Very clean and beautiful shop, with very lovely and welcoming owner and staff. Mother and I walked in for a manicure and it turned out very well, she is really happy with the results, and the color is perfect. Was quick and the results were gorgeous. The staff here is full of life and fun. 10/10. Will come again. Recommending to everyone I know.

Recently a friend and I had the chance to try this place out for much needed manicure. The first thing I noticed was the large selection of no chip options, and I ended up choosing one that turned out amazing. The second thing I noticed was, how much attention to the customer and their design on the nails. It’s been awhile since I’ve received such great customer service. Covid-19 has been rough on a lot of businesses, and I think they’re handling everything the best they can.

I love this salon! The owner is always welcoming and makes you feel at home. The nail technicians are very professional and do an excellent job. Ive tried other salons in the area but end up having my nails chip after a couple of days. Ive never had that issue with Luv Ur Nails! My manicures usually end up lasting at least two weeks.

I have been going here for years and love it. I tried this salon out because I wanted to get chrome nails and saw they had the product. Since then I have been hooked and couldn’t imagine anybody else doing my nails. Whatever crazy idea they are willing to try out. Just got my nails done for Halloween and they spook-a-licious!

Extremely “RUDE”, I’ve been trying to get nails done today as new customer, when I walked in the women seemed so emotional like I was make a huge mistakes and ask me “How can I help you ?” Keeping saying that without greeting . She said I have to make an appointment to get a service, which’s fine but can you please talk nicely? Why I am here in your store just because close to my house, and you ruined my day.I am paying for service not for getting insult.Would not recommend this place!

I came here for a mani and pedi and was taken care of by Kim. She did a great job with the mani and pedi. She was attentive, fun and caring. She had an uplifting attitude and was a perfectionist when it came to my mani and pedi. Will definitely come back here!

Went in for the first time. Pleasant staff . They talked with there blue tooth to others is stead of getting to know you.Picked a color out an she said it would be $10 more. Ugh 50.00 not a great job . Needs improvement on taking care of what guest.

Got my nails taken off here. No appointment i called ahead before driving over there. Broke a nail and wanted them off. It did take a really long time just because I did them myself at home and they were on really good! They ask you to sanitize up front with hand sanitizer but they did not take temperature checks for anyone. Everyone wore face masks and there are clear plastic dividers between staff and client at the tables. They didn’t have paper towels at the hand wash station but they did have washcloths to dry your hands. They are clean and laundered and I think it’s pretty good idea. There’s a small dirty washcloth bin looks like a trash can next to the sink so the washcloths are used once per. Customers and staff do not practice social distancing.

I tried this place for the first time a couple days ago. I called to ask if there was availability so when I went in an hour later I heard a woman complain to another customer that everyone kept calling asking for last minute appointments which made me feel unwelcome. I was there to get my acrylics removed and get a no-chip mani. I thought it was weird that my nail tech filed my nails with the coarse nail filer to shape my nails after she had finished paining my nails because in my experience that will lift the polish and make it easier to chip a lot sooner. The next day 2 of my nails chipped very noticeably. Overall I’m disappointed since my nails look sloppy and bumpy and the shape is still uneven. I’m giving 2 stars since my nail tech was friendly.*Edit since I can’t reply to the owner: I was not a walk-in. I made an appointment. If I was too much of an inconvenience she should not have told me to come in at that time.

Been a customer for a long time now, and I trust no one else but them to do my nails. Customer service is outstanding. Ever since Covid started they took Covid precautions very seriously asking every customer to sanitize their hands and washing their hands often.

Not very good service and not informative about the cons of getting my nails done there. Plus, they turned me down and refused to do my nails.

Had a 6:30pm appointment tonight. She finished my pedicure in about 13 minutes. No way you can finish a pedicure on a person with a size 15 shoe in 13 minutes. It was done poorly, I will never return to this place.

I have been going there for a few years and love the service, owner and worker(s). They are clean, courteous and customer focused. You wont be sorry going there. Mani, Pedi, Waxing etc. all good.

I absolutely LUV this place! The owner is so sweet and does great nails. I came in with a very bad nail job from a previous nail salon and she got me right together! The assistant Stacy was very personable and sweet. Shes a very empathetic person and I appreciate that in any business establishment . I will certainly be back there again and again! I enjoy coming here because I do not feel like they rush your service to get to the next customer; it does not feel like it is about the money. They make you feel special and take their time with you and make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Kim always takes her time with my pedicures; I will not be getting anything but the spa pedicure from now on. The spa pedicure is incredible. Sonya goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are comfortable and that they are receiving exceptional service; she expects nothing under for her customers. I love this place!!!!!!!

UPDATE: 3 days later and 2 nails have already chipped and 2 more are already lifting. STAY AWAY!!!The ABSOLUTE WORST nail experience of my life. I left there with smeared, uneven, bumpy, and all around awful nails. After dropping 60 dollars I left and drove to the closest nail salon and asked then to fix it. The ladies at the other nail salon were shocked at how terrible my nails were done.0 stars if it were possible. Save yourself, don’t go!!!

Absolutely love this place. Everything and everyone made my experience there wonderful. Employees were friendly, owner is extremely generous. They always ask if I was comfortable, asked if the water was the perfect temperature, asked if I wanted something to drink, has matching colors from gel, dip to regular nail polish etc.... Everything is clean and sterilized. Once you become a regular costumer they place your nail file and buffer in a container with your name on it, so there is no sharing. If you a one time customer you get brand new nail boards that you can take home with you afterwards, since they will never use it on other people. I seriously could keep going about all the wonderful things about this place. I highly recommend them. Ask for Sonia if you have any questions she really is amazing!

Will never go again. I dont know if she was in a hurry or what but she didnt even ask how long I want my nails to be, didnt get all my cuticles cleaned, and didnt put much effort to get the shape right with the files. She constantly gossiped in foreign language with other employee and did not pay attention to my nails at all. Plus, she couldnt get all the brush lines out in 2 coats so she had to put on 4 coats of color and 2 top coats so my nails look like they are suffocating now. She also dropped top coats on my skin and let it under uv light so I had to scrape it off afterwards, which was painful. Colors are not smoothly leveled so it looks like it was done by an amateur. I would have done better job myself. Ive been to many nail salons over the years, but this one was the worst.

I always experience such great service when I come here!! I usually get acrylic full sets & fills and Sonia takes her time to make them look perfect! If there’s ever any issue with your nails, just inform the tech & they’ll happily try to fix the problem for you. The customer service here is outstanding and I’ve always walked out happy with my nails. I also definitely recommend making an appointment.

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. The nail tech was incredibly rude. She damaged my nails and caused a nail fungus. I wasnt planning to return after the bad service. But, after the nail fungus I found it most important to notify others. Ive never had a nail fungus before visiting this location. I asked the nail tech several times if certain techniques were appropriate, but she continued to ensure me that she was doing whats best. TOTALLY UNTRUE!!!

I began going to Luv Ur Nails over a year ago because I needed a no chip manicure and it was only 5 minutes from my job. I must say I have been a satisfied customer since the 1st day I walked into this establishment! The owner Sonia is awesome, she is professional, courteous and she does an excellent job on my manicure and pedicures! Plus Sonia always has the latest nail colors from chrome to cat eye and she always lets me know about the new nail colors and options! Sonia does an excellent job ! I cant say enough great things about Luv ur Nails! I am a very happy and satisfied customer!

I love this place, I will never go anywhere else. The owner Sonja is great. Since I’ve been coming here, and scheduled an appointment I’ve never had to wait, She knows how to manage all appointments that are scheduled for the day.The shop is super clean and modern. I even left my slippers the first or second time I went there and I didn’t come back for almost a month and she still saved them for me when I came back.

Went for a pedicure and I liked the fact that they opened a new package of tools in front of you so you can see theyre sanitary and they offer to let you take them home. I was disappointed that my feet had obvious skin on them when I got home like they had barely exfoliated. I felt like I wasted money when I could have done a better job myself.

I’m very happy and impressed with Sonya . I really enjoyed my manicure and pedicure. I messed a nail and she managed to fix it right away and didn’t give me an attitude about it, which most people always do. Definitely will be coming back ☺️

I love this place because my no chip last up to 3 weeks and everyone are friendly and professional.

I really wanted to love this place because of all the great reviews, however, I was very dissappointed. I got a gel manicure and was pleased with it until the polish started turning yellow after just a few days. I felt that the manicure was rushed as well. Luckily, they agreed to redo my nails for free because of the discoloring. However, after just a week, my nails are already peeling and dont look nearly as good as they would if I got them done somewhere else. I do not think I will be coming back. The staff were very friendly, however and I do appreciate them redoing my nails. I also didnt feel like they sanitize their tools properly, which is something I really pay attention to.

I found my new salon. Kim was a great manicurist, sweet, and repaired a ripped nail for me. This was the best manicure Ive had in years! I already booked a mani & pedi next time!

The Nail technician was rude and lazy . She was unwilling to make the design I asked because it was too difficult for her. The way she was talking was too bad. The owner was nice, but unfortunately I had to deal with this woman with short hair. She was on the phone all the time . I went there twice and both the times she was rude. The name says it all...Luv Ur Nails...and I always do. I have been going to Luv Ur Nails for quite some time now for manicures and pedicures. Sonya the owner is my nail tech and she is amazing. She always make sure that I am satisfied with the end results and fixes them if I smudge, chip or whatever right after I just got my nails done at no charge.I have seen some of the negative reviews and all I can say is that those people must have been having a bad day and took it out on Sonya. Also, if your upset when you walk in without an appointment and you might have to wait because the shop or the appointment book is full...well newsflash people...if you dont have an appointment, you might have to wait. Shocker, but seriously that shouldnt be reflected in a negative review towards the owner or her salon, thats your fault for not making an appointment. I had my acrylics done here. The salon ladies are skilled and patient. Will make your nails look amazing. They also offer a punch card so your 6th manicure gets a discount.

Took my mother in law here last minute while she was visiting from out of town. I had just had a baby and needed time out of the house. We walked in without appt and although they were booked, they fit us in as soon as they could and were so friendly and inviting. My nails look fantastic!

Worst acrylic nails Ive EVER gotten. They were lumpy in some places, off centered, and too thin in some places that then chipped a day later. I was the only customer at the time! Its as if the women that did my nails has never done them before. I even mentioned my concerns during the processes and I was written off. A huge rip off. I wish I got my money back.

Cut way to short when I told her I didnt want them that short, didnt even file correctly they looked horrible, asked for cofin shape and didnt even know how to do it evenly, and to top it off when putting on no chip nail polish it is still sticky and feels rough one star is too much for them. DO NOT COME HERE ITS A WASTE OF MONEY WORST $40 IVE EVER SPENT

I am very happy with Luv Ur Nails effort in going out of their way to walk the extra mile.I walked in Luv Ur Nails after being turned away from an unprofessional nail salon and here, I was welcomed.My nail artist is Linh and I am more than glad that she was willing to stay overtime to brush up on my tips!I apologize for not tipping too well; she definitely deserved more.The only issue that I am concerned about is that my nails were supposed to last two weeks and the chip-free manicure was chipped after a shower.Another thing is that one of the other nail technicians wanted to charge me $55 for a nail design that is far from challenging, so I decided to go with french nails. Just to let you know, trying to profit from customers might turn them away, but having a more realistic price will draw them in and you can earn some tips.If theres one thing Ive learned from business, it is to not overcharge customers if you want to keep your doors open.

The best place I’ve ever been me and my fiancé just walk in over here for the first time there was a Mexican employe by name of Melissa and she did our nails and she did the most fabulous job ever I have seen very polite very nice great conversation I recommend this place five star out of five if there was hundreds star I will give it to them only because she was a fabulous employee.

I waited about 30 minutes to get my nails done, and Im so glad I did! The employees are so friendly, everything is clean, they let you keep one time use products like the pumice stone. Its a little pricey, but you pay for quality. Sonia did my pedi, and Melissa did my Dip-mani. They did fantastic! Another employee even brought in her little puppy Stitch, he sat with me while I got my pedi, totally made my day!

I have been doing my nails here for the last year or so and It is my favorite!! The people that work there are so nice and do a great job!

I went to this place on a whim after my Dr. Appt. Never have I gone to this place so since it was in the area I figure what the heck! Hell No will I ever go back!!! I got a full set acrylic and this little Spanish girl took like 2 hours!!! Didnt do the job right!! 3 nails broke the day after I ended up going to Rozny nails in Montgomery and I had to get the whole set taken off and start with a whole new set!! They were a mess!! Take my advice .Do not go to this place!! Not experienced and you will end up paying double for the trouble!! Trust me!!

Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. After making an appointment owner took me in and left me on a chair and then took walkins for an hour. 3 hours, and $85 later I recieved a crooked nail job that was embarrassing. Guess asked if I did my nail. This was supposed to be a relaxing experience, however she was only rough and very scary.

Got a set of acrylics here and they looked awful because the nail polish was old and she didnt cover the whole nail in polish. They started lifting 2 days after I got them done. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Was a walk in took me in. No wait . fast and friendly. I had a pedicure done after three hours when i put my shoe on the polish smudged ..very frustrated as I was going out..only give it 4 stars because I called back and they offered to redo it. but i was never able to make it back as I dont live near the area..
