Super great apartments! Love the location, it’s a 25 minute drive everywhere. Lots of local stores and restaurants. Apartment complex is gated, quiet, and well-maintained. Friendly and calm neighbors. Hardly any issues with my apartment. Whenever I did need maintenance, they are super respectful and fast. Would renew my lease here!

I’ve lived at the Knolls Apartments Homes going on 4 years now. I truly appreciate how the grounds are meticulously cared for and the maintenance crew are all amazing. The office staff are kind, friendly, and have most certainly made my stay here wonderful. I highly recommend the knolls for short term or long term as I don’t see myself moving anytime soon! I love it here!

I don’t think my wife and I could have had a better experience at The Knolls Apartments. We lived there for 2 and a half years, and we absolutely loved it.We have friends who lived in other apartment complexes in the area and they had really bad experiences. At The Knolls, I can easily say we never had any bad experiences. We felt safe, comfortable, and had a great time. The pool is always clean, the gym is an awesome space. We loved walking around the complex too.Donnie, Lindsey and Trish were awesome, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.And I really can’t say enough good things about the maintenance team: Elmer, Jose, and Marlon were absolutely incredible. One time our A/C stopped working at 6:30pm, after they were technically off the clock, but Jose stayed and worked until almost 9pm to make sure our A/C was working on a hot summer evening.We strongly recommend The Knolls Apartments!

Donnie is the best here; he helped fix my resident account to help us pay online! Trish was very nice along with the other staff members too. Our move-in and move-out was a very smooth process. I got a new job in the Franklin area which is the main reason we moved. Were no longer interested in renting at Nashville but this apartment will always hold a special place in my heart. All the events here were fun. The team responded to any concerns we had in a very timely manner. The maintenance team is quick, and were very greatful for this! Thanks you all!

Loved living here for the past year! Donnie and the leasing office staff are incredible and super great to work with. I constantly refer people here just because of that. They also have some great amenities to take advantage of too! Lots of community events to engage with everyone, even if that has been slowed down to covid. I felt like I got great value for the amount of rent I was paying (which wasn’t that much to begin with).I would still be living here if it weren’t for purchasing a home. Definitely call them!

The Knolls really works hard to create not only a nice place to live but also a nice community to live among. The community events are always fun and even as an introvert I find it’s usually easy to strike up conversation and get to know my neighbors better each time. Even my first night moving in my neighbor across the hall helped me move in as I was very sick at the time (almost three years ago now).

This has been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in... and I’ve lived in a lot. The office staff is so friendly and welcoming. The maintenance team comes so quickly and is kind and wonderful! The units are updated and in great condition. The pool/fitness center is always clean and in good shape which I have never had at a previous complex. I am genuinely shocked that I don’t have a bad thing to say about living here. I love living in the Knolls!

An amazing living experience. For over 8 years I called The Knolls home. I lived in Nashville almost 24 years and have moved around several times. The Knolls, by far, was the best apartment living experience. From day 1 the management staff was caring and attentive. I especially want to thank the Property Manager Donnie and Assistant Manager, Trish for all their support over my years as a resident. They did so much to help me over the years. They care about the people living there, and it shows. I also want to thank the newest addition to their team, Lindsey, as well. She compliments the already tremendous staff. I consider all of them friends. The Knolls offers many amenities from a dog park, a new fitness center, two pools and it is a gated community. They also have a Cares Team that plans and executes events for the residents. I would recommend this location as a great place to live and call home in Nashville. It was for me.

I love it here so much the people are so nice! My only complaint is the person that lives above me is super loud and at night it’s very hard to find parking close to my apt. Other than that though it’s been great!

I recently just moved in, but I already love this place! Everyone is super friendly and the staff is helpful and kind. The apartment complex is clean and well managed. They host lots of social events, which are great for meeting new people!

I have lived at the Knolls for 6 months now and I couldn’t be happier! Lindsey in the leasing office is so kind and goes above and beyond for residents at all times! They have been great especially during the Pandemic, keeping us safe and information! I have become friends with many residents In the complex and we fully utilize the dog park, guitar park, and especially the pool now that it’s open! My pup Rosie and I love it here and don’t see ourselves going anywhere anytime soon!

I’ve lived here for a year now and I absolutely loved it! The community is great and maintenance was very fast and amazing! Price could’ve been a little lower since the apartment is a tad small for the price. The security gates could be better but the gym and pool is a nice to have.Unfortunately due to COVID I have to move back home. Lost my job and unemployment down here is so slow that I haven’t received a dime. Told the manager I have to move and can’t pay rent past one more month and that I have to move out and they find it courteous to give you a 30 day notice instead of the regular 60 days but still expect you to pay a $950 termination fee. The same amount as the rent is! Like what kind of human decency is that when half the population doesn’t have a job to make money to pay such a ridiculous fee???? I loved it here up until that point. I will never move back to this apartment complex when I get my job back and come back to Nashville.

Lived here for a year and it was pleasant. I was a young single woman and never had issues. The area isnt great and I would drive to Brentwood to shop because of that, but to be right on the border of Brentwood with Antioch prices was nice. The apartments are TINY though.

My fiancé and I lived at The Knolls for a year and a half. The only reason why we decided to move was because we were in need of more space. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. And the maintenance team is truly something to rave about. They are amazing at their jobs - all of the maintenance issues that we encountered were always taken care of on the same day as submitting the request - they are truthfully amazing. The community at The Knolls is also something to rave about - especially if you have a doggy family member. The property features a giant dog park that is widely used by all the residents. My fiancé and I have two big dogs and that park was a great place to take them. I honestly cannot recommend The Knolls enough - it was nothing but a pleasure to live here and I hope you consider making it your home, too!

Ive lived at The Knolls for over two years and cannot recommend it highly enough. The grounds are well kept, apartments very nice, and above all, the absolute BEST maintenance team Ive ever had in any apartment complex. Seriously – if you have an issue, they will be over sometimes within a few minutes to help you out, and they always do a great job. I just signed another lease here, its that great.

The staff here is so kind, patient and helpful. They made the whole process easy and move in day was a breeze! Definitely have already recommend the Knolls to my friends!

Great place to live. Well kept and amazing staff. The maintenance staff is ON IT. I cant even explain how important that is to me. Love the amenities and the CARES program. Food trucks, social gatherings (pre-COVID). Its a fantastic place to call home.

My husband and I lived here for around a year and a half and were VERY happy. Maintenance absolutely cannot be beat. They are quick to respond and we never had any issues getting things taken care. We continue to recommend the Knolls to family and friends.

Im going on my 4th year living here at the Knolls! I absolutely love it here. The location of this place is one of the best you can have in Nashville. With so many things in walking distance, this made my start here so convenient. I didnt have a car when I first started living here, but I was able to get to any and everything I needed to by foot, bike, or bus.The community here is great also. My neighbors are so friendly, and the staff here is amazing. Ive not ever had a problem with maintenance. They respond to requests so quickly. I also love how theres pest control that comes through once a week, so you can put in a request if youve seen some critters taking up shelter in your storage out on your patio/balcony (or other places).The community amenities are such a luxury to have as well. I love the fitness center! Its also nice to have a couple pools. I have a cat, but the dog park and spa seems to be a hit with our communitys dog lovers. The guitar park has a bike station!

All the staff here are incredibly friendly. The staff is also great with communication! The grounds and apartments are clean and comfortable. The fitness center is awesome and I love that it is 24/7! I can do laundry in the building while I work out. It is very convenient. Both pools are beautiful! Also, I love the community events that the Cares team puts together!

Came here because I recently moved to the Nashville area and was looking for a nice looking apartment and from the outside looking it it seems very nice. HOWEVER, once I made it into office and asked for a tour, I was told that the door was supposed to be locked and that they were about to have their Christmas party at nearly noon and that I could come back around 2pm for the tour. Needless to say I had really high hope for the place but there is just a certain amount of unprofessionalism that is just unacceptable.

My boyfriend and I moved to Nashville from San Diego and we wanted to have a place lined up before we moved. The staff were so helpful and flexible in letting us get everything ready before we had even gotten there, and then they let us tour 2 apartments and choose the one we wanted before signing a lease the day we arrived. We lived there for one year with very few complaints about the place. Its nothing fancy, but we were able to make it home very quickly and the price was fantastic. We paid $670/month for a one bedroom and had a washer and dryer included. There was a special when we moved in and we didnt have to put a deposit down, despite some damage here and there they charged us NOTHING. I seriously thought (kinda still think) it was a mistake. Not complaining. The staff was nice, maintenance guys were diligent. We got a dog half way through the year and used the tennis courts as our personal dog park to run around in. There was also a larger grass area right outside our door that we could take him out to on a leash. Its walking distance to Kroger, BofA, Firestone (which was remarkably convenient), Subway, Johnnys Sports Bar and more. Overall, its a gorgeous place to live, people are nice, it feels safe. If I moved back to Nash I would definitely consider moving back here.

My wife and I stayed at the Knolls for 3 years. They have been completely fantastic. We wanted an affordable, safe, and up-to-date apartment, and it has been nothing short of stellar during our 3 years at The Knolls.The grounds are amazing. I love the large, older trees that make the community feel like home. The staff have always been attentive and actually helpful. Any time I have mentioned anything that may need to be done, they have been quick to get maintenance/staff on to the issue promptly.We would have stayed even longer; however, we have started to out-grow the floor plans we were in. I also love being near Nippers Corner, Lenox Village, and The Crag Climbing Gym.I HIGHLY recommend The Knolls to anyone who wants to have a reliable and safe apartment that is within 20 minutes of Nashville.

I lived here for a year before moving downtown and I have to say that the the staff and maintenance people are incredible. Very kind and helpful. They always complete work orders the same day. As far as the apartments go, they are priced well for the area and very cute. I never had any issues while living here. Would recommend to anyone moving to Brentwood!

From the moment I toured the property, I knew this was a well-maintained apartment complex. The staff is extremely friendly, made me feel right at home from the jump, and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. It’s affordable, in a good part of town, and the updated interior of the units (all new appliances!) is a huge bonus.

I’ve lived here for 6 years and absolutely love this community. The maintenance and management staff are prompt and professional, the neighborhood is quiet for the most part and you are only 15 mins from downtown Nashville. No bug infiltrations and the apartments are clean and newly renovated.

Weve loved living here! Maintenance is quick to respond, everyone is incredibly kind, ample parking, and everything is clean. Love the gym, the pool, and community aspect as well. Highly recommend!

Great community! The gate security could be better, limiting one car at a time to prevent trailing. Also, the residents can do a a lot better about cleaning up after their pets.

The Knolls was truly a great first home away from home after my boyfriend and I made the huge trip from PA to TN! It is super friendly and welcoming! I loved going to the pools, using the fitness center, and how centrally located it was too so much! 10/10 wold rent from The Knolls again!

Great community; very quiet except for the occasional distant sirens. maintenance staff are fast and competent and the office staff are mostly great, but one of them i met was kind of horrible. new gym is supposedly good, but cant go because its only open during office hours

Maintenance is absolutely wonderful! Always quick and efficient in fulfilling our requests. Only complaint is the noise of the busy highway. The windows are very thin, so you can hear everything outside.

I’ve lived here over a year now. Minor issues are to be expected when you rent anywhere. Any time something has come up, no matter how small or large the issue, the staff has gone above and beyond to take care of it. Maintenance comes out same day or next day even on minor stuff. This place knows how to take care of their tenants

Enjoying our living experience at The Knolls. Outside grounds of the complex are always kept neat and tidy. Maintenance responds quickly to any issue.

Overall, this has been a nice place to live. The pool is well kept, the new gym is awesome, and the property is kept clean. We love having chik-fil-a right next door and theres a lot of grocery stores nearby. Rent price could be better for the amount of space you are paying for, but I guess thats Nashville for you. We have had three incidents happen to our car during the 3 years we have lived here. First, our neighbor scraped the side of our car and did not bother to own up to it, even though it was pretty obvious given the matching scratches on her car. Then, another resident rammed into someone elses car so hard that it slammed into our car and was considered by our insurance to be totaled (most of the people at the front office were very helpful with looking at video footage and working with the police). The most recent incident involved someone smashing in a window of my car. There was not anything of value in it. With that being said, theres only so much that they can do to prevent these things. There is also construction going on next door, and they seem to start between 6 and 7 AM, even on Saturday mornings.

Really great place to live, the staff is so friendly and they truly care about their tenants, I have really loved living here.
