Decent starter apartment. there are children everywhere all in the streets, and parking lot. very safe but be prepared for that. when we moved in nothing was ready or the way we were told it would be, they eventually fixed it. decent location but will not be renewing my lease.

I moved here last month and I am so glad to call Keystone Farms home. Due to the snow storm in Nashville in February, appliances could not be delivered on time and our move-in was delayed. But, Stacy and Denise were so helpful, they always let me be updated.Maintenance guy - Stephon is so friendly and responsive to my requests on maintenance work.Your team is awesome!

Keystone staff are awesome 👏🏻, kudos to them. Apart from a good apartment a resident needs attention and good response behavior from community staff, here it is at best. Their way of listening residents concerns is indeed remarkable.When we moved here we had faced some technical problem with our heating system and due to covid lockdown it was hard to get a technician that frequently. When manager and staff came to know they have shared their heaters for each room and also make sure to resolve the issue permanently as faster as they can. Great place to live at. Beautiful scenery and quiet neighborhood! When I first came to visit I was greeted by Alfonzo one of the managers at the property he was very nice and his willingness to help was outstanding! He made sure to accommodate all of our needs and made the leasing process fast and easy! One of the best places I’ve lived so far.

I’ve lived here for almost 6 months now and every time I have had to contact the office, I am helped out quickly and professionally. The office staff, in particular, Alfonzo, is awesome to work with. I get the honor of being able to be a part of multiple properties daily due to my job. Keystone has always stood out because of its white, bright exterior. The community itself is tight knit and any time I have ever done an event here the residents are ALWAYS outstanding. I love that those that I get to see on site genuinely seem to enjoy living there. No doubt part of it is due to the Property Manager Alfonso, anytime I have ever come into contact with him he has always approached me with a welcoming smile but more importantly has always remembered my name. I lived at Keystone Farms for 6 years and it was a comfortable experience. I would still be there if I had not moved out of state. Stephon was excellent in the maintenance department. He was always prompt in dealing with issues and concerns.

The staff at Keystone are very courteous and professional. Stacy the manager has been an asset to the community since she came on board. She really cares about the residents and treats the tenants and property with great respect. I would highly recommend Keystone Farms as a great place to live.

Great place if you like peace and quiet. The toilet flushing is the only noise I hear when Im at home. Neighbors are really friendly and they care about your well being. The office has a guy that goes by the name of Alfonzo and he ALWAYS LISTEN. This location is perfect for me.

Its my third year here, we love the place. Service is great, kudos to Alfonzo & Stephon. Theyre very quick to address any issue.There are few things this place can improve, like security and kids play area, which has been neglected for a while now. I hope these will be addressed.Id recommend this place though.

Today has been a day of mixed emotions. I am searching for a new place to live since my job is relocating me to Nashville, it has been hard to think that I will be moving so far away from my family in California. But from what I can tell from the pictures online and from my conversation with the very sweet Stacy, Keystone Farms seems like it will be a great place to live! The property appears to be very clean and well kept and from what I was told the community will give me the sense of coming home. If you are at all hesitant about moving here call and ask to speak with Stacy, she made me feel right at home which is exactly what I needed and wanted!

I enjoyed touring the community! Alphonso and Stacy were extremely helpful, polite, and understanding. The 2BD/2BA apartment was very spacious and I LOVE the closet space and ample storage space each unit has. Id love to see the property with updated pool furniture and a fresh coat of paint on the outside to complement the beauty inside.

Alfonzo is the best person to come to when looking for a new apartment. I came in and immediately was welcomed with a warm greeting from him. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions. This is what I look for when apartment searching!

Had a leaky faucet but Stephen came and fixed it in no time!

The only reason I renewed my lease here is because of staff members like Alfonso. Someone who understands what the residents want and need. I’m not going to get into details but if you ever have a problem with your apartment, Alfonso is the first to let you know that it’s not your fault. he focuses on fixing the situation instead of talking about what should have been done.

When I was looking up apartments I came across Keystone. I got a chance to speak with Alfonzo and I told him that I was interested in the apartments, but wasn’t comfortable doing a tour with COVID going on. He suggested setting up a virtual tour. He did a excellent job with the tour and was able to answer all my questions.

I lived here with a roommate and I enjoyed my stay. What made it easy and problem free was our maintenance manager, Stephon. He was very respectful and on top of every work order we entered. He was very respectful and fixed everything perfectly in a timely manner. Thank you.

I always visit these apartments to pick up my kids on my bus and everytime I come by Im always greeted by mr.stephon the head maintenance man. He is so nice everytime I see him. I used to bunny sit 2 weeks each summer for a friend who had a 3 bedroom 2 story w fireplace. she let me have the pool key and it felt like home. I loved the feel of the entire community so much that the following year I moved from the luxurious Lenox Village to Keystone. Things changed dramatically. New staff. Gone was the great manager replaced by some young rude 30 somethings. Stefan who handled maintenance and kept the pool clean was the only one there when I left. He was kind to me and my daughter. He always smiled even when he had to snake my toilet (yuk!). The 3 stars are for what used to be if Stefan is still there and the minus two stars is for the new property management who seemed inexperienced with hospitality.

Alphonso has been amazing. He did an excellent job giving me a virtual tour of my apt during the Covid pandemic when I could not see it in person. He is always available if I have a question. He is the reason that I rented a place at Keystone Farms. He deserves 5 stars.

Keystone Farms is an excellent property to live in. The neighborhood is small and cozy. Stephan, the maintenance manager is knowledgeable and personable. Everybody loves him Im! Im so glad he returned to the property and that the property is under new management. The staff has awesome customer service.

I lived here while contracted for HCA. Management was fair. I liked the convenience of nearby shopping restaurants etc., on Nippers Corner. I never got to use the pool, looked clean though. great. Stephan is the go to guy for everything. If there is a 2nd maintenance person I never saw them.They have an online site to pay rent or get updates.
