and didnt want to use his, especially since they poured some liquid in another polish. They charge for length and design. The design he has was $3 per toe, which I did 2 on my feet during graduation. Total cost that time was $60 for a full set & pedi. The 2nd I just got a fill in with no design and it was $45. They said they were giving me stiletto nails that were very short, but they were really almond. With my friend, they charged her upfront with the design included. The husband didnt ask the color design and brought his own which were hideous, then proceeded to tell her the design is $10 extra from what she paid. I would never go back. The only good thing there is the woman who has tattoos and a piercing who does pedicures. Shes amazing and the sweetest. I would only go back for her, but I would hate to put money in th others pocket.

Been coming here for over 5 yrs. I am finally over the poor customer service, lack luster attitudes and rude responses I wont be back! Asking for aerosol spray to ensure your polish is dry should not be an issue since thats what its for however the owners wife (Lisa) acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and had a an attitude and she picked it up and said idk what ur talking about we have this Smh dont waste your time find people with better attitudes that appreciate their customers. I will gladly take my business elsewhere

They need to know that PAYING CUSTOMERS can express their concerns, be it good or bad. Ur job as the business owner is to ablige the customer.Not tell them, they can leave if they dont like it. ILL never go into this business again and they need to take their bullcrap back to Hing Kong.

I went to this salon with my niece after a long day of work, and when it was my turn to sit in the pedicure chair the wife was rushing me as if I was in a assembly line. She put her hands on my waste a gently pushed me in the direction of the chair. I asked her not to push me. Instead of her saying she didnt mean it. She got a bad attitude and said I Didnt Push You!!!!!! Now I would have no reason to say she did if she didnt. Then she asked her client Did I Push Her???? The client said no, as if she knew when I was touched by her. Of course she didnt make it that obvious. I asked the client How would you know? Then too make matters worse the husband jumped in it and became all ignorant screaming at me ready for a fight. Telling me he dont need my money !!!!! Well I was riding with my niece and I didnt know what will happen if I told her I want to leave. The husband acted like he was ready to fight! So I had to be the bigger person and quiet down and get out of that hell hole!!!
