It was awful they were rude they did not do a good job. I would never go there again and I would never recommend their business to anyone. I would rate them a zero

Mike does good work but I stopped going because his customer service needs improvement. He is short with you and has a nasty attitude!

My sister will be going to heaven 😭 Friday we showed up 9 deep after calling in advance there was two workers and both had mugs on there face like they wanted to beat us up the way they talk to us we still had a seat to get our feet done for regular polish on children feet one child was $100 we got up in left because the work and the mistreatment is why we got up in left one worker was screaming you have to go else we’re we can not get polish off of any of your toes?? I can see why it was empty because they were rude and we had a license nail tech with us who offered to help him get the polish off

Mike does my nails whenever I go and he does an excellent job.

As soon as I walked in thru the door it was unprofessional. The front door person act like I was an inconvenience to him. He proceed to do my nails because I was like maybe he is having a bad day but he attitude progressively got worst. Do not go here, they are very rude and unprofessional and do poor work.

They kicked us out when i asked for a mask. The guy was so rude and very poor service. And the nails were very ugly. Horrible service and will never go again. Would not recommend.

I love the work and cleanliness of the shop. Family owned and operated. The dont speak much English but can handle some nails. I recommend to all friends. Not sure where these other people going to but cant be my place. #cheers

Went to Nail Pro for the first time today.They were very professional and my nails look great.I only had to wait 10 minuets to be seen.Ill defiantly be going back.

Purchased a Gift certificate from them for 50 dollars and included a 10 tip for a total of 60 and would not honor it for my wife when she went. THEY said it was expired. I was told it didnt expire, so they keep my 60 bucks and my wife missed out on her birthday.

Very poor service nothing helpful. if one goes for a service one knows that for the sake of it there is to pay for that when one looks for service like these we know that it is a pleasure is not an objection that one knows what it costs and the most that one goes is to relax and that provide good service

Go to The Nail Spa they have over 10 people & ready to help fast... only 2 people working on a saturday at this place REALLY?? Close ur business down if u cant hire more people...or treat people more nicely...or be thoughtful and tell us there is a wait...dang something!! Instead of silence😞

I absolutely love this place Mike has been doing my nails for over 10 years! I first metic him when they were located inside Hickory Hollow Mall. Yes the wait can be long at times but that is bc they are so good people enjoy getting their nails done there.

I been spending my money wit Mike and his wife for a little over 10yrs!! I would alwyz speak highly of them. Than about 1 mo ago Mike was very disrespectful and his wife followed suit like she dnt have her on mind!! I just want them to knw !! Tht you going to keep losing customers!! Mike is ungrateful and disrespectful.. Customers are always a blessing to your success!! Dnt ever forget it! Oh and by tha way... I found a real nail shop who appreciates their customers!!

This place was horrible. When I walked in the door they only had one customer and they let me just stand at the front desk for about a minute before acknowledging me. When he asked what I needed I told him a fill-in. He responded by telling me they couldnt help me unless Iwas getting my nails cut because they dont do long nails. My nails are about an inch long from cuticle to tip. I expected to pay an extra fee for long nails, not be totally refused service. They will never get my business even if I do cut my nails.

Worst service ever! Only 2 people working on a Saturday! Seriously?!? Waited more than an hour in awkward silence. Also had a big disappointment when I asked if they could do ombré French tip and said “No”. Ended up leaving and going to Lavenders where I only waited 5 minutes, got offered something to drink, and COULD do ombré nails (which came out beautiful)

I was almost amazed by how rude they are. When I walked in, there was a man and a woman working there with only one customer. They ARE NOT friendly and treat you like youre bothering them by coming in. The man just stared at me in silence like I was crazy. I turned around and LEFT!!! There are too many nail salons in this area for them have the NERVE to behave like theyre the only ones and that theyre doing you a favor. I would never... let me repeat myself, NEVERRRR let them do so much as clip my left pinky toenail. They dont even deserve the ONE star they got from the majority of these reviewers.

We walked in there and the guy doing nail yelled, what do you want? With a bad attitude. No hi, how can I help you, or anything of the like. He then scolded at my 22 year old sister for sitting on the wrong chair. At that moment I told them I didnt want their services anymore because they were being very rude. The guy and lady working there responded with a, Leave then! This is a very bad place to go to. Horrible costumer service. This has been the worst experience for me.

Staff was nice and did a great job on my nails.

Longest wait ever, only two people working. People that are coming in after me are getting service before me, thats messed up. The one worker told me if I dont have the time to wait then I can go, how rude. I was just saying that it was messed up that someone that came in after me was getting service before me.

Really deserves no stars. DO NOT EVER GO. The lady cut my toe, not the nail, and tried to keep going as my toe bled perfusely. Then she yelled at me for telling her to stop. They need to be shut down really.

They are horrible. Do not go there, the owners are so rude and they yell at you to sit down. It was the worst experience I have ever gotten. The place is horrible.
