These are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. The management is terrible. I’ve repeatedly emailed them concerning the front gate not working. I haven’t seen anyone here to fix or work on the gate. This is absolutely ridiculous. The parking lot is always crowded with random cars who don’t even have a parking sticker What’s the point of the management charging their tenants for “parking” when you can’t even find a decent place to park after a certain hour of the day. Not only does this out your safety at risk it’s a huge inconvenience. I would NEVER advise or suggest anyone live here! Please go find somewhere better to live for the price. The pictures that they have on their website are VERY inaccurate! The apartments look nothing like the online pictures. This is the most horrible rental experience I’ve had. They do not take your complaints serious. Then after you come up with solutions they expect you to pay for problems they should’ve fixed to begin with! This is TERRIBLE!

I don’t live at the property. But a colleague of mines does. The apartment complex is so trashy and dirty. The walls of the apartments are always filthy. They should definitely power wash them it’s a absolute eye sore!!! Do Better management!

I’ve been living here for about 3 months and so far this has been the worst experience at a apartment complex that I have ever had. I paid extra to have a parking spot and I still haven’t got my key to access it. When i called the office to talk about it they gave poor service and didn’t give any type of solution for me to get the key. I also live on the bottom floor next to a gate that’s suppose to be lock but isn’t and I always see random people walk in and I feel unsafe.

Was looking too lease with them and could not speak to a actually person. And when I did get someone on the phone they would tell me to call later. They were so rude for no reason very bad experience.

Never try to live at this dangerous apartment One of the bad and dangerous place for your cars or work car and your family,not safe apartment, at the first couple of months Someone broke my car doors for two times and take all of my work tools and when you talk to office manager no body care about it and the gate apartment always is open..

It’s worst place to live. Poor management . They charge to extra for no reason. I hate this place . They charge to for control pest but you see spider and cockroach everywhere. When our lease finished they charge me a lot for no reason. When I try calling office no one respond. Even 1 star is a lot for them.

These apartments are terrible!!!! Terrible Service!!! Very hard to get in touch with management as well. Any comments saying that these apartments are professional, spacious, and clean ARE LYING!!! Maybe it’s one of the ppl behind the scenes on the main base in Colorado typing those comments or idk but all that to say, don’t waste your time here at all. I will be breaking my lease to move somewhere else.

Tried leasing and apartment with them and I only spoke to nothing but robots. They charged my 485 just to apply and another 485 to move in. They also kept switching me from agent to agent that kept telling me different information. Just an absolute horrible experience never again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, don’t move here. Lived here for a year and it’s overpriced, property not taken care of and now that I moved out they are trying to charge me 760.00 600.00 of it to replace a carpet that I did NO damage to. I have pictures of cockroaches all over my phone. & we reached out on many occasions about the roaches. It’s I miracle we lived out our lease for them. & I had a feeling they would try and charge some fees for some renovations they are too cheap to do them selves., I have lived in 4 apartment complexes and have never lost my deposit. Can’t say I’m surprised I lost my deposit and owe 700+ don’t move here. I have read many other reviews about the carpet mishap like mine.they aren’t getting away with it this time.

Never had any major issues while living here for a year. There is a slight pest problem, but maintenance stays on top of it. Office staff was always receptive/helpful. Only issue I had was getting someone on the phone. You have to go to the office in person if you need help outside of a maintenance request.

There are so many reasons as to why this complex is not worth any amount of money. For one, the office is heavily understaffed and it takes a long time for any type of response. There are also many fees such as parking spaces, mandatory insurance (which doesn’t help you) and pet fees but minimal pet amenities.Two, we experienced an EXTREME infestation of roaches the entire year we lived there. The office would only come and spray and the roaches just moved around the apartment. We asked to move apartments and to also be discounted and were told no. The roaches stayed in the apartment no matter how many times they sprayed or bombed. We could not leave any type of food out and the got into our clothes and dogs food.The area is very unsafe. About three times a month there were car break ins and even robberies at gun point. I could not walk my dogs at night time at all.Also, please make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing from them and follow up on everything. They are not very good about completing any tasks they tell you they agree to do and it will come back to hurt you. I am extremely displeased with how the office treated my move out especially when I came to them with a situation that was putting me in danger and harms way.I would 100% NOT recommend this property or any of their sister properties. Please take into consideration there are several other properties nearby that are cheaper and better.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE LIARS! THEY STOLE $405 of my money for app fees that were supposed to be waived. When I decided not to rent from them, they have not refunded me my money! The lady in the office Patty was quick to respond until I asked for a refund. Havent heard from her since. Ive called, written and even tried to contact corporate office and no reply! I decided against moving here after reading all the poor reviews. Im GLAD I didnt blindly go through with moving to this community. They a misleading and thieves!

Really nice place. Havent had any serious issues and Ive been here since feb 2018. Highly recommend!

Two weeks ago I went to the pool on Sunday, and a family of Latinos came after me and they left before me. Before I left, I was picking up my things and I realized they had taken my glasses. They stole my glasses ray ban in my face. Never think about living here if you don’t want to neighbors thieves.

Extremely horrible, paid $500 dollars plus for a deposit and they arent trying to give anything back in fact they say they are owed money. Saying the carpet needs to be replaced, which it does not a good clean would do, and the walls need to be painted. Those are routine and I shouldnt be paying for them.Not only that maintenance would constantly have to be called on for the same things breaking over and over plus there was a serious pest problem since day 1.To sum up my thoughts these apartments cost to much for the quality. I definitely would not recommend and therefore these apartments get 1 star from me.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. My roommate and I have lived here for under two months and are already receiving an evection for a noise complaint about stomping around our house. I have an elderly woman, my grandmother, who lives with me a few days out of the week because she has just received open heart surgery and needs care. How could I possibly be making any of this noise? In other words we are getting evicted for a poorly insulated overly priced apartment for walking around our house. And in all honesty the staff probably does this to a lot of tenants seeing everything that the other reviews say, just to steal your deposit.

I have lived in this complex for 3 years I would say I was happy at first until I started getting over charged and each year the rent went up way too much for what this place offers. Oh and if you want to get in touch with a staff member here it is impossible they never return calls and never pick up the phone.I was charged late fees multiple times when I had my Auto Withdrawal on the account because something was messed up with their system and not once received a refund for the companies wrong doing. Who cancels one auto payment and doesnt notify them. And then charges them a late fee????Multiple times I have felt very uncomfortable and one of the units in my building was broken into and never communicated to the community. I am sure because they were scared to tell people what the neighborhood is really like. Also they have people not sure if they are residents that just stand out on the side walk drinking all day makes you feel very unsafe and uncomfortable.So not only did we never fell extremely safe but we also never received good help. Whenever I had an issue they would say they would fix it and then nothing....Also when I was leaving they charged me for light bulbs and a drip pan which in my book counts as normal wear and tear.Also parking at this place is awful they allow way to many cars for how many people live there. I have seen multiple cars sitting for months in the same spot and nothing is done.They overcharge like crazy for water and trash services...unless they are getting a bad deal from Nashville my water bill with no washer dryer never use my dish washing unit and one guy that doesnt take 2 showers a day. My bill shouldnt be 60+ every month.Finally their internet with Comcast is awful in the whole unit cuts in and out and has super slow times.Needless to say I will never be recommending this place and will only tell people my bad experiences from now on.

Staff is horrible. Place is horrible, everything is horrible. Any good review on the internet written about this place is ALL FAKE. Their employees will write fake reviews on the internet to make it seem like a better place. Youll never get your deposit back, theyll charge you for replacing carpet, even though its REQUIRED to replace carpet after a tenant moves out. The staff is unbelievably unreliable, they never answr phones and whenever you have a question or concerns they wont hear you out and will just shut you down. They also have pest issues!!! First week there, the room was infested with bed bugs!! Even after catching a bug and showing them, they still insisted that they were fleas from my cat, which isnt true because not only is my cat treated but the bug was not a flea. Working at a pet store for 5 years, you know what fleas look like. Overall, worse place. Only good thing that came out of here was the convenience of it being near 65 and 24, but traffic getting out of apartment complex is a pain. No one should move here until management is changed.

Please please please dont move here! I was about to move in here in a few weeks but when I saw the apartment I immediately changed my mind. There is trash everywhere at the building I was going to live in. The breezeways were littered with trash and someone had left multiple bags of dog poo in front of their door. They claim that they are a gated community but the gate is always open. Everything is dirty. When I look at the swimming pool it was full of leaves. Also the leasing office is horrid. Cathy McDaniel is very unreliable and she is not completely honest when trying to get someone to move in. I was told that I would have a brand new washer and dryer but when I looked at my apartment the washer was old. Also if you have an apartment thats facing the parking lot beware. The top floor balconies I made in such a way that theyre still really close to the ground so everyone can watch your every move as youre sitting outside. Also for some strange reason my balcony was at a slope it was leaning downwards towards the parking lot. Also on the website it looks as if the apartments have granite countertops when in reality its just a laminate look alike . I feel like that they should have a real granite countertops if someone is going to pay the high amount of rent that they require. After seeing all of these things I changed my mind and didnt move in. Also what the website doesnt tell you is that the apartments are right across the street from the hospital so all day long you hear ambulance sirens. It is very loud and constant and you can hear the sirens all day everyday. Also the location of these apartments is terrible. Its right off of Harding Pike so there is a tremendous amount of traffic. Trying to get home on the interstate everyday its like hell. There is an addendum on the lease that is not advertised. In order to move in you have to agree to allow them to sell your personal information to third-party marketing companies. There is no opt-out for this. Overall this place is just terrible. Luckily I didnt move in and found another awesome place that was the same amount that was brand spanking new, way more amenities and in a more safe part of town.

Poor management, many miscommunications, roaches everywhere. Not very safe as people hung out with six packs in the parking lot and just dwelled. Barbed wire fences around community. Parking is miserable in the evenings to find a spot.

Do not rent to this place. It is a rip off. Poor management and lazy staff but not when it comes to taking your money. They will do anything to keep you from getting your whole deposit back. Put the Brookridge on the bottom of your list to rent.

Apartments are pretty spacious, a little expensive for the location, but a decent conplex. Have a friend that has stayed here.
