These new apartments are in prime location to many restaurants, shopping, grocery, coffee houses, literally everything. Very clean and well managed. Highly recommend leasing here. They are gorgeous!

2100 Acklen is a really cool place. It has a great location, modern apartments, a parking garage and a great court yard.

We stayed in one of the condos managed by a new company. Easy check-in and out. Clean space, parking was great.The onsite people were nice.

A total scam. 100% unsafe. Gave me pin codes that didnt work. Their phone just went to an automated message saying they didnt have anyone working to answer. Standing in the middle of the night with all my suitcases. Had to book a hotel with no notice in the middle of the night and waste more time and money on taxis.Later they gave me some BS saying they already sent me new codes. Nope. Then said it was just a mix up because they sent me someone elses codes. Thats not safe! Who is going to come in your room in the middle of the night if you use these people? Theyre still asking for full payment too. 100% scam. Go with someone else and skip the time taking them to small claims court.

Weve been living here for a year and we love it. The location cannot be beat and the amenities are great. Although its in the middle of Hillsboro, the apartment complex is really quiet and it has a nice courtyard.

Its impossible to live here. Construction next door starts at 3am and no one can do anything to stop it. Its impossible to sleep or even live a functioning life out of here. The apartments themselves are nice. Maintenance could be better (the maintenance people are friendly but several of my maintenance requests were ignored. The fire pit is not kept working and the key fobs for one of the entrance does not work). Really though, do not even think of moving in here while the construction between Acklen and Belcourt (which seems to be at least a year away from being done at the time of writing this) is going on. It is horrific.

There were really only 2 good things about this apartment and those were the location and the parking. Everything else was beyond terrible.The rent is ridiculously high for what you get and when I moved in, the apartment wasnt even finished yet. The floor was made of chipped concrete and the ceiling was half painted.The trash service was the worst of it all though. There is a forced 25 dollar trash fee for a pickup service that doesnt come half the time. To make it worse they pick it up at 9 and you cant even put trash outside until 8 or you get berated by the maintenance guy.Honestly, there were 10x more problems here than with any other place ive ever lived in and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful property and units however communication with the office/manager has been almost impossible since move in. Unresponsive to email after several attempts which is extremely disappointing considering how responsive they were before move in.
