The maintenance men that were here did a great job. The problem was something that they couldnβt fix. The AC unit is original and so old it needs to be replaced. They put in a window unit, which of course will drive up electric bill. I am sure that Management will not be in a hurry to replace the unit as there is a temporary work around. The maintenance here are excellent but there are some things beyond there control and fall directly on the management.8/6/21β¦..I thought it was appropriate to add an update to my last post. I found out in the process of my AC dying, we are under new management. Shelly was very responsive and made sure the new AC unit was put in very quickly. Thank you Shelly and the incredible maintenance team you have here. Very happy and COOL! ππ»
The move in experience was seamless and highly accommodating for my busy schedule. Leslie Ress was very kind and helpful throughout the process and very responsive. The complex is nice enough and affordable, accurately priced (considering the market at this time). Will update on the living experience as time goes on.
Do not live here. Things written on your move in inspection are never fixed. The entry gate was broken 90% of the time I was there. When it snowed, absolutely no effort was made to clear the snow causing multiple wrecks and in one case an ambulance was unable to get up the drive. They do everything to rip you off when you move out so they dont have to return your deposit. The place is built to cramp as many people in a small space. They charge for trash pick up even when they dont pick it up. Live somewhere else for better service and environment.
As a new resident its a comfort that I can count on the maintenance team of landmark point apt. Homes to do a perfect job thank you so much.
Everyone in the leasing office is sooooo nice and accommodating with my schedule and everything else I needed to get done. Everything that is needed to do is simplified for the over thinkers like myself. Lol. Great team! Glad I chose this place.
They processed my maintenance issue on time the second time and it was good. I like the neighborhood and management helped me with my lease at entrance and end of contract.
I was in a pinch to find a comfortable place to move with only 3 weeks to find somewhere! The amazing staff here were so kind and helpful thought the entire process and made sure my needs were met and I had a place to live with the short amount of time I had!
Wonderful move in experience. Apartment was delivered on time when promised and so clean! Cas was amazing and so very helpful throughout the process of a long distance move!!
I recently moved out of here and they somehow lost my security deposit. If you ask them, theyβre going to say that I never payed one, but where can you move in without paying a security deposit??? I tried to get this issue resolved over the phone and it got me no where. all they did was send me a ledger balance of everything iβve ever payed, and it magically wasnβt on there, even though the guy I talked to confirmed the amount it was with me and everything.
It would have been 5 stars if not for the rain and then extreme heat .
Anytime we have a problem that requires maintenance, they respond quickly and efficiently. We have only been living here for about 6 months but it has been a great experience so far!
We like our apartment, but maintenance sucks. Weβve complained about several things that have never been fixed. Neighborhood is quiet tho. Thatβs nice.
Leave a bad review and they will fight to take it down....just post 1 star and keep it moving
All in all, its a good place to live. Great location with awesome nearby shopping and dining. Landscaping is beautiful. Maintenance is quick to respond.
First, if you do happen to move here do NOT live in building #1, it is old and the electricity needs to be re-wired as our electric was shorting out making the WiFi go off line quite often which is annoying when you do school online. Also there were roaches that they sprayed for, but when moving out we still found them there. The door to the laundry room was too small to fit any size washer or dryer, even the compact one, so it was completely useless to me. Also there was a constant smoke smell from the neighbors that was horrendous. The only good thing was the location of our back porch and the pool when it finally opened. The was a very below average place to live for how much we paid, Im thankful I was not able to continue my lease any longer.
Ms Lesli is the best! :)
The apartments are Fair market Value bu they need to be renovated! I think, theyve recently been updated but the budget mustve been cheap!
I have lived here for about a month now, and there is still an aggressive dog and pit bull that live in the apartment next to me. Both are on the restricted list posted on the website for the complex. Also, the office staff never return phone calls. It is as if when they have the lease signed they do not have to talk to you anymore. For these and a few other reasons I will not be renewing my lease, nor will I refer anyone to this complex.
Awesome staff and management! Great place to live.
It isnβt as quite as we were told it would be. There is a really bad bug and spider problem. Some Neighbours donβt pick up after dogs. Outside of the negative I will say neighbours are friendly.
I have lived in the complex about 8 months now and its a decent place to live. However, there is a lot of down sides to it. For starters the the price was not bad when I moved in but has gone up since and I now think the price is more than the units are worth. My apartment also has major bug issues. Everyday I come home from work there is a different bug crawling across the wall or floor (Some I have never seen before). They make you pay $5 a month for pest control and you just tell them when you want them to come spray but it doesnt help.My biggest issue with the apartment is how thin the floors are. Its a stereotypical issue to hear your upstairs neighbors making noise and I hear then walking around all the time, no problem. However, what I have a problem with is at night when Im trying to go to sleep, in the dead of night, I can hear the tenets above making love and thats a very uncomfortable experience to lay under... I have talk the the property manager about this and they tell me there is nothing they can do. So every few night I have to just deal with it.I DO not recommend living here! The final issue I have with the complex is the lease agreement! Please, make sure you read the full thing before you decide to move in here. Because of the issues listed above I would like to move out of my apartment, but I cant just pay to break my lease. They also require me to turn in a 60 day notice on top of paying to break my lease or I will have to pay 3 times my rent amount. Which it over $3000. (Turns out you have to give this 60 day notice even if your lease is ending!) Its kinda greedy and slimy if you ask me. So Im stuck with passionate Romeo and Juliet as roommates for at least 3 more months...Just look somewhere else.
My son and partner were down to the wire on relocating places from a previous townhome. They are expecting this year and needed to move before her 3rd trimester. If you want a great rate and 200% customer service, go tour and ask for Leslie. This move would not be possible without her help, experience, and understanding. Moving is a stressful situation and I felt at ease the entire time knowing Leslie was running the show! Thanks!β€β€β€β€
I have lived here for 1 week now and feeling why did I move here. The staff is very irresponsible. Refrigerator and Dish washer is not working properly on my first day. Cleverly staff forced me to handover the move-in condition letter one my second day to get the things sorted out. But i came to know the fact later that i can not break my lease once i gave the move in condition letter. I wont suggest anyone here
I love living here! The community is quiet, theres ample parking, and the office staff are always wonderful to deal with. Great location, too!
I have lived at a few apartment complexes in the Nipperβs Corner area and this is by far the best. Reasonable rent prices, nice amenities, nice apartments and what really puts it over the top are the people in the office. From initial contact to moving day to questions since Iβve moved in, both Leslie and Drew have been absolutely wonderful to deal with. They have been so helpful and kind and you donβt find that everywhere. I would highly recommend Landmark at Wynton Pointe to anyone looking in this area.
I have lived here for just over a year but I am leaving in August to search other areas of the city. Whenever I have an issue it is resolved rather quickly, I do think the past month or so has been a decline though in both maintenance and office staff, it took me nearly a week to get my shower rod replaced and I feel like a bother when I ask the office staff any questions. I also complained about the pool gate not being locked at night so people have been out there until 3 in the morning but it is still happening (gate hasnt been locked). Those little moments wont take away the great experience I have had over my almost two years of living here.
I have visited over 100 complexes throughout Nashville. This is by far the best value. Gated community, clean grounds with beautiful landscaping, two well done pools and friendly staff. Strongly recommend. (liked it so much my daughter is becoming a resident!)
Hi everyone. Its a nice area, you have e veryrhing close and they are really nice and helpful at the office.. but the valet service is extremely bad, they barely come pick your trash up, you end up going to throw it away..theres animal around and whenever you come out of your apart, theres your trash all over the floor!!
The maintenance man was quick, courteous and got my repair done in the same day, then noticing that one of my lights was out in my guest bathroom, he repaired that as well. Thanks for your prompt attention.
Cons:Wood Roaches. You will see them in your apartment. Call maintenance immediately, when you do.You have to hound at their staff in order to get anything fixed or accomplished.Majority of the apartments are outdated. Old dish washer, fridge, and oven/stove.Price: The money is not worth it to me. My opinion.Parking: if you live in the front apartments, you better get home early or else youre parking far.ProsSafe communityThe walls are not thinGreat price for apartment
The entire management and maintenance team are fantastic! They are friendly and genuinely care about making Landmark at Wynton Pointe a home for my family. They addressed a maintenance concern for our building that was a mess during rainstorms by pushing for a permanent solution that has improved life for all residents in our building. It is reassuring to know the residents have strong advocates caring for our homes! It is a major blessing in my life living in a Landmark at Wynton Pointe apartment.
Enjoying my third year of residency here! Always find the office staff to be welcoming and interested in my experience here. I am also impressed with the maintenance staff - always prompt and professional.
The maintenance team is awesome.
I liked my apartment and thought the environment was clean and safe. I only had an issue with staff on a plumbing scenario and had to ask several times to take care of it. But this apartment is affordable and in an excellent area. I would consider moving back again. EDIT - I did move back in Feb 2019 till December 2019. The experience is still great and the lease price is much more affordable than other apartments in the area. Great access to downtown and Brentwood/Franklin area. They are making improvements as time goes on too.
Fantastic customer service attitude and experience! And Leslie is really fantastic!! I just love her!! This is really a great place to live!
Are these perfect apartments? No. But they are very nice. The staff I would rate 100 percent. I had trouble at a previous place I tried to rent from (Nob Hills - DO NOT rent from there.) Leslie from Landmark got our application one day and approved it the next. She responds very promptly to emails and phone calls. Communication is so good with the apartment leasing office. The apartments could use a little cleaning on the outside. There were some minor issues when we moved in with the apartment. I sent a request for maintenance to repair. Most was repaired within 24 hours. Some took 48 to 72 hours to repair. I think most are now complete. They do try at least to get things done and done right. One good thing also is that the apartment complex has an online community where you can complete task and be rewarded with Amazon, Target, itune gift cards. Already got 1 and I havent been there for 1 month.
I have had nothing but positive experiences living here. Ive only had one maintenance issue -- AC went out -- and it was fixed by the time I got home from work that same day, with a note explaining the issue and how it was corrected. Ive never had an issue with bugs. The office staff has always been kind to me. Yes, there has been quite a bit of construction, but we have always been notified in advance, the property looks so beautiful now, and even the contractors they hired were wonderful. I work in property management downtown, and I promise you...it is no easy feat. Yall keep up the good work :)
Its almost 2 yrs here, I was not aware of rent going up EVERY year by 60.00 or more, lots of large BUGS. The maintenance crew is good, thay fast on fixing things, and Leslie at the office is wonderful
What a great place! Friendly staff nice, living quarters and aggressively priced. Was going through a difficult move and could not have asked for a better place to land. My leasing agent Heather did a great job and got me moved in promptly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I rent an apartment recently in Landmark at Wynton Pointe and I love it... this is my first apartment and I think this the best thing that happened in my life,,, Its so quite, clean safe and beautiful,,, and I want to recognize all the employees in the office they are cooperative and .so nice and always give the time to answer your questions... my MOM love them so much she even one day baked a bread and sent it to them... and I specially want to recognize Carlos he is always there in the office to help us ...I love it here and I cant see my self in another community because this is the best.
Move in went well staff was pleasant
The maintenance team is prompt and nice, sadly this is the only nice thing about this place. I have an infestation of cockroaches, silverfish, and centipedes. I was told by management that it is acceptable to see bugs in the home. The pool is surrounded by rusty gates. During an ice storm they refused to salt walkways, stating that the complex is too large for them to take care of public walkways. They let the dumpster overflow and will not make the dumpster pick up weekly because we have a contract. When I sent a letter to the regional and national offices, I was sent a formal notice my the Wynton Pointe manager stating that my lease would not be renewed. Is that even legal?Do not move here. This is the most expensive and bug-infested place you will find in this area.
I lives here from past 9 months and its good community to live, management is nice and . Though apartments are old and little pricey side, but spacious when comparing to other communities close by. I love this place and management people are awesome. Only drawback i see here that maintenance request wont be taken care unless you create tickets in resident portal :(. i would rate it 4.5 :).
We have nothing truly negative to say about these apartments. They arent new, the appliances arent energy efficient, but we feel safe here and feel like the management cares about us. Weve never had issues with getting something fixed, and theyve always been kind to us. The apartments are in good condition for their age, and in a great location.
Office staff is very nice especially Leslie. Apartments are affordable and are in a great location. There are some plumbing issues but once you submit a repair request its taken care of timely.
Safe neighborhood that has great floorplans. A lot of bang for the buck. Plus its a great central location. Almost all of Nashville is accessible within 20 minutes
I wasnt necessarily pleased as I was unaware that the maintenance men would be entering the apartment while I was not home..I would have liked some notice. Also, a paper was left indicating that my water heater was okay, however the issue remains?
I have not gotten any kind of response from anyone on my maintenance request.
My future home..
I put in my request today that my heat was not working and they came today and fixed it. Great job.
Management is a joke. Donβt bother calling and half the amenities they say they have no longer exist. Bugs are everywhere and electrical problems are constant. Water is always off and pool is always packed and dirty. Leslie is super nice In the office though.
Apartment complex is run down and management is horrible with follow up. All of the maintenance guys are extremely nice and willing to lend a helping hand when they see you. I wish Management had the same mentality. When you put in a request, it takes over a week for them to respond no matter how urgent. We have had our closet completely fall down and have had 2 floods from the apartment above us in the last 6 months. All 3 scenarios required me following up via email after the request had been submitted for over a week. It doesnt seem that Management really cares what happens to you. I would not recommend! We plan on moving when our lease is up.
First let me start saying this apartment complex is a complete SWINDLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The front office sold me a bunch of lies.. Yes it is a gated community with a gym and a pool. However the gate has been broken since Ive moved here the pool wasnt ready until July and not to mention the gym equipment is horrible you are doing better by staying in an extended stay. My apartment has COCK ROACHES!!!!!!!!!!! I have been bitten and when I presented these issues to the renters office they told me to take pictures and come back. I have been back several times and they continue to say we will put you on our pest control list. Not to mention we have a pest control fee and you still have to requests to have your apartment spaired. I am on the verge of buying out my lease when all I want is to move to another apartment
Its a shame you have to give atleast one star rating, because this place does not deserve it at all. If you are looking for a comfortable living space, do not waste your time with this place. After living here for a year and a half, my husband and I left early and decided to pay two rents. Thats how horrible this place is.The staff is unfriendly and does not seem to have a clue as to what is going on. The maintenance is a joke. We had an enormous hole in the ceiling of our bathroom for over a month (the maintenance staff caused the hole). Each day there would be a new species of insect in the shower. When I would report this to the maintenance staff and then the front office nothing would happen. Then they send a notice that they are going to re-pipe all apartments. We were required to move everything out of our closet, kitchen, pantry and bathroom. (Keep in mind this only leaves two rooms for storage and to live in...) This process was only supposed to last four days. But it took closer to two weeks. Two weeks of not being able to cook dinners with no space to live. They did not cut anything off of the rent price.I could go on and on. But the main point is...do not make the mistake of paying the complex any money.
What seemed like a great apartment complex until its time to move out. They decided to redo all of the plumbing a month before our wedding. What was to take a week ended up taking an entire month. We had to lock our cat up in a separate bedroom for a month during the day, it was torture for him and us to do this. Please note, we did not receive any compensation, had to eat out most of the time and could not do dishes or take showers unless it was before 8am and after 6pm. Now, after we move out, we are told we have to pay a huge additional bill for cleaning, oven cleaning and things that should be covered already.Let me cut down to the chase, do not move here. You would be better in a box on Broadway.
Just signed a second year lease. One of the best communities for your money in this area. Good customer service, great amenities, quiet and an overall good place to live.
DONT LIVE HERE. Management is the worst I have dealt with. Office workers and management are condescending and go back on their word. Read your lease carefully prior to signing or moving out. There are many stories of miserable living conditions that I will tell at a later time but below is my most recent story.... from long after I moved out.Very long story short: After moving out at the end of my lease and turning in notice and keys, management attempted to have me served for eviction (by sending the paperwork to the apartment that I no longer had keys to). Luckily the nice police officer trying to serve me noticed that no one was living in the apartment and called me to let me know he was leaving the paperwork on the door. So, I was taken to court and brought along a badass lawyer friend. Their lawyer eventually gave up and signed a settlement agreement saying I didnt owe anything and I thought it was over. Now, 1.5 YEARS after moving out and 13 months after settling in court, they have apparently forgotten about the settlement agreement and have again sent my debt to collections and are threatening to take me to court again for the same debt. Nice try Landmark, nice try. This place is unbelievable! Even after you think its over... its not over. Good luck. Hope yall have good, cheap lawyers.
I love it here! This is the best place my way! Everyone is kind and friendly. Awesome Sauce!! :)
Save yourself the hassle and do not live here. The location is great and that is about it.Maintenance requests are ignored. There are bugs everywhere. The trash is not picked up consistently. This gated community has a gate that is never working. The pool did not open until July. You can hear everything your neighbors are doing.Upon moving out, management was completely rude. For the amount of rent that one pays ($900), it needs so much improvement.Avoid this place.
Great people, location and wonderful staff. Maintenance and Management is always there if you need them.
With no way to leave reviews on their website (so I assume the reviews on the website are fake) I hope enough people stop on their unused facebook page or google reviews. From the beginning this was the worst experience Ive ever had. I did not receive my lease until the day before moving in. Upon move in everything was fine. Eventually, my blinds broke and was 2 months before anyone bothered to do something about it. Then water was cut off in my apartment on and off for a month as they were fixing pluming issues with no compensation to rent price. While that was happening I approached my mailbox with a broken door. This was also not fixed for over a month. I was responsible for moving all my mail to their secured office. They did nothing to help. And never bother to actually collect my mail in a secure area. Every single day (minus 3) my mail was in my unlocked mailbox. In January, there was a fire in the apartment below mine and even though my boyfriend and I were in this old ladys apartment trying to stop the fire and ultimately, saving this old ladys life, they did nothing to ease the transition. I was not able to live in my apartment for a few days per fire marshals request due to smoke damage and they refused to even clean my carpets because the apartment complex deemed my apartment livable and instead was handed a complimentary air freshener. 3 months before my lease was up I was welcome with a letter reminding me to clean my apartment before my move out date in a few weeks. I immediately brought it to the attention to the management and they told me they had rented my apartment out to someone else 3 months before my lease was up and still wanted me to pay to break my lease (over 2,400 dollars AND rent for the month). I agreed to leave since I couldnt handle another second here and fought to waive my fines. Now Im currently fighting to get the entirety of my security deposit back. I was told after a month I would receive it. A little over a month goes by and I call them up to see what was holding it up. They told me since I broke the lease I forfeit my deposit. After a phone call with Zach on Thursday he promised to have this worked out and would email me on Saturday. It is now Wednesday and no email. I called again and was told Zach was on lunch. I received a call back just now saying it will be another 30 days before I receive my deposit. I cant wait to be done with this place.
The apartments are in a great location. But the manager and maintenance crew are TERRRRRRIBLE. I had a stove that didnt work when I moved in, they replaced my heating element TWICE in my first 6 months. I demanded them to replace my stove, and they gave me one that looked like it was used in the 60s, and it didnt heat right. I had a thermometer in it, and it was set at 375, and the thermometer read 500 degrees. I told them that, and they refused to do anything else with it. Management is just terrible. The bright spot to this place is the ladies at the office are amazing, and the pool is pretty nice. but thats it. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I recently relocated to Nashville from Atlanta for work. After much searching, I accidentally found Landmark at Wynton Pointe. The leasing team made me feel welcome and the move in process was seamless. I purchased a piece of furniture that was suppose to ship by appointment. - instead it was delivered to the office while I was out town. The Wynton Pointe team took care of the issue and had the furniture moved into my apartment.I can never thank the team enough for making my transitions easier!
Im giving them a 1 out of 5 to be nice but they dont even deserve that. The management and maintenance staff are terrible. They have excuse after excuse. My bfs ceiling collapsed in his coat closet due to a water heater and the water damaged all of his stuff. He was told that they werent liable to get his coats cleaned. I think thats ridiculous seeing how it wasnt his fault. Furthermore, mold started to grow in the closet and he had to ask them numerous times to come clean it. They finally came after weeks of him hounding them. Mold has grown back and it has been a month and a half since the initial indecent. I dont think anyone should have to live in these conditions especially when youre paying over $900 a month. And his closet ceiling still hasnt been fixed to put the icing on the cake. :)
We moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2016 from Zebulon, North Carolina. We came across Wynton Pointe Apartments Community. Greeted by Mrs. Leslie Ress. What an Awesome woman. She has this Glow about her with a warming smile. She just didnt ask what we were looking for. She wanted to know about us as a person and not just renters. Wynton Pointe is the place for us.The apartment complex is just Beautiful. They keep it clean and very home inviting. The staff here is so wonderful, kind and considerate. If you need work done they are on the job. And greet you with a smile and ask how is your day going. How awesome is that? They have all different types of apartments for you for all different kinds of health issues. For example, I have back problems and nerve damage in both legs. So they showed us a lot of apartments to benefits my conditions. We are returning residents and purchased a washer and dryer and the installers could not get the dryer through the door to its final location so we contacted the office and maintenance came out and in less than ten minutes they had it in place and also connected the power cord and dryer vent.Thank You for going above and beyond!!!! Andas returning residents we know we made the right choice and would recommend Wynton pointe to all our friends!!!Love This Place!!!!Wayne and Shirley Landry
Easily the worst and most expensive complex I have ever lived in.The demo unit they show you is not what the real units look like. It looks nice and well maintained, but the actual units are not.To start out, the buildings are poorly designed from the start. In the single bedroom, the air conditioner is in the bedroom with the AC units right outside the paper thin wall/window.Water pressure is basically 0. Youre doing well to be able to take a bath within 15 minutes of starting the water. Too poor to be able to rinse a razor in the morning, so i have to fill the sink up with water and slosh my razor back and fourth to clear it out to be able to finish shaving. When i moved into my apartment i moved all my furniture and stuff in, and then went back to my home to return a truck and trailer. When i came back the next day, i came back to half the carpet in the master bedroom being soaked due to the air conditioner overflowing. Apartment has smelled like mold since then, and I have complained with no responses. Supposedly someone came to fix the water leak at the water heater, but as im typing this, its still dripping into the pan, growing a very nice slime.Woke up on Monday morning to a leak in the kitchen ceiling. Okay i thought, This should surely be something that will get handled quickly, right? (even though it took three weeks to get the ice maker fixed when i moved in). Nope. I called at 4AM to the emergency maintenance line, and as i was leaving for a flight, i left a rather large pot stacked on two towels to catch the water while maintenance came to fix it. When i got back Friday, the towels I left out, as well as every other towel in the kitchen, were all in the sink soaking wet. Either the ceiling collapsed, or they took 12+ hours to come fix it. Here we are a week later, and Ive still got a huge hole in my kitchen ceiling.Theres 8 washing machines and 8 dryers at this complex. Of them, usually one of each is broken.... And the rest are almost always in use, so good luck getting your laundry done. Getting a washer and dryer into the in-unit hookups involves pulling the fridge out, which is awesome. (Not)Bugs galore. Ive found spiders, roaches, silver fish (didnt know what they were till i moved here) and wasps in my unit.Multiple bad patches in the walls and ceilings throughout the apartment. Terrible paint job, and lighting fixtures are all cheap. Power bills arent awesome, either. My first bill for 4 days was $40, and then my second bill for roughly 14 days of being home (I was out of town, with the AC, lights, and everything else off for two weeks that month) was $80. I use LED lights throughout, and have never seen a power bill over $75 in my old apartment, in Mississippi, where power costs more and I was home (with the AC set at 69) every day.Bathroom in the single bedroom unit is set up like a hotel. I knew this when i moved in, but its much more annoying than i imagined. Bathroom is basically a toilet and a bathtub in a closet. No insulation at all between top and bottom floors. If your upstairs neighbor takes a step in their living room you can hear it in the bedroom of the downstairs unit.Theres also a dumb valet trash service you _have_ to pay $25 a month for, even if you only put out trash twice a month and would rather just take it to the dumpster yourself. All kinds of trash and bugs in the breezeways outside... They are never cleaned or maintained. Rotten wood and lights hanging out of their mounts are a nice sight to see after youve been out of town for two weeks.Ive never had an apartment this bad. Ive never paid this much for an apartment. Im going to continue paying $1000 a month for an apartment, but Im going to pay that to live in a literally brand new (opened in 2015) apartment complex in Providence at Mt. Juliet; Where its worth the money. It is 150% worth breaking my lease. This complex is a complete ripoff, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
I cannot tell you how many times I caught and saw BROWN RECLUSE spiders in my apt. The office and management DO NOT care. They would send pest control and nothing would change. Management is not helpful! The apts are very run down and outdated. The appliances are old and gross. Good luck getting a washer and dryer in! In my apt, there was not proper ventilation and mold constantly grew in my shower, toilet and sink. Cleaned my bathroom every 3 days to keenit down.
Loved my time here, I especially loved the red light. Its a life saver with the Old Hickory traffic.
Iβve lived here 3 years, and itβs safe, well kept, Awesome staff, and great location. Highly recommend.
Have have been here for 4 years very friendly staff always doing upgrades.... Office staff nice an always very helpful to get any issues that may come up....
Apartment is in a good location but the roaches are out of control. No matter how many times you get your apartment sprayed or even you spraying raid you wake up to them either on your walls or floor.when next year comes I flying up out these apartments. Never lived with bugs and Im not going to keep paying to.
These place is the Worst place to live The Maintenance take forever to fix up stuff Theyβre too strict. I wouldnβt recommend it to nobody!!!!
Apartments are well-maintained, office staff is friendly, and I feel safe in this complex.
Awful experience. I was told I would have new cabinets. No, it turned out to be new cabinet doors. You have to pay $25 a month for trash valet which didnt bither me at first because its fairly convenient. The valet trash was supposed to come every day except for Thurs and Fri. We were lucky if they came twice a week. The laundry area was ridiculous. It is set up for a full size washer and dryer (closet in the back of the common bathroom) but couldnt fit through the doorway even after the doors were removed. There was a constant bug problem even though I kept all of my food in sealed containers. I lived there a year and the steps directly outside of my apartment broke 3 times (they taped a paper sign saying broken and would fix it a few weeks later).First, a pipe burst in the master bath. Not too long after that burst, the pipe under the master bath sink burst as well. The walls and cabinets were soaked. They came and fixed the leak, but a few weeks later, mold began to grow (never provided a fan to help dry out the wood and drywall). Maintenance came and said they removed the mold. I went in later and there was still mold everywhere. After I called, they came and painted over the mold. This provided little comfort. Then, the toilet in the common bathroom began to leak at the base (not the clean water from the tank). I had to call three times to get someone to fix it. Every time they said they dont know what is wrong and left. The flooring was soaked and was popping up. I asked maintenance to replace it (since it was soaked with disgusting waste) and was told that management wouldnt approve that because it would cost them too much. Toilet was never fixed, and the flooring created and unbearable smell (pretty embarrassing if you have guests). Im sure there is more but Ive blocked the rest out. Dont move here.
The apartments are very nice I love that its gated makes you feel safe at night
Prices went up and quality went down. The office staff is super nice but completely unhelpful. The maintenance staff is always sloppy, always messy and thats just when they actually show up which is rare. After living here for a few months, I recommended this community to my best friend who was moving to town and I regret that decision. She has had nothing but issues since the moment she moved in. The list of issues includes; Poor maintenance work (when they work), grounds by our unit are unruly and infested with chiggers, ticks and foxtails (all very bad for a little dog like mine). Cheap appliances that constantly break, carpet not installed properly, screens not sealed properly, bugs bugs bugs everywhere, valet trash that costs $25 per month (not negotiable) and rarely comes in any consistent fashion, un-kept gym with broken machines and filth everywhere, pool always opens late in the summer. All in all you arent taken care of, you have to be constantly babysitting the management to get anything done, it doesnt just happen. I think they are way understaffed for such a big community and residents consistently suffer for it. Traffic on Old Hickory makes the location less than desirable as well. Buy a house instead or find a smaller community that will value you as a resident.
Great place, location and staff extremely friendly
I lived in these apartments for nearly three years. I would not recommend this location to anyone in Nashville given a number of incidents that were handled very poorly by the management. Please see below a list of some of the most important items.Β· Landmark at Wynton Pointe lists a gate as an amenity. Do not be fooled. The gate was only functional roughly 30% of the time that I lived there over nearly three years.Β· Wynton Pointe makes no effort whatsoever to make the parking lot drivable during snow and ice storms. Do not expect to be able to leave safely when it snows.Β· Wynton Pointe does not seem to care that they have a Peeping Tom. In 2017, we received a notification that someone else had spotted a peeping tom. A year later, in 2018, we had a peeping tom spying on us one evening. We called the police (who did nothing), and the next day we told the management at Landmark, expecting them to again share the information with residents. This was a safety issue. They made no such communication.Β· Landmark put considerable effort into improvements to the properties while we lived there. One of those improvements was updating plumbing. A mistake happened during this process, and our apartment was flooded with two inches of water through half of the apartment. We were unable to live in the apartment for 4 days. We never received any reimbursement for lodging during that time. We did receive reimbursement for some damaged items. They did not replace the carpet, but opted to only replace the carpet padding. The apartment was flooded again when a different contractor shot a nail through a supply line while replacing the siding on the building. The apartment never dried out completely, resulting in a mildew smell until we moved out over a year later.Β· I bought a house this year. The day that I planned to put an offer on a house in this *highly* competitive housing market, I sent an email to confirm that we would be required to pay a fee of one months rent and give 30 days notice to break lease, as was my memory of the lease. A member of Landmark staff confirmed this information for me in writing. A week later, after I had moved forward with putting an offer on the house, Landmark Management informed me they had made a mistake, and that 60 days notice were required. This cost me $1100 in unexpected rent and forced me to pay rent and mortgage both in the same month.Β· When we moved into the apartment, I noted that the area near the balcony or the balcony itself smelled of urine. They pressure washed the balcony to correct it. Upon move out, they sent us a bill for ~$1000 to replace the carpet due to pet stains in that part of the carpet. This could not have been due to our pets, because we had furniture against the walls in the areas they claim were damaged. Further, the carpet was already damaged and smelled due to the flooding that had happened the year before. This company does not care about your well-being. They do not care about your comfort. They do not care about retention, and they certainly do not respect the property as the home of its residents. Do not, under any circumstances, move into these apartments or any other Milestone Properties.
So far living here has been great. Weve been here going on two years and just signed another lease. We moved apartments after our first lease and they made the transition seamless! Were satisfied with our current apartment, mostly. The only drawback is that we are floor level and there are tons of bugs outside of the apartment. Spiders everywhere, which dont really bother anything but are super creepy nonetheless. After a big rain in the spring usually is when you might see a few bugs indoors, mainly house centipedes and big spiders. Our cat loves the area and there are big windows for her to lookout. I actually feel safe, I dont see much if any crime. People are always out and running around or walking their animals. Only thing Id suggest are bigger trash bins, they give you notices if your trash doesnt fit in the bin when its waiting to be picked up. The bins overflow with medium kitchen garbage bags and since the trash pickup is inconsistent, its easy to accumulate a few bags at a time. All in all its a pretty good place to rent for the price and location. There are tons of international restaurants close by on nolensville, close to Lenox village, close to Brentwood, and close to the good parts of Nashville.
I rent an apartment in Wynton Pointe and I LOVE it . The apartment is very nice and cozy . The community is very clean quite and safe . The employ at the office is very nice and they take the time to answer all your questions and provides every thing you asks for the apartment .
Nice place to live conveniently located.
Love this place. Great apartments, nice staff
I agree with Brandi Herring. I moved out about 18 months ago and it was a hassle. I have a friend whose girlfriend is moving in to this place so I got curious to see if reviews for this place was any better then they were back then. Everything with my experience was fine until it was time to move out. When I signed my lease I was presented with an option to either pay a 500 dollar deposit or a 75 dollar non refundable cleaning fee. I went with the 75 dollar option. When I moved out they did not honor this agreement. They billed me for painting, carpet cleaning, oven cleaning. Needless to nothing nothing was damaged through negligence, it was wear after 15 months. Every apartment gets a fresh coat of paint and a carpet cleaning. Why should I pay for it, when I agreed to pay a cleaning fee before I moved in.If you sign a lease with these people be sure you read the fine print and have everything in writing. They will attempt to screw you and get you to pay for things that you should not have to pay for.Now it is possible that they have a new staff now. The apartment manager 18 months ago was extremely rude and condescending. Hopefully they have new management.
This is the worst apartment Ive ever lived in. Its only positive quality is the friendliness of the staff even if they fail to help you. I honestly dont blame the staff, as they try their best, but the buildings are old and falling apart. A fresh coat of paint is not nearly enough to fix the terrible plumbing (weve had two major pipe leaks in less than a year), limited storage space, and poor wiring (we can see what look like exposed wires in the utility closet, our laundry room light is barely attached to the ceiling, and our closet light sometimes wont turn on). The insulation of our windows is practically non existent leading to frigid nights in the winter despite massive electricity bills from running the heat. We asked maintenance to take a look and they said it was a problem with the vent (it wasnt) and that it had been fixed (it hadnt). The facilities are poorly kept (never poop bags at the dog stations, always dog poop littering the grounds). That is about half of the issues but Im posting from my phone. Save yourself the aggravation and dont live here.
We loved living here, and the staff were great....until we moved out.We had a dog, and there were a few stains left in the dining room area from potty training. At our walk through, the maintenance worker initially told me the stains werent bad, and that he couldnt smell any odor coming from the spots. The next day he claimed to have gotten a carpet cleaning professional to the apartment when we werent there (offered no proof of this, even though I asked for it beforehand), and said that the carpet had to be replaced, because cleaning it would cause the smells to come out and be overpowering. I told him that I had never heard of cleaning making smells worse, and his response was Well, Ive been in this business a long time, but I thought that back when I thought I knew everything too. I thought that this was extremely rude and unprofessional, but would have let it go if that had been the only thing he said.He then proceeded to tell me that a stain that was under the carpet in a bedroom (not at all visible from the top of the carpet) that was at least two feet in length and a foot wide was a urine stain (way too large to have been left by the dog). I told him this wasnt possible, because the dog did not have access to that area due to it being blocked, and he called me a liar! He started telling me that I was wrong, and this was not possible since he couldnt see any marks from a dresser or other furniture. What was actually there was a light weight hamper, and it blocked the area from the dog. When I told him this, he just looked at me like I was an idiot and said No, no it wasnt. If the carpet needs to be replaced, thats fine. Im not even upset about that, its a risk you take when you adopt a puppy. What I am upset about is the blatant disrespect that I was met with. This apartment complex went from being a place that I would give you the highest recommendation for to a place I wouldnt recommend to anyone at all.
A most gorgeous place of stay
Truly Awesome.
Great job!
I hate it mouse running everywhere
Rich was awesome to resolve the problem
Unreasonable move-out policy, came in and made repairs when we were out of town and kept all lights and A/C on while we were gone, charged us for a whole month that we werent even living there, made us live somewhere else for 2 nights when they performed apartment-wide repairs
If you have any problem at your house.water, ridiculously, AC. YOU WILL WAIT FOR 5-9 DAYS, THEY ARE RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. if you dont have the patient dont rent in here
One additional charge after the other...
En espera de una reparaciΓ³n que todavΓa no ha Sido resuelta, pero se que pronto lo harΓ‘n porque son muy responsables.
