Great service, got us in same day! My daughter and I both enjoyed our nails! They did an amazing job with great attention to detail! Even taking on a pinterest pic my daughter found. We have tried many other places and I think we have finally found our place. In regards to some other posts the chairs are in amazing shape...all a nice tan leather to be exact! Yes, we waited a little for our appointment too but I think a little kindness and understanding to the fact the entire world is understaffed goes a long way and they truly just seem to be trying to help those that walk-in as well! They gave us the price up-front and didnt change it on us at all, even tho my daughters nails took over 2 hours for all the design she had! Great place I would recommend going and checking them out!

Don’t except that making a reservation at this salon means anything. I had one good experience at this salon and gave a 5 star review, which I deleted and am replacing with this one. I have to agree with all the negative reviews.. they are confused and over book. Don’t waste your time trying to make an appointment at this salon. If you are 2 min late they will tell you they don’t have time.! We had scheduled for pedicures and a full set and said we would just do the full set.. how do you not have time when we cut our appointment time in half!

Went in to get a colored tip full set and got robbed. I’ve been getting my nails done for about 10 years and I’ve never had to pay $55 for a simple colored tip. On top of that the guy who was doing my nails was complaining that it was too difficult although I did not get designs or anything. I also got a gel color change on my toes and the work was rushed, sloppy, and is already peeling after one day. I was charged another $25 which did not include pedicure (also most expensive price I’ve paid for a simple gel change).I recommend you go elsewhere. The work is not good and it’s highly over priced!Now I understand why this place has low reviews.

I love the service here!! My nails turned out so beautiful. I wish I had gotten the man who did my nails name but he did an amazing job. The shape, design, everything was so beautiful. He was very pleasant as well. I got black acrylic nails and a gold flake accent nail. It turned out gorgeous and the nails weren’t too thick or anything. Definitely coming back

They werent very friendly, the place was outdated, with torn chairs that were all taped up and the door to where some people were sleeping would not close so they were trying to get that hung. The tech was rough, hitting my skin with the Dremel tool, several times and cut my skin with a very sharp file, right next to my nail! Super sore for days! Not sure I would go back

I had made an appointment at 2 and when I get there I felt like everyone was confused it almost seemed like they didn’t want to do my nails. I felt like I was forcing them to do my nails. I liked my toes but my mani came out messy. I only came to this one because it’s close to my house but won’t come here again. I’ll rather drive to my Boise one where they have better service.

This place is fantastic. Been going here since I moved to Nampa. Now I’ve move back to Boise but still will take the drive for my biweekly pedicures. By far the best. They are so well liked, I recommend an appt. they get super busy but still give a full experience. They don’t rush through it. They still give the same service as their slow times.

Great nail saloon! They do acrylic nails, gel polish, fills, and great pedicures! Their saloon is very clean and classy. I always feel pampered when I come in, they are always friendly. The pedicure chairs are brand new and the massage aspect is wonderful.

Made my Mom bleed on 2 of her toes and said to us it was because of her skin. The guy working on her freaked out and ran back to get the owner and the owner finished. She still has to pay for the terrible pedicure. Theres a reason they have such bad reviews

I do not recommend, I came in for a fill so happy and was not satisfied with the shape and told them I did not like them, and was still charged. I was told they would fix the shape but would have to charge me for the color again. Not ok, I do not recommend them.

This place isn’t clean. You can’t understand or communicate with the employees. If you have a concern they argue with you. Unfortunately my nail tech moved and I had no other choice then to venture out and try new nail salons. Horrible customer service. I paid and left. Not returning.

Only one word I could describe is AMAZING 🤩. By far this is the best place i have gone in Nampa. The staff was super nice, funny, good vibes I have an amazing time there. I just wanted to said thank you to Maya who did such a good job on my pedicure i felt so relaxed. Keep up the good work

Ive been to another nail salon and the experience was nothing Id want to go through again. But DD Nails was amazing! They were so nice and were able to do the perfect acrylic nails! Im definitely going to keep going here.

If there’s ever been a place that made me feel unappreciated, it’s here. Used to frequent this salon because it’s close to my house; today I came by and asked to have some gel polished removed, it’s a lower cost service- they told me to come back in 45 min. Upon returning they were “too busy” to get me in. Aside from that the general attitude is not welcoming or friendly. They lost my business forever.

I had to come on here and rate these guys! Me and my 8 month old came in and they were so sweet I got a pedicure and thought it would be cute if my baby got her nails painted too and they did it for free! Filed her nails, clipped them and painted them and were so sweet with her. It really was so adorable 😍 I’ll definitely be coming back for mommy and me pedís 💅

Last Thursday, my mother in law and I went in to get a set of acrylic nails with gel. The lady that did mine didnt ask me what shape I wanted and did her own shape. There is a big gap between my cuticles and my nails. One of my nails popped off last night (4 days later) and the others are already lifting up. I emailed and called them, no reply. She also didnt make any conversation with me at all. I will not return here again

Made an apt. Went in, one person in there getting fa pedi, and 4employees and they claimed they didnot have me on the schedule so I asked well do you have time She says just a second let me check.... what? The place was empty. First and last time there

I do not like getting told I have high expectations when it just comes to simple designs such as stripes or a lemon. I have gotten theses designs at other salons and you guys just simply need to state you are incapable of doing designs before starting nails. Highly dis satisfied!!!! I got them done yesterday and they are already chipping allI’ve done is sleep....

I don’t remember his name but he did amazing on my acrylics! I do remember him saying he is the only male that does acrylics in the salon! He checked every so often to make sure I was satisfied with what he was doing and how my nails were looking! Sooo happy with his work!

By far my favorite nail salon. Great service, great people, even better nails!!! I could actually relax, and have a good conversation. I didn’t feel like they were talking about me, I didn’t feel like I was worried wondering if they’d do as good as the price I was going to pay. They did amazing and I didn’t feel shy to say exactly what I wanted. I got water right away, I didn’t have to wait even without an appointment. Lots of parking, easy to find, I’ll recommend this place to my AIRBNB guests!

I met Tony and he did great on my coffin shape! We talked the whole time and I made a new friend & nail tech 😊 The salon was clean, calm, and everyone was happy. 10/10 recommend

No wait time, nice staff, calm, and they did exactly what I asked during my pedicure. Felt great and theyre very educated in what they do.Tony has children in college for very impressive degrees, I really like these people.

Went back for a fill and Tony did it perfect again!!! Love talking to them, dispute the language barrier. I learned that if I am very specific they can get exactly what I want and put it on my nails. A great salon, great people, always coming back.

Got a fill here today, they got me in quickly, only took 20 minutes, very good location. Language barrier so it was quiet but very relaxing and he still could do exactly what i wanted. Ill be back!

There is one nice girl that I always hope to get. There is one who digs into your cuticle and made my nail bleed a few times Ive got her. I was watching her one time she got another girl and made her cuticle bleed as well. I was appalled it seemed on purpose. Then I had a nervous laughed and the owner was mocking my laugh. And talking to the other techs in their language, very uncomfortable and unfriendly. I tried 5 times although one is sweet out of the girls. The guys there are nice. Its the 2 girls that ruin it for the rest of the workers there. Ill never go again.

My experiences were awesome. If you ever visit make sure to ask for Vince or Mya.They are great, they are best in there. Make sure to ask them so you have a wonderful experience.

I had an appointment, yet Ive been sitting here for 50 minutes waiting for a fill while walk-ins are serviced. I have an important appointment in the morning, which I now will look shabby for, because all other salons close in less than twohours and I have to be somewhere in 30 minutes. I guess it doesnt matter that Im a regular here. I cant communicate with the people who work here, because not one of the 4 people working at this time speaks English.

Went in to have a pedicure and manicure. The lady did a horrendous job. My nails were left with big gaps towards my cuticles. She also painted them to look like the nail polish was caked on. My nails were not even filed smoothly and were uneven. It’s a ridiculously expensive place where they do not do a good job. Don’t waste your money here. I called to reschedule for them to fix them and they never returned my call.

My experience was incredible, pedicure with the girls. Thank you for being so patient and accommodating. Well be back!

There product didnt last 2 days!

I was very high maintenance and they were super patient, did everything I asked, you can tell they’re trying to keep up with the standards of all of the customers. I really like the set they did on me of gel acrylics, my pedicure was amazing, I recommend getting the exclusive ped. Thank you guys so much!!!! I will be back!!!

I went in there with simple requests, and when she didn’t meet what I asked for I told her and then she decided to argue. I asked for thicker acrylic because I’m rough on my nails, I didn’t get thicker acrylic, actually this is the thinnest I’ve ever had. Not including the fact I was there for two and a half hours and she spent one and a half filing.

If there were such a thing as a zero rating I would have chosen so! I went in for a pedicure and my foot was severely scraped by their cheese grater to the extent of causing a deep abrasion cut! The nail tech did not know how to apply the polish which would not dry appropriately after a half hour causing my polish to smear once I put on my sandals.When I called to complain they told me to come in for a re-polish and when I did so traveling all the way from Caldwell to Nampa they wanted me to wait over a half hour to fix their mistake! I will never go back there again!

Everyone on staff looked happy and the salon was very clean. Could have more gel choices but great customer service from Tony.

I get the gel polish my nails are strong but every time Ive gone here my nails break right after I get them done I think there polish is old and not good

I do not recommend AT ALL!!! I asked for coffin nails and they turned out really ugly and bubbly! They even had me pay $5 extra to get them longer! Coffin nails have to be long in order to have a coffin shape! They look so ugly they’re Really thick and curved! It was a really bad experience I regret going. I’ve gone to many other nail shops but never had this bad of an experience.

They were very gentle with my hands and did a massage after, great services and prices.

I had been coming here for awhile and the previous owner kept charging me different prices (more expensive) each time I went in and I was having the same things done! She argued every time (it only went down twice) before I stopped going. I decided to give it another try because they changed owners and I’m sooooo glad I did! Tony is AWESOME and does a great job and the price is always the same (as it should be)!! I know a lot of people had the same issue with the other owner, so if this salon is near you, come back and try it! You won’t be disappointed !!

Usually pretty impressed by the service I receive. However, I just had my nails done and they look absolutely terrible. The male nail tech seemed irritated and rushed through them.

It’s been a month and my beautiful gel pedicure is still good as new. Just grown out, so I will go back tomorrow. They are fantastic.

I read the reviews and decided to go and see. Wrong thing to do! My nails look horrible and my cuticles are sore and some are bleeding. I’m praying they don’t get infected. Never going back.

I got a pedicure and gel manicure. I was a walk in, i got serviced right away. They werent friendly to me. My pedicure hurt my feet, they really dig around your nails... and my gel manicure peeled off after a week... I was SO disappointed. I wont ever go back.

I had recently gone in to this salon for a fill. it is near my house and I have gotten a couple services here with complaints. Well, the main lady was working my already coffin nails almost 2 weeks grown out. I only needed a rather simple cut down and fill. she managed to chip the actual corner tip on my right ring finger and said it was okay because she would build it back with powder. Then she filed way too much and roughly on my actual left thumb nail. I now have half of a nail. its bleeding and she tried to build on with powder 2 times. then completely file it back off. I asked her to just remove all acrylic. She kept insisting she could fix. I paid her 20 and had to leave. my thumb was still in pain and I walked out with unpainted messed up acrylics after almost 2 hours! Worst service ever!!

Awesome pedicure! Chairs were great with different massage settings we sat in for a few minutes before the pedicures. They accommodated myself, my parents and their friend within an hour of closing. The three staff members were very friendly and professional. There was one male on staff and he offered to take a picture of my parents. I recently had knee surgery and have been limping. I walked out of there feeling ready to go back to sports 😁.

This was my first time getting my nails done and my moms second time getting a pedicure and we couldn’t be happier!

When i came the lady who did my nails did not want to do that color. I put one that she preferred. later she was more focused on the show on a tv behind her then my nails. she did not change the nail file and used one already used. she was not professional at all the nails turned out crooked uneven and will not come back again. all for 45$ and still wanted a tip on top of that she saw that one was crooked and don’t do anything about it ! the polish was applied unevenly and filed after being painted and she added a fake nail first and you could see the nail glue and looks bubbly i can’t belive this !

I called in for a pedicure, and when I got there, the salon was packed with people waiting. This salon is unorganized, and the staff is pushy and rude. The technician asked me three times if I wanted gel, even when I said no. She rushed through the buffing and shaping process. I had to leave because my nails were unevenly filed. I will not be back. The quality is missing here, I would advise going elsewhere.

My daughter and her 3 friends went in to get the $27.00 special. After the first two were done the gal charged them each $40.00. They argued with them until another customer helped pay the difference. After this whole ordeal the next two girls sat down for the same $27.00 ensuring beforehand that it was in fact the $27.00 deal. Afterward they too were charged $40.00 each. This place should no longer be in business. I can assure you that I will send my daughter there again to record the entire ordeal.

Worst place Ive ever went to, told them I wanted natural nails, they did them square and when I told them again they just kept going. Nails were uneven and told them Id like a design they told me do it next time I even made an appointment and I was outta there in 35 minutes. Lady came in complaining about how they did her nails while I was there. So they quickly finished mine so they could get to her.WORST NAIL SALON EVER

Terrible customer service!!!!!I would never recommend this place to anyone. I saw the reviews for this nail salon and kept an open mind when I went in. The place was dead especially for a Saturday, they were sitting around watching TV.The shape and color came out awful. When I went to pay the Gell fill displayed $30 however, he ran my card for $35 apparently overcharging me. ( I had no designs nor glitter )I called the salon a few hours later to ask if they were willing to change the color for me because it came out so terrible he began sighing over the phone and came off like he was annoyed but advised me to come back in, no cost.I went back however, the place was still dead. The man was sitting around watching tv, he did not look happy to see me. He was very unhelpful, I was having a difficult time picking out a color because the color I would choose on the sample thing did not match the actual color on my nail.I am not an expert in this line of work and instead of putting an effort to help me find a color I liked they sat there sighing and looked annoyed. When he went up to get another color you can tell he was saying unpleasant things about me in his own language in which the other lady started laughing.These people are rude and unprofessional. Maybe if you strengthen your customer service skills you would not be sitting around watching tv on one of the busiest days (Saturday) with no customers barely making enough money to keep your lights on.Customer service is everything and now it all makes sense why majority of the reviews are low ratings.It’s also horrible how they are not honest about their prices upfront and overcharge you at the end...smh... so hard to find quality work and good customer service these days.

Nail tech sloppily did a gel pedicure and almost completely skipped the massage on my left leg. You can make an appointment, but dont expect them to honor it. I wouldnt spend my money here again.

Very friendly staff. However my cuticles were shredded, bled on multiple fingers. Totally messed up my nail bed, the drill kept burning me. Most of my nails are uneven and 5 of them scuffed on the first day. I’d say it was not worth the $45. I don’t usually go to salons like this but I’m new to the area and haven’t established a good nail tech yet.

I got out in less than an hour and also had a really bad cough so he stopped to get me a water and i just thought that was very nice :)

I had been to this place before, and thought it might be nice to try and give them a second chance. I WAS SO WRONG!My friend and I set an appointment for pedicures, we did the regular pedicure option with gel. The guy that did mine did not let my feet soak (I sat in warm water for less than 5 minutes), did not put lotion on me, did not give the foot or leg massage, did not use the normal tools on my toe nails other than to clip them. When my friend got hers I looked at what her guy was doing and it was no where near what mine was. I also tried to tell them but he could not understand what I was saying. I was so annoyed, when I went to pay I let the lady know I was not paying full price of 40$ because I didnt get half the stuff my friend did and what was on their price list for a 25$ pedicure. They did nothing but argue with me and said the guy did all of those things, the owner Im assuming, asked to feel my legs for lotion and how soft they were. I will not be going back here again, and do NOT reccomend to anyone!!
