Olympus Midtown is GREAT! The location is perfect. You are literally 5-10 minutes from everything. The complex is very clean and secure. There is a gym that is very nice and has pretty much everything you need. I love that there is ample space for parking as well. Kim and Sarah at the front desk are angels. They are so helpful and kind, they made me feel right at home and answered any questions I had.

Management is easy to worth with and they are very nice. Service requests are handled quickly. The parking garage is awesome. The apartments feel like they are built with quality materials. Would recommend this building to anyone wanting to move to mid-town.

The community is really friendly. The agents at the frontdoor(Sarah and Kimberly) are really really kind and willing to solve problems for the residents. I felt happy and satisfied for living here more than 3months. I would highly recommend this apartment!

In December 2019, when we had to unexpectedly move, Kim and Olympus Midtown were our God-send. From the get-go, Kim was kind and understanding and helped make our transition an easy one; we felt welcome and wanted at OM. Never had that feeling before at any other apartment complex! And, even before we moved in, Antoine and Chris obliged a few of our maintenance requests to make our apartment feel very much like home.Then 2020 happened, and the OM crew have taken care of the tenants, the building and each other so well that, here at OM we are indeed part of a family. Coming to Olympus Midtown means were coming home! Thank you.

Moved into the apartment in September 2020. The place exceeded all expectations and more. Kim and Sarah and super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The building has a beautiful common courtyard area and they organize fun community activities all the time. The apartment is great value for money and super spacious ( I am living in a 2 bedroom apartment). The walls are slightly thin but everything else, super helpful management, highly responsive and have had an overall great experience living here in the past 2.5 months.

I have lived at Olympus for almost a year now and I cannot be more pleased with my experience. Kim has made this place feel like home since day 1! All of the amazing staff work so hard to keep Olympus Midtown a fun and safe place for all residents to enjoy. There are fun community activities and goodies that are given away multiple times every month (my favorite was the mimosa day)! I highly recommend living here if you are looking to be in the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville.

By far the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Kim at the office has been so helpful in my transition from out of the country to a brand new city. Apartment is spacious, very quiet, and seems like everyone respects each other. Super happy that I moved here!

The Staff here is great are very good at there jobs. Maintenance is incredible Antoine and Chris do there jobs very well. Kim is awesome also. It would be great if someone could hold residents accountable for following the rules of the community.

Kim and the entire Olympus Midtown team are wonderful. My boyfriend and I have lived here for about a year and a half and we have loved it so far. This apartment complex is clean, quiet, well maintained, and it is near a lot of Nashvilles hotspots. We are walking distance to The Gulch, Midtown, Vanderbilt University, and much more! I would highly recommend this apartment complex if you are looking for a great place to live near downtown Nashville.

Lived here for two years and just renewed for a third - we love it here. Kimberly, Chris, and Antoine take great care of us and really make the place feel like a community. Any issues we ever have are resolved quickly and with care.

Full disclosure: while I was not told what to write or rate for this review, I was solicited by building staff to review my experience living at Olympus Midtown. That said, I appreciate the opportunity to leave feedback because, in this case, my experience has been positive since I moved here in early April 2016! When I have had issues arise (such as with routine maintenance or processing of my renters insurance policy), they have been resolved efficiently and professionally. On-site staff have always been friendly to me, and have even assisted with me requests beyond their job descriptions, such as giving me information about cleaning services that have experience with this building. The location is amazing (for me, one of the big selling points is that this building is within walking distance of many great Nashville concert venues), and the pricing is reasonable for this part of town. Also, throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, staff have been very communicative (to the extent allowed) about on-site occurrences, preventative and responsive actions taken, and other timely updates as needed. Overall, living here has been a great experience, and I look forward to many more happy days as a resident of Olympus Midtown.

I am wondering when you will be providing security inside the parking garage. I know there have been several residence vehicles broken into by smashing out their windows. This is a huge concern for me

As a student, Olympus Midtown has been so gracious, understanding, and welcoming. Problems are extremely few and far between, and if any pop up, the outstanding management team is quick to address every concern. On top of this, Antwione is quick to help fix up any mechanical issues and is always in good spirits.

My time in olympus was wonderful, until the very end. Despite me telling the staff in person about my leaving the property to go out of state for work they charged me a fee for moving equivalent to half the next months rent for not alerting them 60 days in advance. I alerted them far before this but I didn’t put it in writing (ie email them). Just a little dirty game to play especially since I have spent several years in this property. There are many other apartment complexes nearby, I would have to recommend looking elsewhere

Love Olympus! The apartments are spacious and sleek looking, the maintenance crew is very quick to help and the free pest control is a great perk. I love the covered parking garage, its always nice to have a spot in Midtown. The staff at Olympus are the best. They are super easy to talk to, very receptive and genuinely have your best interests at heart. They learned my name as soon as I moved in and called me by name every time they saw me. Its a quiet relaxed community with high quality amenities and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in the Midtown area!

I moved into Olympus Midtown back in June. My roommate and I had looked at a ton of different places, but what ultimately sealed our decision was the wonderful staff at Olympus. Elise and Emily have gone above and beyond to make sure were comfortable and welcomed. When we had to care for our friends dogs for two months they were more than accommodating and pleasant throughout the entire experience. It truly makes a difference to have welcoming, accommodating and just great people to deal with every day when you are renting!!

I moved to the Nashville property in April and all I can say is amazing. The finishes are modern, the amenities are great, Emily and Elise are wonderful and are always welcoming. Moving to a new city can be hard when you dont know anyone but the community events definitely have helped me to meet some new people!

Olympus Midtown was the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had. Loved the apartment, rent cost, and location. It’s in walking distance of lots of things and a 2-3 minute or $5 Uber ride. What made the experience so great though, was the staff. Hands down best management and maintenance staff ever. They were always quick to respond to any of the tiny issues we experienced and always there to answer questions or help with any problems. Thanks for the great living experience! The staff is exceptional, calls you by name, and is super friendly. Also, the maintenance has responded in less than 24 hours to every request. I know that a toddler lives next door and a dog above me because I have met the families in the hallway or at an apartment meet and greet (which is wonderful because who doesnt love free food and drinks, duh), but I havent ever actually been disturbed by either. Everyone I have met that works for Olympus goes above and beyond.

Seriously the best apartment I’ve ever had. Management is amazing – friendly and accommodating. They actually get to know you and care that you’re happy here. If you have a problem, they’ll solve it. Maintenance is speedy, respectful of your space, and committed to keeping the community clean. Obviously, the location is prime. The units are well laid out and the community areas are updated and inviting. Secure access to the building after office hours and a gated garage. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

I moved her a year and a half ago and I couldnt be more pleased. I have never had a single issue with management. As a matter of fact, the current property manager helped me move to Nashville during a very difficult time in my life. She made things so easy. The property is clean and neat and quiet. They have started wonderful resident events. I dont understand all the negative feedback. This is by far the BEST value in Midtown on a cost per square foot basis. I have no future plans for leaving. Ive found a comfortable and perfect place to live.

Id like to preface by saying that my husband and I have lived here for five years but only because of the convenient location and nothing else. During the past five years there have been several changes in property management without a formal notification from the community managers. How unprofessional! Each time the property management changes there seems to be a significant downgrade in the quality of staff that they hire. Most recently we have complained over four times about a poor puppy that is left unattended for hours (barks loudly) at a time but our complaints have been ignored. The manager states we are working with the tenants but she doesnt care about the others that are bothered by the significant noise disruption. There was another comment about the management being racist and I am starting to believe that is true. I hate pulling the race card but I cant think of any other reason why our complaints never result in action. The saddest part is that we are forced to communicate with Legal Aid and law enforcement as it seems that we have to take matters into our own hands and fight for our rights. There are many other apartments in the vicinity to consider over this place. They started hosting social events to show how much they value residents but you can purchase Miller and chips on your own, in my opinion. Overall I am extremely frustrated with living in this complex. The hallways smell and the walls are paper thin. If I had the chance to move out today (without paying the over-priced fee to break the rental agreement) I would and I truly believe that our quality of life would substantially improve.

Love this place. To be fair and actually say something critical, it would be great to have a pool. Other than that, five stars... especially the staff.

I was very disappointed in my experience living at first Bell then Olympus Midtown. The workmanship in the apartments was ridiculously shoddy (a 1/4 inch gap between each piece of laminate flooring that cat litter, dirt, etc, just got into and could never get out, a screen door to a balcony that didnt work right ever, even after requesting it be fixed, a balcony that never got treated or stained, a closet shelf that fell down etc, everything was clearly very cheap). For the exorbitant amount I paid for my one-bedroom apartment (close to $1800/mo), you would think they would be nicer, but nope. Not to mention you can hear EVERYTHING anyone above or beside you is doing (thankfully we lived on the top floor in a corner apartment and people were rarely on the roof... but our downstairs neighbors constantly asked us to stop walking around (as if we could do that?!?!) and the one neighbor we had next to us said she could hear our Xbox turn on! If we had not been on the top floor we would have left immediately). The repair people also did shoddy work (if they bothered to come fix your problems at all, I had screws exposed in my bedroom wall from when they redid the outside of the building that remained there for years despite multiple requests for fix them). And thats not even to mention the multiple times a year the fire alarm would malfunction and go off randomly in the middle of the night despite no actual threat to any residents. The only reason I stayed in the apartment for longer than the year I first signed was because it had a good view and a good location. Its very disappointing because it could be a great place to live but is very poorly managed. The owners insistence on cutting corners and pinching pennies is what eventually drove me out of that place and I am so glad I left! Sad I gave them so much money for so many years.

Elise and Emily have been extremely helpful, personable and professional during my entire time at Olympus. They have continued to provide exceptional customer service in all aspects. I would highly recommend renting at Olympus!

I have lived at Olympus for a year now and the update throughout has been great. The staff has been great, and Emily has always been great to deal with. The monthly events with food or drinks has been a pleasant surprise as well.

After living here for several months I can honestly say Ive found the perfect little Nashville oasis. The location is perfect…within walking distance to many places or a short Lyft ride to everything else. The staff is beyond friendly, always willing to help, and continuously go the extra mile to take care of their residents. The buildings are quiet with a great courtyard to hangout with friends or relax in. Resident events, unlike most places, are actually fun and a great way to meet your neighbors.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE i moved in last week, on the 2nd day i was already making arrangements to move out. This place is not luxury at all!! When i moved in i discovered that. It has been 8 days so far living here, and i let them know my ice maker was broken on day 2 and it still is not fixed, i tried to take a shower and noticed white paint going down the drain, these people tried to paint over old rust instead of fixing the problem before i moved in,and guess what i still cannot shower in my own apartment have to go to my parents house.The walls are so thin you can hear every single thing your neighbor does. And if you live on the bottom floor, whenever your upstairs neighbor takes a shower, use the restroom, even wash dishes. you hear the water going down the pipes. oh and there are spiders EVERYWHERE,.. AND I HAVE PLENTY OF SPIDER BIES TO PROVE IT.. but guess what, the complex has not done a thing to fix it.. take my advice do not come here, do not look at the pictures and think this place is great, because it is far from it.. safe your money go to the gossett or anywhere else.. but i will say the courtyard is nice, but other places come with pools and courtyards plus more for the same price

I am not sure what the negative reviews are about but I absolutely love this place! Every resident I have come in contact with has been nothing but nice. Everyone here is just so friendly, especially the staff. Every time I arrive or leave I get a wave and a hello. I also love how dog friendly they are. I can walk through the building with my dog without getting a dirty look or feeling like im doing something wrong. Whenever a problem does arise, the girls at the front office are very attentive and make sure everything is resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance staff responds very quickly and are always very professional. I have never had a problem with noise. My apartment is always very quiet. I never have problems with dogs barking or crying. The location is also incredible. I am a short walk from some of my favorite places and a short car ride to others. I also love how they started doing resident events. It gives everyone a chance to meet each other and learn about the people they are living around. The courtyard is my favorite. I love being able to go out and watch a football game on the TV on a nice day. I love the security of the property as well. Overall, I love this place and I love the people I have met living here! If i had to go through the process of searching for an apartment again, I would not hesitate to choose Olympus Midtown again!

I dont not like it here at all they tell you thinks at the last minute. Most of the employees that work here seem to be racist. There is always something wrong or something they want to charger you for. They are rude and not really understanding. The place over all if nasty and dirty and they do a half ass job when it comes to cleaning when you move in. The people her dont speak to one another. The employees only speak if they have something bad to say. They enter your house whenever they want and dont tell you first. If it wasnt for random service request they email you you would never know they came in. But when you put in a service request it seems to never get done. I can not wait till I move because this place is not somewhere I would want to stay for the long run. I see why people move out as soon as their lease is up.
