I came in the other day and originally they weren’t able to take me as a walk in due to them being busy but they accommodated me and got me in ! My first impression was definitely kindness from the staff. The nail shop had good energy all around. I had queenie for a pedicure and had the best experience. This will probably be my new nail shop. Staff here really cares about their clients and it shows! I’m so happy I found this place :)

Hillary is the best. Takes her time and gives you a excellent petti.

My friend and I got acrylic nails with no chip and they did a perfect job. They really took their time on the shape and color and made them perfect.

Nice ladies but services are overpriced. I had to go back 3x for a touch up on my no-chip set within the first week.

Absolutely LOVE this place! Im by no means a regular, and yet each time I go Im greeted like family, and made to feel welcome. Hilary is the only one who has done my pedicure, yet everyone seems to recognize and remember me. Hilary is a joy to visit with, but is extremely talented and caring as well. Cant imagine ever going anywhere else!!

Very friendly staff, first visit pedicure. Tina took her time doing a really nice job with my feet. All staff wearing masks, sanitizing and using plexiglass barriers between clients. Definitely going back.

Completely impressed with staff and owner Mimi is amazing and loved all the girls. We went there by chance as my best friend was leaving for vacation and it was late. They stayed way past close and completely took care of her. They also did my daughter nails that night to. Went back today for myself and my boss and we were totally pampered again they spent time with just and attention to every detail my oldest daughter also got her nails done. The pedicures were so relaxing and my feet are so extremely soft now. I can’t give enough stars. Can’t wait to go back.

This was the first visit to this Salon. I had been disappointed by the declining service at my regular place, and was looking for a fresh start. I search the reviews and Mimi had a 5. Good start. I called and spoke w/them on the phone and they took the time to discuss my questions; mostly around hygiene and safety processes. Passed with flying colors. They fit me in the same day and had the Deluxe pedicure and a dip manicure services. These ladies did an exceptional job. I never felt rushed, but they didnt move at a snails pace either. Prices are competitive, the products are quality, and the customer service exceptional. Except for my nails growing, you couldnt tell its been a week since getting them done. Theyve made a great first impression and I hope theyll be my forever salon.

Mimi’s Nail Salon was That’s near salon I’ve ever been to. She was so nice she always gave me hugs and she even took discounts off because I was a student. All this to all the staff there were kind Mimi is seriously a genuine honest person and she will help you out with your nail needs if you ever need stuff for prom or homecoming she will help you out she has even agreed to give all of our friends discount if they mention our names that’s just how nice of a person Mimi is I seriously recommend me miss him please go there because she is seriously nice

Nice environment! Very friendly staff! But pedicures are a bit over priced. Not sure if that is due to the covid shutdown or not, as I have only used the shop with the previous owner.

My wife and several family members went Sunday for the first time. Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Everyone was so happy with the nail trim...foot treatment and pedicure. They all cant wait to go back again.

I honestly would not recommend going to this place at all... went in for a no chip manicure and at first everything was fine, but then my technician clipped my skin too deep on my finger and it did not stop bleeding for my whole appointment. She didn’t even apologize, she just laughed about it. My nails chipped the night I went home after I took a shower; a no chip should last 10 days without chipping. I’m sure there are much better places out there than this.

First time ever I am so happy with my nails !! This place is amazing ! Mimi took the time to make my nails look perfect, her attention to detail is immaculate. So happy I decided to go back, my first few experiences were just ok. It’s a welcoming environment and I will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. My technician Marry was very kind and professional. I can honestly say I had the best pedicure and no chip fill in at Mimi’s than I have ever had. HUGE selection of colors. I’m a freak about having my toes and nails match-no problem-they had a huge basket of colors to choose from.

So happy that MIMI has taken over this salon. Mimi, Hillary, Tina and Jessica are soooooo sweet and always make my trip to the nail salon a great experience. I came back for a family funeral. I found this place online and brought my sister with me for pedicures and nails to be done. This was hands down the best experience Ive ever had at any nail salon. All the ladies were exceptionally nice! They made sure we liked what they were doing and everything turned out perfect. We both had pedicures and my sister got the no chip polish and I had the SNS nails done. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. Everytime I come back to town I will be getting my nails done at Mimis!

I love this salon and the people who work here. Compared to other salons I’ve been to, the prices are very reasonable. I’ve had Mimi do my nails twice, she is excellent at her work, and makes sure that you walk out of her salon with beautiful nails (I get compliments ALL the time). Queeny (I don’t know if I spelled it right) is also an amazing technician. Everyone is very friendly and as a disabled person, I feel like they go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable. They can make a stiletto nail STUNNING! Just sayin’ :)

Mimi has been doing my nails and eyebrows for a few years now. Theres great attention to detail in her work and and she has a great attitude always makes me feel welcome when I come in. She recently opened her own store in Naperville and I couldnt be happier for her. Even though its a little further from me I will most definitely continue going to her because of the service she provides.

I got no chip and my nail chipped the next day. 4 days later 3 of them I will not be going back.

Bad experience when my older sister and I went. They used the wrong size acrylic for my nails and my real nails were still showing on the sides and 6 of them broke within the first 2 days. Poorly applied. The OWNER cut 4/10 of my sister’s fingers. Tried to make light of the situation by saying “don’t sue me” “she neees an ambulance.” Immediately after cutting her fingers, they SCRUBBED it with rubbing alcohol. More or less they forced a different color choice on her because it wasn’t “a nice red like this other one” which happened to be a completely different shade of red than she wanted. ALSO IT TOOK TWO HOURS for two full set acrylics. They weren’t busy. There was one other woman present, but she was in the pedi station finishing up while we were getting started. Nails by mimi gave us $5 discount but it was still over priced and overall not a good time.

I will not go anywhere else. Clean Salon, Excellent Friendly Service. Mimi is the best!
