I moved in a month ago and have loved every minute at Millennium Music Row! The staff are very friendly and very helpful even before I moved in! They are always happy to answer any questions I have and are very responsive. I am so glad I chose Millennium as my home in Nashville!

Honestly, place is great and you can read all of these recent reviews yourself, but the new management in this place is terrible, you feel like you are back in college and they are trying to swindle every penny from you. were still waiting on our pet deposit back (we had a little kitten in there and they totally make huge messes as you know that warrant 275 dollars) we are also waiting on our original deposit which apparently will not be returned to us until the tenant living in our old apartment moves out even though she had to pay a deposit too, so we pretty much expect not to get 575 back and if we do it will more than likely come with more headaches from current management, its a darn shame cause this place used to be great

DONT MOVE HERE!! Management is the worst and its a construction zone. With so many places nearby at the same or lower rates, this place is not worth it.Edit- Have contacted them multiple times and they are unable/unwilling to assist

Dont live here. As you can see from recent reviews, there is a new manger in this complex. The building itself is nice but the management is not. They are dishonest and unprofessional. There are other luxury apartments in Nashville that have way better management.I also had problems with move-out. I was charged for a full paint and clean even though I never did anything to the walls and did a full clean of my apartment before I left. Then both people in the main office told me that they would send me photos of the documented damages. One told me that if there were no photos justifying the damage, then the charges from my statement should be removed. Not only did they not send me photos, they are now completely ignoring my phone calls and emails. The management company, Dinerstein, isnt any better. I have contacted and left messages with them multiple times, and no one has responded.Dont live here. They seem really nice before you move in, but dont be fooled. There are tons of nice, luxury apartment buildings in Nashville that have way better management.

I have now had two broken fridges in the three months I have been living in this complex. The first time it happened was completely understandable—stuff breaks. I threw my food away that had spoiled, and the maintenance replaced the fridge with one from another unit.Yesterday, I came back to my apartment late at night and noticed that this replacement fridge is now broken. I reached into my freezer and saw that my food had thawed and the ice cream I had in there had melted. I also noticed that in addition to the freezer, the fridge was not cooling properly. Maintenance came this morning and began trying to fix the fridge (by unplugging it and plugging it back in, no Im not kidding), but I was concerned that the unit would break again, even if fixed, so I went to the leasing office to see if I could get a replacement.I have never seen a leasing office be less accommodating. I began describing my situation to a man in the leasing office, stating that I wondered if I could get another fridge rotated in (preferably of a different model than the last two I had) and was interrupted by what I assume is the apartment manager. These are some of the statements she made: You cant expect us to buy you a new refrigerator. All of our fridges are of that same model. You should have told us about the problem earlier. Did you take pictures? This response was beyond confusing. I dont want a new fridge. I asked to have another one rotated in from a different unit if possible (exactly what they did last time). Stating that my current fridge is the only model the complex provides a flat out lie as my friend has an entirely different side-by-side door model in the same complex. How could I have reported the problem earlier, and pictures of what? Melted ice cream? And why am I the one with action items when it is the apartments responsibility to make sure the refrigerator works? All in all, it was a horrible customer service experience from a supposedly luxury apartment complex (and as of writing this, I am still without a working fridge).

Millennium Music Row is a new property in Nashville and I’ve been dying to check it out. When I stopped by I met with Cailei Griego. She was great. Being in the hospitality industry I dont meet many sales professionals whom I truly enjoy working with; they usually show me around, give me the basic leasing script and thats just about it. Cailei was very pleasant to work with, was able to answer all my questions, personable, and very patient as I asked my 1,000,001 questions. I would absolutely recommend her and Millennium Music Row!

I lived here for 19 months and had a wonderful experience right until it came time to deal with the move out and security deposit. I moved out on May 31st and was promptly charged, in excess of my security deposit, for a full cleaning and painting of the apartment. My issue is not with the charges, but rather that over the course of the last month, I cant get in contact with anyone at the building anymore to obtain an itemized list of what warranted painting and cleaning. All but my initial email have been ignored (4, to 2 different employees). I called the building and was told that they would get back to me with evidence of the damage, and then received no follow up or a response to the email that I then sent in reminder. All in all, I had a good experience while living here, but am very disappointed in how the company has handled the move out process.

Seriously, the best apartment community Ive lived in since my 8 years in Nashville. I have friends that live in other communities close by: The Morris, Skyhouse, & The Element. They all have talked about moving here! The management team is always attentive and helpful. Any minor maintenance issue weve had, has been taken care of asap, and the entire community is spotless because of the cleaning staff. Most importantly, the SECURITY is on point! They even have a night guard on duty who keeps watch when single gals need to walk their dogs late at night. My husband travels quite frequently, and I never worry about my safety. Lastly, I love how friendly & welcoming all the residents have been. It feels like such a close knit community, no matter how long youve been here! Lastly, the amenities are top notch! Beautiful common areas, work spaces, a music room, incredible gym, a dog park, and pool of course, are just a few! We love living here!

Wow. I couldn’t have drawn up a better living experience. Handed in my keys today and was reluctant too! Amenities are amazing (best pool in midtown Nashville), staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD, and this place is honestly just the place to be. Everything about it makes you feel at home.Would definitely recommend to all ages and demographics looking to get the most out of the best area in Nashville. Thanks for having me Millennium!

The community is great. All the common spaces are well decorated and maintained. Fun vibe and everyone is friendly. Only negative is very expensive rent. Leasing staff and management is great.14 months later after being a perfect tenant.... they are raising my rent $100/month if I want to renew.

Although I had mostly good experiences living at the Millennium, the move out process was an absolute nightmare. Unfortunately right before I had to move out, I tested positive for Covid. I decided to quarantine at a friends house so I would not put my fellow Millennium residents at risk. I called the leasing office and explained the situation and was told not to worry and that I could finish moving out after I finished my quarantine (although my move out date passed during my isolation period). Instead, Millennium did not contact me and THREW OUT my belongs that remained in the apartment and then promptly CHARGED ME for additional move out fees. Like I had COVID??? I COULDNT move out. Its so unprofessional and completely lacking in compassion that this Is how the property treated this situation.

Absolutely love living here! The community is great. Always super clean and everyone is so friendly! They come up with great resident events, it’s always super packed. I’ve never lived in such an animal friendly apartment, my old lady (dog) always has someone to greet.John, Cailei & Scott are always disgustingly nice when you see them. They go above and beyond. I have wrangled all three of them into helping me with various things. So untypical. Is this Olive Garden? Because when you’re here youre family. Okay gross. But seriously, mostly everyone is transplant which makes it super welcoming to know you aren’t alone and the apartments are spacious and super updated.

The Millennium Music Row staff is the most genuinely friendly group of people! (This is especially important since most apartment complexes around Nashville cant say the same.) The maintenance staff is kind, quick and professional! Every maintenance request I hav submitted has been thoughtfully taken care of and I’ve been treated like my unit is the only one on their todo list. The amenities are always clean, and they also make sure residents are being responsible in taking care of the building as well. They host several fun community events each month and keep us in the loop with other events going on around Nashville. I love it here!

We recently toured this location while in Nashville looking for an apartment for our daughter. Scott in the leasing office was great! He showed us all of our options. My daughter ended up loving Millennium so much she moved in this past weekend. Both Scott & Cailei in the leasing office are wonderful to work with! We also had the pleasure of meeting Shane, one of the mataince workers, He was also super nice & helpful! The building is gorgeous & the amenities are wonderful, we are so thankful that we found Millennium!

Millennium Music Row is going to be one of the best luxury apartment complexes in Nashville. The apartment I looked at is nicely sized, outfitted with top of the line products and energy efficient. I’m very impressed with the built ins included in the unit. The fitness room is large and has equipment to rival the best gyms out there. They have an area on the top floor for residents to use that has a stunning view of Nashville. The pool is large and absolutely gorgeous. Location, living here will put you in the middle of everything and not far from the airport. Cailei has been the person I’ve dealt with and she has been a gem to work with, you can tell she loves her job and the property, always courteous over the phone, the kind of person that you can hear her smile through the phone. When I arrived for my tour I was greeted with big smiles from Cailei and John, both are extremely personable and make you feel right at home. From my very first call to my tour, I have encountered nothing but professional, courteous and genuine assistance; I cannot wait until my current lease is up so I can move into Millennium Music Row.

My first Google rating was 5 stars, but a few months before moving out, my opinion completely changed. At first, the management seemed like they would do anything for us, but over time, management’s respect for the tenants declined significantly.A few of the benefits of this apartment include: gym in the building, easily accessible parking, good location, nice pool, and the maintenance and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The negatives about this apartment include: oven took forever to heat, washing machine broke a few times, our rent would gradually increase each month without explanation, amenities were closed due to Covid for 5+ months, and we were not provided any reimbursement (management said amenities were “free”, and that’s why they wouldn’t reimburse), when we were moving out (2-3 months early), because we bought a house, the first management told us we would be able to break our lease early with no penalty, but the new management refused to honor that commitment. The new management talked to the old management, and he (old management) denied his initial commitment, as well. We were told by one staff member that we would get our pet deposit back when we left and were denied that, as well. They did say we would get the deposit back when our subleaser moved out instead. The new management had said originally that she would take care of us and not to worry about moving out early, but after talking to the old management, she went back on her word and said we would have to pay out the rest of our lease for moving out early. To avoid paying the rest of our lease, we found a subleaser, but the remainder of our lease amount was already applied to our account without speaking to us. We were able to get the charge reversed, however. Management used to host monthly free events and have since changed the catered events to be paid for by the tenants. Overall, this apartment suited our initial needs upon moving to Nashville, but if we had not bought our house, we would have definitely looked for another apartment due to the lack of good customer service.
