I just left the site seeking a place for my daughter whose a college student. The sign said said they would return at 2:30pm. We waited until 3:10pm. Once she returned she sat in the black suv she drives; never acknowledged us. She finally steps out of the car at 3:15 never said a word. I went in and shared that we’d been waiting for 40 minutes and that others had come, the leasing manager, ignored my comment and said uh huh “how can I help? We left immediately and as we were walking out she chuckled and said well ok. I went back in to get info of owner of apts and to let her know I recorded our interaction, I shared we’re in the middle of a pandemic and should be kind to each other, she was still interested in going back and forth and not making the experience better. I told her never mind. She was very confrontational and informed me that she’d already dialed corporate in case I had. Wow!!!!! PS I do have copy of recording if corporate needs it.

I have been living here for over 4 years, and truthfully it’s amazing. I love how responsive they are when you put in a work order. The maintenance crew is great and efficient. Marci is amazing!! She is on top of everything and always so helpful!! The complex and just the whole building in general is maintained great!!

I love this place so much. As a working student, this community is such a wonderful escape and place to call home. The ladies in the front office (esp Marci) are ANGELS. The maintenance guys always respond within minutes if there’s an issue. And amazingly enough there is always parking for guests. They do really great job at keeping up the property- they even do seasonal flowers- and have cute little bbqs, food trucks, and ice cream days. They go out of their way to be inclusive and make everyone feel welcomed. I feel so safe here. It’s very family friendly and I would highly recommended living here to everyone. We just signed our second lease and it’s been a 10/10 experience!

Retreat at Lenox Village is a fantastic place to live. Not only are the apartments and amenities beautiful the are so comfortable and really feel like a home. The kitchens are huge and very house-like and the high ceilings and big windows make the spaces feel big and bright. The staff at Retreat are kind and quick to respond and always know who I am which I appreciate. This is a great place.

I haven’t been living here for a long time but I love The Retreat! The pool is super nice along with other facilitiesThe kitchens here are super spacious and up to date.My personal favorite things about this place: porch, in unit washer and dryer, no carpet in living room (hardwood instead), and huge bathroom.I chose this apartment because I knew that in a year I wouldn’t need to find a new place.

Skip got me in my place so fast with prompt communication from a few emails and phone calls!! My work schedule is challenging and he answered all my questions and checked in with me from time to time all through the moving process! His pleasant calming voice made the move easy and efficiently! Lenox village is a upscale community in its own secluded private vicinity, and I LOVE IT ABSOLUTELY!!

This is THE place if you want to be just outside of the city! The apartments are built so efficiently that you are not even bothered by your neighbors. A HUGE plus when it comes to apartment hunting. I have had very few maintenance issues, however, whenever anything has come up they have been so wonderful and quick to work with.Marci makes this complex! She knows your name and makes you feel like this is truly home. All of this to say, I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I can not say enough about Marci.. she goes beyond professional and kind.. this is a beautiful property, Marci is by far the best property manager as well as the kindest and most friendly and helpful, the grounds are amazing and clean and the apartment is very nice, I would recommend this community to anyone moving to Nashville, thank you Marci for everything.

My experience moving here has been amazing! Both Skip and Marci have made the transition incredibly smooth and enjoyable. The level of communication and professionalism are refreshing and so uncommon with most apartments. The apartment felt brand new moving into it and Skip was there to do a walk through before my move-in date.I highly recommend the Retreat at Lenox Village. Just an amazing place to live. I know I couldnt be happier.

So I have been living at the Retreat for 2 1/2 years. I have always heard that living in Lenox Village is fantastic because the people are great, the area is excellent, and the front office staff is also great. During the application process for the Retreat the team was courteous, professional & transparent. When I first moved to Lenox Village, the staff consisted of 3 amazing women with whom I have a fantastic relationship. Pam, Marci & Maria are the best. Even after I moved in and was living at the Retreat, they continued to make sure I was well taken care of, and everything at my apartment was also taken care of. When even I did have anything come up, the girls were amazing, and the maintenance team was quick to respond. Simply put, I love living here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to live in an upscale apartment within a couple of minute drive to downtown Nashville.

I love living here. Honestly, it’s maintained extremely well. If you need maintenance done in your apartment they literally come within 1-2 days max. Marci, is always so helpful.. she is amazing!! The maintenance crew are amazing as well. I love it here!!

This is a fantastic place to live and it is located within my favorite neighborhood in Nashville. Retreat at Lenox has a wonderful staff in the leasing office, amenities that other properties simply wish they had and all of the food and drink you could want are only steps away from the property. Being able to walk around a neighborhood this nice is also a huge plus! Ive lived in a one and two bedroom at this property and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great new home.

We’re going on our 4th year living here and have no regrets! We love everything about our apartment! Nice size rooms and a HUGE kitchen. Lenox Village as a community is a great option for anyone! Marcy in the office is FABULOUS! Always a fun time to talk with but also amazing at her job and ensures whatever you need is done quickly. The kitchen, washer and dryer included, and pool are what initially sold us but we’ve come to love our “home” for much more than that as the years continued on.

The office and facility staff are very professional. They have gone above and beyond when responding to my requests. Over the years I have developed a friendship and respect for the office team at Lenox Retreat. A special shout out to Marci who has been especially professional and responsive to my concerns. Recently, the outside and hallways of the buildings have been painted. Once again, I am pleased to have my friends visit me. Thank you,Jacqueline R.

I llove living in this community. Not only do they take pride in the upkeep, they also care about the residents. management is so helpful and kind. Neighbors are cool and friendly. Staff loves to keep residents engaged with food truck Thursday. The apartments themselves are beautiful and reasonably priced. If anything goes wrong, maintenance is quick to respond.

Great place to live and has an amazing group in the office! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Marci there and anytime I have needed help..she has came through. Location is amazing and all around wonderful environment.

Love the location and the apartment space. Near enough to Nashville for any quick day trips you may want to take etc. The apartments themselves is very spacious and well kept. Move in was quick and easy.

Living here has been an absolute dream come true! The size of the apartments are incredible for the price you pay. The management staff is friendly and responsive!

Lenox village is a concept of urban and suburban living on a smaller scale.Easy access to a variety of restaurants,shops and grocery stores.The staff takes extra measures to keep the grounds clean, neat and manicured.Their amenities include a beautiful pool workout facility and updated apartmentS and appliances.Safety issues are never in question at Lenox village it’s nice to know we have a patrol car scouting the apartment areas and keeping all safe.....agents also Took tremendous measures To keep our community safe during this trying time of Covid-19.i have enjoyed living in this village and looked forward to my continued stay here..Melissa chirilloF-104

Been living at Retreat a Lenox Village for 3 years and its been great. Everyone is friendly and responsive whenever an issue arises.

I have lived here for 1.5 years now and have never been treated like I was just now. New manager Jeff Henry is very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I went to pay my rent I was informed that they are no longer taking checks and everything needs to be paid online. Online charges a service fee. When I mentioned that thats not in my contract, Jeff responded, well, you dont have to live here. I was so taken back by what he just said to me that I said I know, but its not fair that youre charging extra for a service fee. He proceeded to get an attitude and again tell.me.that I dont need to live here. 4 more times! I have heard of other residents having problems with him and his attitude.The office staff is nice, but this guy needs to go. Thats how he treats his residents!
