I have a sister that lives in one of there units and i can say they really need to clean around the place and make it a little safer for the tenants. It doesnt matter if there low income or not.

They wont help you with housing if you have and eviction on your credit

For this to be an establishment that is supposed to help people and support people in need. There employees are rude they have very little concern to help. I find Urban housing is giving people more run arounds then actual assistance rude they talk to you any kind of way. Sad that In Nashville Tn. People are still being treated like slaves.
