I had a pretty bad experience with this company. The product itself is very useful and valuable, but the company operations are all over the place. I felt as if a lot of their rules and processes were not communicated up-front. When I had an issue, the mentality that was brought to the situation, although it was kind in appearance, was that they were unwilling to work with me although the issues were their fault. I felt like they just cared about getting paid, not about providing a good customer experience, or about their reputation. Don’t sign a commitment (they will push you to commit for a year) unless you’ve used the product for a period of time and are confidant that it’s worth the commitment. I wouldn’t work with them again.
