I had a beyond amazing experience this time around. My tech took great care of these toes. They look and feel amazing.

Customer service needs improvement. If they were to read my review their reaction would most likely be “🤬” instead of re-evaluating themselves. There was a customer who got my nail tech mad and she decided to laugh at the customers problem. Do all that talking in the back but never in front of customers. paid a ridiculous amount for this style and honestly the shaping was horrible.

I got my nails done yesterday for my friends wedding and i could have done better . I am so disappointed, as I am not from Nashville, I didnt know where to go. I received a pedicure and in the morning the gel came off my big toe. I paid for a manicure that I clearly didnt get. There was a lady next to me getting a pedicure and they were rude about her size/weight...

It’s unfortunate that this place is extremely dirty, their utensils and equipment are not sanitary at all.I’ve gotten acrylic nails for over 30 years and never any type of nail fungus. The first time it was on my toe nail and I talked it up to unfortunate and things happen, treated it and it went away completely after about a month. So I went back to studio I got another pedicure and full acrylic set, now, two of my nails also have fungus. It’s most definitely from utensils not being sanitized after each use.I gave 2 stars because unfortunately it’s filthy, however their technicians are experienced and skilled individuals. I wish they would shut down for two days bleach the entire place clean it up and be mindful of sanitary practices that are required by law. I just cannot go back there because I know that is why I now have nail fungus.

Nail techs are kind, very clear that they are well versed in techniques. EXCEPT for following state law that requires manicure/pedicure implements to be cleaned and sanitized using UV sterilization. I watched as she completed two pedicures without changing out implements before attempting to start mine at which time I called her right out on her poor sanitation practices. She wasn’t expecting a trained nail tech to walk in for a pedicure..

I normally don’t write a review but I just wanted to say Kim is amazing, I told her exactly how I wanted my shape and color she made it happen! Honestly she made sure my nails were perfect and I arrived at the store at 6: 18, they close at 7!!! Might have rushed a little bit she definitely made sure it was perfect! Book him! She deserved my money!

I was really trying not to leave a bad review but theres no excuse. I went there last week and the day after I had to go back to get a toe fixed. I got gel nails and one of my nails has already chipped and that never happens to me when I get my nails done. I made the mistake of trying a new shop. I will not be back. Highly disappointed in the quality of work. My nails look as if a child did them. The work is not smooth at all. And the gel did not cure long enough before I was pushed out of the door. I will not go back for any reason! The people are nice but the quality of work is trash.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I just asked for them to soak off a dip manicure in acetone. Word for word said that. She then started picking and peeling off the dip nails with clippers. I didn’t stop her because I assumed she would still soak them after this (it was my first time with dip nails). She didn’t.She filed my nails (roughly & unevenly) and then told me it would be $10. I’m shy with services so I just paid & left and cried in my car.I paid $10 for her to ruin my nails—there are still layers of glue & dip residue on my nails & they feel awful. Now I’ll have to wait to get another manicure for months while I heal & grow out my nails. Save yourself & don’t go here for any service!!!!

I wanted my nails done a certain way andi didnt get them that way really upset me after I even showed a pic they used the will never get again and made me pay for something I didnt wantwrong color and length was all wrong

I called at 3pm on a Friday asking if a certain nail tech would be available anytime that day and would be able to fix a split on my natural nail. The lady (I believe to be the owner) said yes come at 6pm I asked her before hanging up if she was sure, again she said yes. I then stopped by on my way home and asked again about both things again I was told yes come at 6pm. I get there 10 mins before 6pm and the nail tech I had asked for had JUST started on someone else. The lady who I believe to be the owner sits me down next to the station of the tech I had requested about 10mins later she tells me to go sit at a different station (next to another tech who was about to finish). The nail tech finishes and tells me to go sit at her station I politely tell her I’m waiting on another nail tech. The nail tech I had requested shortly later addresses me and says it’ll be about 10-15mins, which I was fine with since that would only put me 15mins after my “appointment”. Next thing I know it’s 30mins+ past 6:00 and I’m still sitting there. Finally she finishes and I didn’t see if she cleaned her station, but I wanted to trust she did, so I sit at her station. I don’t think she even washed her HANDS! My nails weren’t shaped nice and neat. The majority of my nails had sparks of glitter they all looked sloppy. She did try to fix one nail but gave up. It all just felt rushed. It was my first time getting dip so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect but after leaving and taking a close look I don’t think this is it. I still tipped because I guess I’m just that nice. But I won’t be coming here again.Side note: reason I went specifically to her was because she did a really good job on my mom’s pedi and does a wonderful job on my mom’s friends nails.Pictures added in pictures

My dipped nails looked great the first few days, but now they are chipping. I think the products they used were poor quality. The top coat look dried up in the bottle.

Came here with our bachelorette group to get nails done. Glad we were in and out in less than 3 hours but didn’t feel our nails were done well. I got shellac on my own nails for hands and feet. Two weeks after my toenails look fine while the shellac on my hands has already started peeling/cracking.

I definitely will not come back. It was Literally the worst experience ever, I kept telling her I didn’t like them and she did not care. I called and told them I wanted and pedicure and re-touch on my set and they just painted my toes and re did my set for 70$? Worst service ever too, they will make fun of people for the smallest thing. I DO NOT recommend it!

Candy did my Super Pedicure. The massage was extensive with two different exfoliating sugar scrubs and a hydrating mask. My friend Mary Ann had Kali. He’s the best tech there! Going back for an acrylic set by him soon! The lady who did Mary Ann’s lashes did a good job, other places her contacts bother her and start to pop out from her eyes being open so long and getting dry but this lady did it in a way where that didn’t happen.

Went here for the first time and Anh did an outstanding job! Great customer interaction from the staff making sure I felt comfortable and not to mention there was no wait! My nails look wonderful. She took her time and shaped each nail perfectly. Can’t say that about every nail salon. Needless to say I will be going back!

WORST NAIL SALON EVER! Studio nails has to be one of the most unsanitary, unorganized, under-staffed places I have ever set foot in! I found it very hard to communicate with the staff regarding a language barrier. My nails were poorly done. They were crooked, and thin. I specifically asked for a coffin full set but walked out with square. Im convinced that the lady doing my nails was new and inexperienced. Please take caution going into Studio nails they will change you. I havent been the same since.Sincerely, your most hated customer.

Receive a manicure with gel polish two days later the gel polish was chipping off. It was watse of money. Then didnt want to fix it, they wanted $35 more dollars

They only give you the service they want. You ask for something, they give you the opposite. My nails are 5 different shapes. I asked for a color and she applied it 5 times where my nails became thicker than my hair. She said “this polish sucks” well why did you agree to apply it? I told her how much I didn’t like my nails and as if I was talking to a wall and she still charged me and didn’t bother to fix my nails.

I was extremely satisfied with the services provided by studio 1 nails! My mother and I both received pedicures, and I also received a manicure. They spent a total of two hours working on our feet; scrubbing and massaging! They served white and red wine during our pedi and catered to our every need and/or concern! I would definitely recommend, and actually have recommended studio 1 nails to all of my friends as this IS the best salon Ive been to by far! I came here for the first time and I am VERY picky about my names and who does them. I was very pleased. I went to this little girl, youngest one of them all and She did an amazing job. The only thing that I didnt like was their GEL nails came off in a day. $85 plus a 15 dollar tip and the 2nd day I had them on the gel polish came off. it just peeled right off. Like kids nail polish. The over all shape and everything was very good though. she did a good job. Just need to invest in better polish. thank you

I have been going to this nail salon for about a year now and have always received great service. It has been recently remodeled and looks great! The staff is always friendly and courteous. They even offer complimentary drinks. I definitely recommend Studio 1 Nails !

Lady,Kim, was very inattentive to my nails. She was busy helping others who she fought had more money. She told me I was simple and did not make her business because I was getting a manicure and not a full set. Also, she used a dirty towel on my hands to message the lotion on them. I will not return.

It the best. I got my nail done today and its was the best. There this one lady today that was being mean to the store She said she want her leg done when they start on the leg she said no than in a bit she said yea . And in a bit she got mad for someFreaking reason she started getting mad. AndYells at the staff. But all though. That nail spot is the best I recommend it!!!!!!

Won’t be going here any more I been going here for a while and my nails lift up in less then 3 days and one fell off. I been to a different place and they last me 4 weeks here my nails only last me 4days and they lift up quick.

I was pleasantly surprised with how well they did I am very picky about my nails but they did well for the price. Kinda cheap on the amount of polish they apply but it could just be the color I gor. Not a bad place if your looking for a quick decent set.

Lili is fabulous! Sometimes the smaller the salon, the more attention to detail you receive on your services. I havent had my nails trimmed and shaped this well in a long time. I highly recommend this place!

What I like about Studio 1 nails is that they are consistently fast and respects your time constraints. I have been going to Studio 1 nails for over a year and if I were to walk in without an appointment and they know they wont be able to see me anytime soon, they will tell me as they know I have to get back to work. I appreciate that! Overall I have had good experiences. Sandy does really well on my acrylic nails. LiLi does well on my eyebrows!

This place is a rip off! I asked for gel nails... Got acrylic, the polish was uneven and had holes in it. After 6 days they were looking really bad.. I asked them to fix them Bc I hadnt worked and the nail was showing.. I went there and they said I needed a fill in! What a joke! Never mind my life have I been treated this way. Bad service and inadequate work! Will never got there again. Should be shut down!

This was my first time here, I went here because I was in a rush and had to be at work soon and they werent that busy for a Saturday. As I sat and waited on the owner I believe she was, I notice a man, who I was told was her husband. I stopped and asked him did he do nails because I noticed everybody else was busy and I was In a rush. He didnt give me no attitude he instantly started on my nails and his wife finished them. Had me in & out. Such good people his wife offered candy and a water to my 6 year old son because she noticed he was bored of course lol. GREAT SERVICE the place could be remodeled though.

I have been going to studio 1 nails for over 10 years always great service and lea lea does a great job on my nails. Fyi today I came in and there was a very rude lady that talked terrible to the staff because she was having to wait. That is what happens when you just walking and they are busy. I give this place a 0 they have horrible customer service and from looking at there work mediocre and rushed. I waited for over an hour where the lady continued to ask me to put my feet bk in the water which would have over soaked my feet. They have a small selection of nail polish and no creativity. She asked the service I wanted I told her she looked at me and said well that will be $50 dollars do you still want it? I stated yeah but felt disgusted like what did that Mean do I look like I cant afford it however I didnt say that I told her to just use the small menu that displays the prices if you doubt that blacks will pay for that. Though I must admit 25 and 35 to add shellac is very pricey. 25 for the fingers 35 for the toes. After waiting for over an hour I told her I didnt want her services she stated well get out the chair which was ok I guess rude but ok however I only was still sitting there bc I was paying for us both but bc we were talking as they serviced her finally. However Im still sitting here across the room and no one is here like its super slow and again Im still here writing this review and its been over 2 and 1/2 hours and they still wouldnt have started on me yet. #overthisplace #neveragain #stayaway
