The management and maintenance was excellent. It is a very simple home but everything works well and the area is fairly calm.
It was nice living here for the most part. It’s very close to downtown and I feel like everything was within 10 minutes. These apartments are basic but you get what you pay for. There are only two closets in the apartment. One is the pantry in the kitchen and one is in the bedroom. The flooring was easy to maintain because there is only carpet in the bedroom. There are four washers and four dryers in the laundry room. When I was there it was best to do laundry early in the morning or late at night to avoid others. Usually one or two of the washers was out of order. There’s an elevator that I enjoyed when I didn’t feel like hauling things up the steps. The maintenance guy was pretty great. I had him hang a picture and anything that was broken was promptly fixed either that day or the next day. I liked the first come first serve parking because most people park in the same spot. There were two things I hated...they started charging for water based on usage of the complex instead of the flat rate fee. I worked 14 hour days and I didn’t have kids running a tub or a washer in the unit so I felt an increase wasn’t warranted. The second thing I didn’t like was that there was a murder on property and no one was notified. I learned about it by coming home to police tape and then the news. No word from the complex. Great starter apartment ;)
Great community! The people here are so nice and welcoming. Janice is a lovely apartment manager and makes sure that this ship keeps sailing smoothly. She addresses every issue and complaint head on and escalates as necessary. She also helped start a community garden off of our suggestions!Kevin, the maintenance man, is amazingly kind and adept as well. Hes very responsive and knowledgable. Its overall a very safe, and clean apartment complex at a great rate. I just wish there was more storage space but its a wonderful starter apartment.
Ive been a resident of Parliament Place Apartments for eight years and Im still very happy to call this community home. Ive always loved that its centrally located being less than fifteen minutes from downtown and only five minutes from the airport. And having a Property Manager like Janice and a Maintenance Supervisor like Kevin, who both work together to keep this community running smoothly and looking beautiful, is a pleasure.
IF I COULD GIVE MRS. DIANA A 10 STARS I WOULD! SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN, HELP, AND MAKE THE MOVE SO SPECTACULAR I WOULD DO IT AGAIN EVERYDAY IF I COULD! THE APARTMENTS ARE SO CLEAN, AND NICE. THE MAINTENANCE GUY IS ON HIS A+ GAME. I WOULD RECOMMEND STOPPING IN AND SEEING DIANA ANYTIME FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS! THE BEST WOMAN I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!
Good experience overall. Janice, in the office, is very effective and communicates well with the residents. She is courteous and kind.Kevin, the maintenance guy, is exceptional. I never waited long to have work orders complete. He is the biggest selling point of this property. If having a responsive team to fix issues in the unit is important to you, then this property will please you in that regard. I cant say enough good things about Kevin. The noise from neighbors is also minimal. I chose this property because I dont like hearing neighbors walking around above me. I lived on the second floor (out of 4) and rarely heard my neighbors. When I did hear them, it didnt sound as loud as some other buildings that Ive lived in before. There are concrete floors here which help minimize noise. The only drawback of this property that I can think of is the plumbing. The water gets cut off sometimes for required work and the pressure in the shower is poor. The building is super old though so this isnt the fault of the management team.
I absolutely love love love this apartment complex. Our apartment manager is the nicest sweetest lady ever she has recently taken over the apartment complex in the past few months. And this woman has made some amazing changes. Just the overall presence of these apartments feels better since shes taken over as property manager. I give Parliament place a five-star out of five star rating. Ive never lived in a place as peaceful as this one with such a great staff overseeing facility. I cant think of a single time the property manager hasnt walked past me and addressed me by name to talk to me you can tell right there that she actually cares for her tenants. Ive seen the same with my neighbors I think she knows us all by name LOL anyone looking to move here its a great place in Nashville. If you come by for a tour I know you will love talking with Diana to she is the best point blank.
Enjoyed my time living at parliament place. Diana has been great as well and is extremely polite and helpful! I would have stayed if not for me getting a roommate but the apartments have a great set up and the community is very quiet!
Parliament Place is a nice place to live. I enjoyed my time here. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a safe and peaceful area to live. Diana, the property manager is a great person. She assisted my roommate and I with great customer service.
This place is nothing like it used to be. When I first moved in, there were different residents than there are now. Now its trashy people who live here & why people are moving out. I am waiting for roaches to start appearing, thats how trashy these people are. 6 or more adults living in a two bed apt? Come on management, weve told you but you still wont do anything about it. Parking is bad now too, with the good spots taken up by people who dont live there. Very disappointed in how bad things have gotten here.
I moved into parliament place back on October 27, 2018 and it has been a great experience for me Maria and Kevin in the property office are awesome people and when I have an issue with anything in my apartment, they are right on it...if there was a opportunity to do more than 5 stars it would be 10. Great place to live, quiet and close to everything best of all 5 minutes from work.
The office staff are incredibly friendly and everything was done in a timely and professional manner. The apartments themselves are very nice and well kept and I was very satisfied with the whole move in process as it was extremely quick.
I love living at Parliament Place. The community is quiet and the office staff are completely awesome. Plus, we have a spectacular view at the picnic tables.
Diana has Great customer service and and made me feel right at home when I came in to the office and the maintenance man is a one man team that took care of all the needs before I moved in to new apartment looking forward to spend a few leases terms here at parliament place whith these great individuals
I love living at Parliament Place. The staff are so fun to work with and its convenient to every thing in Nashville.
This place is very cute, quiet and tucked away close to center of Nashville, the Opry and the airport. Tasha in the office is the best! I had a debacle with another apartment that didn’t work out and Tasha did everything she could to make sure I was in an apartment ASAP- she walked me through the online portal, showed me the actual apartment I’d be living in (not a model...) and was always on call to answer my questions. I had a garbage disposal issue and Kevin, the maintenance fellow, fixed it the next day and it works wonderfully. There are grills out back, an elevator and laundry machines that usebyour card. First come first served parking but I haven’t had an issue. Close to all major freeways. No dishwasher and closets are small but it’s worth it to be safe and comfortable :) great first apartment.
Excellent complex! The staff are great, the office provides help when you need it, you can easily access the airport/Briley Pkwy/I-40, the laundromat is centrally located, and it is pet friendly.
Best place to live! Safe quiet and affordable! Im in love with it!
Awesome Community Manager, Good prices, Quick and easy to get anywhere in 15 minutes from here
Manger is rude and when I talk to her she is nasty to me
