It has been a joy to live here. The maintenance staff is SO friendly, prompt, and I’ve enjoyed interacting with them. I love my neighbors, and I love where I live. Convenient and safe location close to Shelby Park and the walking path close to downtown. The apartments aren’t frilly but they are quiet, spacious, and clean.

Its a good neighborhood

This apartment complex Evicted a lady miss Kirby From 525 Crutcher street And decided to bring all her belongings to my business property and dump it in my dumpster this was about a month ago and I have since started a police report against Lenore garden apartments I have video evidence that your employees came and dumped miss Kirbys trash on my property I have called to resolve this issue with the company but their phone number is out of service.

I am a tenant at Lenore Garden. Since the new manager started in July all my maintenance issues have been taken care of. Mr. Charles is an excellent groundsmen he makes sure the grounds are nice and clean. I love the new staff they actually care about there residents and i hope they stay around for a long time. The manager is sweet, funny and polite i . I love the new staff genuinely and the holloween party invites were the cutest

This place gave me a home when i had nowhere else to turn, so theyre God sent in my book.

I move here 3 months ago and I’m very happy with the out come it’s quite the apartment spacious hope to stay for awhile 😀

Afforadable ...A little rocky around the edges but .. If you are used to an urban environment.. Great place to live.

Definitely a hood element. No w/d connections. Only moved here cuz it was cheap at the time. Walls are paper thin.

DO not move into these apartments they have a lousey manager there is rats mice roaches and in the bathroom we take good care our place and we moved do not i repeat do not move here

These are very reasonable apartments that are three bedrooms only..

Just started living here very quiet contrary to popular belief since we are close to the project...only downfall the sockets are upside down and the walls are paper thin

She is the managed needs to go away that is not good for the people she is getting over on people ASAP

They need to remodel those asap
