I moved in on 8/22/2020 and absolutely loving my new apartment and the location. Moved here from Germantown and work in 12 South so this is the best location and in the middle of both neighborhoods. The windows in this place are incredible; my dogs are watching the cars go by. My unit has a long balcony and was worried that my sectional wouldnt fit but its perfect. Liz, Mary Ann and Jess are all very helpful as is Mike the service manager. They are also making some updates to the community like replacing broken tile in the service elevator and adding a fenced-in dog park. Thank you all for everything!
Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a management group. They care!!! And for those of you who know, that doesn’t happen often enough, anymore. Top it all off with one of the best locations in Nashville, and I’ve hit the jackpot. A place I finally feel at home!*my view 😍*Update:I’ve now lived here for 8 months and could not be more pleased. Mary Ann, Jess, Liz, and Mike make us feel like we’re part of a family. The hospitality they give is more on par with a private club than any property management team I’ve ever experienced. If you have the chance to be a resident here, do it, and consider it a blessing. You can thank me later. For however long I get to experience Nashville, I plan on doing it right here. ❤️
Living at Crossroads has been a great experience. The maintenance team and office staff are always friendly and they address issues right away (which has been a rarity with past apartments). I have lived here for a while and the new changes that have been made since moving here have made a world of a difference. The amenities, location and pet-friendly environment make it an even more desirable living community.
Crossroads in the Gulch is seriously the full package when it comes to living experiences. The safety, cleanliness, luxurious amenities and sense of community are all top of line. I have never lived in a place that I truly have felt exceeded all my expectations, but Crossroads has done that and more for me.
Best housing you will be ever find ! Management/Office/Maintenance are Amazing and make this place great choice to live
I moved in during the pandemic and it has always been kept pretty clean in common areas but most of all the management and staff are TOP NOTCH! I’ve never had such a fantastic experience with any other apartment I’ve lived in over the past 8 years in Nashville! Also— the proximity to anything you need/want is amazing!
Crossroads at the Gulch has been such a great living experience. The leasing office has been so accomodating and made it a very smooth trasition moving from out of town. I am so impressed with the maintenance staff as well. Any service requests I have made were completed in a timely matter. Jared went out of his way to help me with a package that was too heavy for me to carry on my own. I highly recommend living at such a great place right in the heart of Nashville.
Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Not only is the building top notch with amenities and security, the staff is incredible and extremely responsive. They do a great job of creating community through events and engaging communication. The staff is always searching for ways they can improve your living here. You will not find a nicer apartment either. Quality fixtures and finishes and high end appliances with a gas range.
I have lived at crossroads at the gulch for around 7 months now and have had such a positive experience especially with the new management. Liz and Maryann have gone above and beyond and are so friendly and make sure questions and issues are answered promptly and always with a smile. There are more fun community events and it makes living here really welcoming. Maintenance is great and makes sure that all issues are resolved within 24 hours. The amenities are incredible and are always well cleaned. I feel extremely safe here and you cannot beat the location. Big thank you to the team!
I moved here from Florida without seeing the place first, so I was a little nervous, but the Crossroads team patiently dealt with every high-maintenance question I had before move day. Then I shed 2 actual tears when I walked into my new place. Not only is my view a dream, but being apart of the community I have here- with this management team and with living in the Gulch. The locations perfect, the team is great, and the apartment is BEAUTIFUL- make the move!
I just moved here and love this place! From Liz who helped me virtually when I had to move here and then Mary Ann the manager who is constantly making changes to the apartment for improvements. I love it here! Maintenance is quick when you put an order in and staff is always helpful! Thank you for all being so amazing and especially kind to my little pup!
I love living at Crossroads at the Gulch not only for the fantastic location but for the amazing people that work in the leasing office. Mary Ann, Liz, Jess, and the maintenance team are the best. They do all that they can to make this a safe and fun place to live. I can tell that they truly and genuinely care about the residents and want us to be happy! A huge change from what I am used to coming from Hoboken, NJ where you were just a number to the leasing agents. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone looking to rent an apt. Thank you Crossroads Team for being so awesome!!
The best community I’ve lived in by far. The maintenance team is always on top of things. The Mgmt and leasing team is fantastic. Location is great, just a breezy walk to downtown, and everything you might need. Life is tight here.
The view at crossroads is amazing. The staff is so inviting. Mary Ann and Jess are exceptional. I recommend any of my friends to live here. I’m so happy.
Ive been living here for almost 2 years an can say that The new management has really stepped up their game. MaryAnn the property manager is super sweet and friendly, as well as Jessica the Asst. Property manager. They throw events frequently and really make this place feel like a home/family. The apartments are great, any small issues and Mike from Maintenance gets its fixed quick. Love them all.
This place is awesome! I have an amazing apartment, and view of the city. But the thing that sets this place apart from the others my wife and I looked at, is the staff. We have lived in apartments for the past few years and there is no comparison! Any issues we have had were literally fixed within the hour. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to live in the Gultch of Nashville.
Super cute place in a great location. By far the friendly office staff I’ve ever experienced renting, the new management has been amazing. They try to engage and have fun with residents in a safe way even during Covid, maintenance requests have been handled with virtually no wait & when issues arise they do everything they can to make it a safe, clean and fun place to live. -Amber
Crossroads has the best skyline views in Nashville. Its centrally located between Broadway and the Gulch. The staff is always professional, friendly, fun and willing to help.
I am obsessed with this place. I’ve lived here for two years. It’s in the center of everything. I can walk just about anywhere. The apartments are beautiful and modern. The amenities are clean and insanely nice. My favorite space to work is on the top floor 14th story) overlooking the city. Every time I have friends over, I take them to the top floor bc it’s so breathtaking.I can’t say enough good things about this place.
Access to building elevators and stairs are not secure, and access to the building itself is only secure outside of business hours. Even then, people let folks into this building all the time without question. I have noticed homeless people hanging around across the street a few times and do not feel comfortable walking from my apartment when it isn’t light outside and there isn’t much traffic. I’ve had a number of maintenance issues since moving in despite the fact that I’m the first person to live in my unit. The closet rod in my unit was bent, the tub faucet was loose, and the cap on my shower rod broken off, among other things, when I moved into my unit. Also, the grills don’t work. If you are able to confirm the size of your unit for yourself and the functionality of the amenities material to you before entering into a lease and moving here, you’re aware of the additional $103 in monthly fees (for parking, valet trash and pest control) on top of the monthly rent obligations, you don’t mind handling maintenance matters yourself and still don’t mind the cost to live here, then you may have a fine experience, though the lack of safety measures here are concerning. That said, be cautious about assurances received from property management staff about your unit and community amenities. As one example, I requested dimensions for my unit and property management knowingly gave me dimensions for a significantly larger ADA unit. I would recommend living in a different community in Nashville.3 months later: Since my last review, the building has added a staff member to take charge of maintenance and a security guard to stand by the front door on the ground level. The maintenance staff is responsive. Security remains an issue. The second floor is accessible to the public only by call box. Someone broke the glass door by the call box last week. Unlike other high rise apartment buildings, BG elevators and stairwells do not have secured access. A non-resident can simply follow someone in through the 1st or 2nd floor door (or break in, like last week) if access is not gained by call box and get anywhere in the building. Also, the visitor parking is super expensive. It costs ~$21 every 12 hours. Folks started sneaking visitors behind the resident parking gate and property management cracked down on parking by by putting a boot on every car - even cars behind the resident parking gate - that didnt have a decal literally stuck to the window. I pay $75 per month and got a boot on my car, even though my license plate number is on file, just because my decal was hidden in my visor (which I did with their permission) and not stuck to the window. No one thought to check my license plate first. I was late to take the bar exam as a result. At least 10 other residents cars were booted - folks missed client meetings, etc. just because property management didnt care to check license plate numbers first. Also, the building couldnt be closer to the highway without literally being on top of it. The noise level is super loud, whether by the pool or in your unit. Between that and the crazy-loud A/C, I cant even hear my TV at times without turning it up almost full blast. Its tough to hear someone talking from the other room of a 1-bedroom apartment due to the noise level. Finally, the guest suite is always booked and very pricey, so dont count on that amenity. In sum, I pay close to $1900/mo. for poor security, to hear every motorcycle and 18-wheeler that happens to drive by, and shenanigans like getting my car booted the day of my bar exam.
I have lived at Broadstone Gulch for a while now. I love it! The staff is amazing! I don’t know what the one review is talking about, but the coffee machine is great! Has worked every time i walk down stairs to use it. I love that the parking garage has so many spaces, i have lived at 3 other apartments in Nashville and all the garage / parking is a joke. I love how close we are to everything. Not having to drive to get around is amazing! Some people do leave their trash cans in the hallway, shoot I’ve even done it but i did get a notice about not doing that so I know the office is trying to keep up with it. I don’t think people give the office staff enough credit. I think it’s amazing! The view is my favorite part of the entire building!!!! ❤️
This place is awesome! 10 out of 10 on everything! Its a super quite building even on the weekends which is great. I never hear my neighbors and I have people on either side of me and above me. The common areas are always so clean and smell wonderful. The gym and smaller workout studio are PERFECT! I honestly use them all of the time. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help and the building is so centrally located to amazing places I hardly use my car anymore.
I love this place and the staff is amazing!!!!!!!! They truly care about me. The building is stunning.
This place is a scam . They said that I was not approved due to bad rental history LOL what a joke.I have a perfect rental history, I make almost 100,000 a year my credit is great. However they take my money and blame everything on their third-party screening agency and tell you to contact them .After weeks and weeks of disappointing conversations with this third-party I have them reconnected with Broadstone apartments. I pleaded my case with the manager of this facility she then called the third-party in front of me and a fight broke out between the two of them, she just hung up on them, I was then told there was nothing she could do.This complex should be shut down due to fraudulent activity scamming people while stealing their information and running their credit. this complex should be shut down due to fraudulent activity scamming people while stealing their information and running their credit. I have requested a member of of the upper management team to call me and discuss this matter time and time again and I still receive no form of communication. I work in customer service and I will tell every single person that I know about this until I get this resolved. I would like to say beware to all that apply for this place they may or may not approve you. I do not know what they base things on, the management staff on site does not know what they base things on either. I am so disappointed I’m lost for words. This place completely knocked the wind out of me. I thought the days of scams like this was over, I am definitely wrong. It would be nice if someone with the city of Nashville would step up to the plate and investigate this complex.
Nice property, but they nickel and dime you for everything! I toured this property a few weeks ago and was surprised that as a future resident I had to pay for parking. I, then, later was informed that residents have to pay a minimum of $100 a month for a parking space, and that guests/visitors have to pay for parking ( I believe $2 per hour). The units were beautiful to me, the bedrooms were quite small in some of the units, but still was a nice unit overall. The property itself, such as the common areas, could have been better kept. The elevators were actually quite filthy, and we made a comment about the state of the elevators and the leasing agent commented They arent dirty, just unkept, I am not sure what that means, but okay. Nonetheless, its in the Gulch-- not in the heart of the Gulch, almost on the outskirts of the Gulch, however you can walk to the more lively area rather quickly. I was hoping to move into this complex, as the pictures were great and I loved the special of 1-2 months free if you sign a lease here. I loved the units, they were beautiful--I could sacrifice small bedroom space for the amazing views, marble counter tops, wine cellar/fridge ( in certain units), and etc. But, the fees quickly add up and its just not worth the amount of money you come out of pocket just to live here.
Absolutely beautiful with stunning views that stretch for miles over the gulch and downtown Nashville! The staff at the Gulch have been nothing but helpful and extremely knowledgeable! They have directed me to experience Nashville on a higher level! Highly Recommend looking at the Gulch if are ready for a new level of luxury!
Loved the property. Ashley was very professional. The view from the Sky Lounge - OMG!! I wish I could just live in the Sky Lounge. Hoping when my move date comes a unit with that beautiful view is available.
Love living here! I rented sign unseen and was very nervous. The staff made it so easy! Ashley & Cheree have been so helpful with every question i have, and i have a lot! The view is amazing and I’m so loving Nashville! I can’t wait for my family to come an visit!
Honestly, the apartment itself is absolutely stunning, however, the amount of times that I’ve gotten a letter or an email stating that someone would be entering my unit is absolutely ridiculous. I’v never had a landlord or an apartment complex come into my unit even half as much as they do, and they don’t even give you an option to be home for whatever it is they’re doing; it’s a “we will be entering on Thursday”. I’v voiced this concern to the leasing office and apparently that’s just how it is and how it’s going to be.Additionally, the garage is made up of a series of blind hairpin turns, however, only the first turn from ground level has mirrors. I can’t even tell you how many times I’v almost been hit by someone flying around a corner. It’s straight up dangerous. The building and location are great, the leasing office and cleaning staff are super nice and friendly, and I love my unit, but these two things are big enough issues that I’m looking forward to my lease being up.
Revision to previous review:The location is very unsafe. There are more men hanging around outside the building who ask for money or who aggressively approach me. But even more unsettling is the fact that I’ve had one man at night throw glass bottles at me and luckily miss. I will not walk outside after dark. I will not rent here again due to the unsafe location. It’s not actually in what most people consider “The Gulch”. It’s located on 8th ave. 12th ave. Is the safer area.First review:Broadstone Gulch has the best views of any place we looked at in our search for an apartment. We’ve had a pleasant experience from the beginning. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. They are even sweet to our dog! The location is ideal for anyone who likes to walk to restaurants and have super easy driving access to i40 and i65.
Great location, amenities are excellent, staff are friendly and helpful, and the views are unparalleled. No other community I toured had as high quality of appliances, and none were equipped with a full-sized gas stove and a wine fridge. Considering what you get for your money, the rates are quite competitive for the downtown area.
So far my experience is excellent. Great place to live.
Love my apartment! Best view in Nashville, quiet apartments and love Majd in the office who is super helpful any time I need something.
If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. STOLEN PROPERTY, ENTERING WITH OUT NOTICE, DIRTY COMPLEX, RUDE STAFF, HOMELESS PEOPLE CAMPING OUT.The office staff is so unprofessional and rude. I moved in around January, Majd assisted me (who no longer works with the property due to the disrespect she received from her coworkers)- she was great, very sweet. My issue is simply that there are multiple people entering my apartment without any notice, there is such a lack of security and privacy. One of the office managers (Ashley) said she needed to come into my apartment for a water leak that my neighbor below reported- turns out she was just being nosey and wanted to see if my space was listed on Airbnb. I spoke with my neighbors below; there was never any water leaks reported, again she was just being nosey.Next, the lack of security is baffling. The front door doesnt lock whats so ever- there isnt a guard on site from 4am - 10am- so all of the homeless people that hang out around our building walk in. There are always homeless people in the basement as well WATCH OUT MY FELLOW NEIGHBORS- THEY ARE AGGRESSIVE.Due to the lack of security I bought two faux cameras to place outside my door to deter anyone from entering. The office management wasnt happy about this (however they arent the ones living in a building without security) which was the main reason I moved here BECAUSE OF THE PROMISED LEVEL OF SECURITY. To get to my point, Ashley yelled at me on the phone to take my FAUX CAMERAS down and I let her know that it was not in my lease that I couldnt have them.....a few days later my cameras are gone, theyve been there unbothered for 6 months and now all of sudden they VANISH. I called to ask where they were and her response was why dont you look on the footage.I have contacted corporate multiple times and have yet to get a response. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Also, wheres my $500 gift card I was promised on move in day? Its almost 8 months later....
Beautiful property in an awesome area. Also, management was incredibly helpful as well.
Weve lived here for 3 months and it has been superb! Very friendly staff and a cracking view!
The views from here are amazing! The building is super nice and the staff are amazing!!!!
Beautiful apartments, hands down the best view of downtown Nashville, kind and caring staff, clean and quiet, quick walk to many of the cities hot spots like the Gulch, Midtown, Demonbreun, Bridgestone and Broadway!
Beautiful property and AMAZING views!!
Perfect placed to live in the Gulch!!
Beautiful community
