I have been going to Michael Grahams for the past year or so, mostly for blow outs. My last several appointments have been with Marianne who really listened and delivered on how I wanted my hair styled. Also, the service with her is very relaxing. When washing my hair, shes very careful not to pull on my hair and also her scalp massage is the best!As for hair colouring, I had a go to colourist previously but moved here and needed someone local. Elisabeth was recommended to me by another stylist at the salon and she is truly amazing! My first appointment with her was a 5 hour colour correct and she is wonderful. My natural hair is very dark and I had highlights done several months ago but wanted to go overall blonde. My hair was different shades with parts being dark and brassy. But Elisabeth truly worked some magic both with the colour and in keeping my hair healthy. I would strongly recommend anyone interested in colouring their hair to see Elisabeth.

This was my first visit to this salon, and Francesca was awesome. She totally exceeded my expectations, I havent had a cut and color I was this happy with in a long time. She really listened to what I wanted and made good recommendations. I will certainly be back.

Amanda has been taking care of my hair (cuts, color, etc.) for more years than I can remember. She has recently helped me embrace my grey/silver roots (thanks Covid! ). It was a tedious job and took multiple salon visits but my hair color looks amazing.When it came time for the haircut I told Amanda that since she knows my hair better than I do that she could do whatever she wanted. I was not disappointed to put my faith in her as I love the cut and ease of caring for it. I have received tons of compliments on both the color and cut.

I went in for low lights or highlights, Danella informed me that I needed to cover my roots and that low lights and highlights would not do. So we decided to do a full hair color. I told her I wanted dark blonde or the lowest brunette color. Picture below is the result. The darkest I have never been, I look like a freak. Oh and I left the salon looking like I was out side in the humidity for hours, and I get home, I have color all over my brand new shirt. What a horrific experience. Now I don’t know what to do with this god awful hair.

Linda gave me a fabulous pedicure. Her attention to detail was amazing. This was the best, most relaxing pedicure I have ever received. The salon was very clean and I felt very comfortable. Definitely a five star experience.

My stylist, Ashley, did an AMAZING job with my hair. I just moved up to the area from Florida and was really hesitant when locating a stylist. My friend referred me here and I was nervous, but Ashley did WONDERFUL. She listened to what I wanted and took extra care to ensure that it happened. I will definitely be coming back and becoming a regular!

The staff at Michael Graham are great. My hair looks great. The colorist really knows what shes doing and can match you with the right color for you. Kelsey is great at cutting and is very personable. The salon is very clean and attentive.

I scheduled a consultation with my stylist beforehand because I was undecided about the hair color I wanted to do. I showed reference photos that showed I either wanted to do light highlights or a SOLID, ALL OVER RED hair color. She said either way we have to bleach it and stuff so obviously, Im like okay she clearly knows what Im talking about. Then she makes the appointment and labels it as balayage, which I assumed is what I wanted since its a hair technique. Fast forward to now, I decided on getting an OVERALL RED hair color. She breaks the news saying she only has time for a balayage WHICH IS ONLY HALF OF MY HAIR. While a balayage only takes a few hours, doing this would take nearly 6 hours. Clearly, we had a miscommunication yet all the reference photos I showed her werent balayages. I added them below.

Terrible experience. I went for an all over hair coloring and received a root touch up .The stylist or I never discussed about having a root touch up at all. All I asked was for a lighter all over color than my original hair color(the stylist was supposed to be the educator for the salon). She did the roots and she told me to wait there and disappeared. So I went to the reception and said I came for all over hair color the stylist only did the root touch up. I also enquired about the pricing as I only received the root touch up and the associate said it is less for root touch up. So the stylist came back and said all over hair color wouldn’t look good with my hair end and that is why she only did the root touch up. But she never mentioned that to me . But charged $87 for that. I was upset with everything happened and also the color she used on my roots were too dark than my original color, even though I was asking for lighter all over color Very unprofessional .

Francesca was great as usual! I was very happy with how my highlights and cut turned out. This has become my go-to salon.

When I say I’m picky when I color my hair, that’s an understatement. Chloe did my balayage color and cut and she was AMAZING! Turned out better than I even thought it would given I was going from beige to blonde. I would highly recommend her if you are trying this place out for the first time. Staff was friendly and accommodating, and a great range of products are available as well.

Jesse was amazing, a great consultant: she listened to my personal desires as to what I wanted the finished hair to look like. Jesse coordinated along with Francisca on competing my professional hair dye and cut. Jesse walked completely with me hrough the process, working along side Francisca to assure I was satisfied. Both young women provided great customer service and demonstrated knowledge of their personal experiences with working with hair. I left the Salon, pleased!

There are so many places to get your haircut and/or colored. My family has been to many of them. What sealed the deal for us was when my son got a haircut from Chloe after being under quarantine (dad cut his hair two times during) and him coming out smiling ear to ear. He said Chloe wasn’t only good at cutting hair but she was really friendly. I never realized that many stylist don’t talk to teens while they cut their hair. What? Thank you Chloe for being so awesome at what you do and spreading kindness to all of your clients 💜

Kate is my go-to hair care specialist. She always does an incredible job and is knowledgeable about what product works best or how to best cut my hair to meet my styling needs. The Michael Graham Salon is the only one Ill go to for my hair. And it is also my preferred for any waxing needs. All of their staff is friendly and welcoming. Good price for the high level of service they provide as well.

The best place to get your do done. Highly professional, these folks know how to handle a customer. From the greeting to the cut to the payment, highly efficient, pleasing experience. And the cut is beyond the best. I recommend Sandra for hair and Veronica for a mani-pedi. Amazing

I am a regular at this salon and typically like it. However, the service today was a total rip off and disappointing.So I booked a hair treatment, hands of the therapist facial and a body treatment and spent almost 400 bucks. To begin with, the front desk doesnt guide you properly. Since I had a facial which involved a head message, I expected them to inform me about it and make a suggestion to get the hair treatment done later. No one would want to get a head message after a fresh dose of hair treatment/ styling.The major disappointment however was that they mislead you by naming their service ‘BODY treatment’. It basically is just a scrub and massage of half legs and full arms. They charge a Ridiculous 160$ for it. On what basis should it be called a BODY treatment? Will they wax the entire body for the price of waxing half legs and full arms?I have been to high end spas and paid less than this for a real body treatment.Also the front desk fails you again. So the facial already includes arm massage. So there is very less value in getting the ‘body treatment’ done for such a high price. Atleast inform the customers and help them make an educated choiceExtremely disappointing, will look for another salon.

You have an amazing staff. My stylist is Kate she is super awesome she never ceases to amaze me I’ve yet to be disappointed with any of my visits. And just this Sunday I booked online a brow & lip wax. It was great to be able to see openings and set an appointment to meet my needs. Stacy was fantastic. I upgraded from lip & brow to a full face. Only because when I booked the appointment I didn’t look further for the detail of the service. Maybe that would be a recommendation, that you list what’s entailed on the service? Just a thought. The front desk is very welcoming and super polite. I love Rochelle, she always does an amazing job with eyebrow waxing. I used to come here for haircuts, but the hair stylist I would go with left. And a different girl cut my hair and didnt listen when I wanted to get my bangs cut. She said I couldnt get bangs because I had a cowlick? Although Ive had them in the past. Other than that, I love coming here!

Linda was great! Very friendly and very accommodating! I was looking for a classic red and she went to the back to find one for me! I was able to make a last minute appointment which was fabulous! I definitely would recommend Linda!

I wandered in here one evening in desperate need of a neck trim (I have a pixie), and they were able to get me in right away with Ashley. She did an amazing job, I knew I had to book a cut and color with her. A few weeks later I came back for my highlight and cut, and she had me in and out in under an hour and half! I was amazed. She is pleasant, quick, professional, and stylish. She got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend.

First time here, nice place and good haircut but I feel its a little over priced. I had Alex and she was nice and good at what she does but she was a little too rough. I was more worried about being accidentally stabbed with the sciccors than relaxed...

Worst haircut experience ever. And I have been to hair salons all over the world: Europe, Asia, South America, to mention a few. I have never met a hairstylist lacking professionalism as the one who cut my hair today. Not only I did not get what I asked for, when I told the hairstylist that what she had just done with my hair wasnt what I had asked, she rudely replied: Listen, this is what I do for a living. And instead of trying to fix it to my liking, she started trying to persuade me that what I really want is what she had just done. I am a person who is not used to being treated like an idiot. I will never go back to this place, and I recommend you dont go there either. I actually regret being a decent person at sometimes, because to avoid more cumbersomeness I just paid and left. I wish I had the courage to stand up for myself and declined to pay.

I had a bad perm because of bleach in my hair so I came to Michael Graham salon to see if they could help me. I was looking to get a Brazilian blowout hoping it will help my bad perm. So Allison informed me that she was able to do it. I am so happy with the results My hair looks so healthy. Thanks a lot !!!

My daughter and I went to Michael Graham for a cut and style as we were getting family photos taken that afternoon. The gals that did our hair were wonderful. We thought we would treat ourselves to a little makeup if someone was available. When I say little makeup I meant a small job. We are both very plain Janes and we just wanted a wee bit of color on our face. Guess what Michael Graham wanted to charge us for a wee bit of make-up? $75 each. $150 total!!! I about choked. I thought maybe it was a joke. Needless to say we went to CVS, bought a wee bit of makeup and came home and did it ourselves. Last trip to Michael Graham

While it was a great service and beautiful salon, I was quite disappointed after being told that one additional color that my stylist recommended would be “a small cost”. I went in for a normal balayage, which was 120+, so I expected it to be more, but when I found out my total was $220 I was very confused and frustrated.

Honestly, Franny gave me the BEST haircut I have had in years. I am SO happy knowing I have finally found a salon & stylist I adore. Thank you!
