It’s a great place to go to. Definitely worth it! Prices are great and there art skills are amazing I come here all the time and they do great every time wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I have been coming here for quite a while now tony has helped me before and he’s really good at what he does. I also went in a couple days ago for the first design and queen did an amazing job and did what I asked for but 2 days later it started to chip off so I decided to come in for a fix. A different employee helped me and he took the whole design off and did it over again with such a rush, it’s a sloppy job and doesn’t even look the same as before. One person can really ruin the experience and it makes me not want to come back.

They are extremely kind and welcoming here at Le’s nails. They got me in quickly and made my nails look beautiful. Definitely recommend coming here. Good prices and amazing nail art. Thank you guys!

Decent clean nail salon. It is busy so best to make an appointment. I have been three times now and have had two pedicures. Le is fantastic. I ended up with another tech, Tina, who did my last pedicure and I would not go back to her. The paint job was awful and I had to come home and fix it. My nails are not cut even and the worst part is she cut me twice with the file. Ive never been cut before. Queen did a good job in my gel manicure. She took her time and paid close attention to detail.

Ive gotten pedicures here like a year ago and service was good. Sadly its gotten worse. The receptionist is very unprofessional, I had an appointment and they cancelled on me 10 minutes before. When I went for my rescheduled appointment, she did not have me on the schedule and claimed she double booked. Another customer was there and had been waiting over an hour. I asked if I would be waiting a while as well and she said Im not going to lie, its probably going to be a long time. So I will now be looking for a new salon

My nails turn out wonderfully! I got EXACTLY what I wanted. My appointment was at 3pm but they were quite busy (I can tell they really try to accommodate everyone and I cant complain there) so I did wait maybe 10 minutes for my nail tech, that being said I was out by 4:30pm after getting a full set! so it went quite fast but I never felt rushed even though there were other customers waiting and I was a bit more complicated. Im rescheduling for my two week appointment! Its worth every penny!

I would not recommend this place. I have tried to give them multiple chances and I’m disappointed every single time. Don’t waste your time because they don’t have a problem wasting yours. I just walked out after sitting for a half an hour without my service that I had an appointment for. Again do not waste your time.You might be wondering why did she go back? I am wondering the same exact thing. I’ve been on a backpacking trip for the last week and I was literally desperate. Never ever ever again.

Reserved a handicap accessible room well in advance. Upon check in no handicap rooms were available. Put me in a room with very uncomfortable beds and the toilet sat so low to the floor I need assistance getting off it. The sheets on the bed were dingy and very worn. I can say....the staff was pleasant and professional. Wont stay here again.

The wait time is insane! I schedule an appointment and still end up waiting at minimum thirty minutes. The quality of the nails depends on the nail tech. Justin and his wife are always very friendly and do amazing art/design. The other techs can do more simple nails. I get asked by 3 different people if I have an appointment and still they select others ahead of me and I end up waiting. This place is extremely busy but if you have time to wait they do a good job.

I absolutely love this place. I was running late for my 9am appointment and called Tony and explained. Tony said its ok to get here when I can and he would be waiting, and he was. I am so happy with my nails. I normally get the usual French manicure but today Tony talked me into doing an ambre and I love it. Tony you are wonderful and I love my nails. I wouldnt go here if they offered me a free service. Tried to go in for a first time visit - I came from a city where there were numerous walk in salons. Apparently, that is not the case here in Nampa - thats on me. I was greeted by a we dont have time today. Not, how are you? Not would you like to schedule an appointment another time? Not how can we help you? Completely unprofessional, uncaring and shows the caliber of service offered. Glad to know that up front. Oh, and the icing on the cake was the sign reading we appreciate tips in cash. Wow.

Please ignore my previous review I was not reviewing the nail salon LOL I thought I was reviewing McDonalds but I guess I wasnt paying attention LOL anywho Les Nails and Spa I review five stars. all of the technicians are very talented and do a great job. plus theres waxing and pedicures with massage chairs its the best spa Ive ever been to. :-)

I went to a salon down the road and they were booked and I wanted a quick color change and they got me in real quick. They even fixed my top coat since I scratched it before I paid.

The nail tech’s here seem to always be in such a rush. And lately I’m passed off onto 2 or 3 different nail tech’s, feels like I’m on an assembly line! The photo of the pedicure design I asked for was completely ignored, my end result was absolutely nothing like what I’d asked for. I’m very disappointed in my nails.

I havent had my nails done in years and wasnt sure what to do or expect. Kahne looked at my reference picture for about one second, said ok and in about 45 minutes I had the perfect replication of my picture. He was amazing and I am so happy. So personable and professional.

UPDATE: three days later and Im still hurting. I have had several pedicures but this one was the absolute worst. The technician didnt know what she was doing. Besides hurting my toes she also burnt me with the hot rocks.DO NOT COME HERE FOR ENGROWN TOENAILS!! I have TRIED here a few times, only certain technicians can do engrown toenails, but you arent guaranteed the same technician each time. I specifically asked for someone that knew what they were doing and the one I got didnt told me to go to a doctor because she cant do it. I didnt need to drive 45 minutes to get my nails done to be told this.

I really used to like this place, but service has really gone down. My last manicure was bumpy, had bubbles, no clean smiles around the cuticles, were not filed evenly and the gel cracked within the week.

I went in to get my nails done. I dont know his name, but he did a wonderful job. I got my nails done for St.Patricks Day and its ombre style.

My friend gets her nails done by Justin and hers were AMAZING ! I have been doing my own nails for years and decided it was time to let the pros do it in a fraction of the time it takes me, so I made an appointment with Justin. My fist experience wasnt as wonderful as I expected, but it wasnt as bad as the place I went to before going to Les Nails. Justin built my nails and for some reason he had to pass me over to another gal to paint them. The polish was very far away from my cuticles and uneven. Within a day they were bubbling and chipping. I didnt ask for them to be fixed because I didnt want to be a bother and well thanks to COVID nobody really saw them but me. I decided to give Justin another shot because I knew he would do a great job if he would just do the whole process himself and went back 2 weeks later. Justin saw the problem and said oh thats not good, I would have fixed them for free. Lets just say that I will not go anywhere else! My nails this time are wonderful! They look great and I am very happy with the design. I showed Justin a picture and my nails look exactly if not better than what I asked for! I honestly cant say that from what I have seen that I would like any of the other folks working on my designs again, but I will be seeing Justin every 2 weeks for sure! Ladies be patient when you have an appointment, they work very hard to make sure everyone is taken care of so they can get behind, but I can say that Justin is well worth the wait!

This place is amazing! It was my first time getting nails done by myself and they didn’t make me feel nervous or uncomfortable at all. Very friendly staff and they do an amazing job! 10/10 recommend!

I set an appointment, was even a little early. Waiting extra 15 min before they even got to me and my daughter. Sat at the pedicure bowl until the water got cold. My appointment was for 2. I walked out at 2:30 when they skipped me and my daughter and the water was cold. I do not like leaving bad reviews, but this was beyond unacceptable. I am a cosmetologist and I know how the business goes. I called at 10 am to set the appointment.

Not a good experience. Don’t expect your appointment time to mean anything. They were overbooked and all of us still waited. I was treated very rudely for changing something when the color I picked didn’t match the sample. Also the dip powder glows in the dark which I wasn’t warned about. And surprise surprise, already chipped. When my dip manicure from another location lasted me a month. Won’t be returning.

I had an appointment here yesterday. Im a professional in the beauty industry. Even though I had an appointment my wait time was 40 minutes.I also saw unsanitized nail carts where there product sits and a pair of nail nippers taken out of a plastic sleeve used on me then put back into the sleeve not washed not sanitized! This is how infection spreads. I dont care how busy you are sanitations are number 1. Wipe down everything between clients and sanitize all tools.

First time coming here and got a pedicure. It was fantastic!

Have made appointments a few times at Les Nails, so this wasnt my first time there. The last time I made an appointment I had to wait 1 and a half hour to be seated. While waiting, they accepted walk-ins which made it feel like my appointment was irrelevant. So this time I decided to walk in within the first hour of opening. When I walked in, I observed at least 6 empty pedicure stations and only one person getting a manicure. I explained I was a walk-in and wanted a mani-pedi. I was told I couldnt be seen and needed to have made an appointment. I walked out completely confused as to why the last time I had an appointment, they didnt turn walk-ins away, while I waited for over an hour, AND the place was packed. I not sure I will be returning as I cannot rely on a consistent experience. Got my nails done somewhere else.

We had to wait almost an hour for our appointment. Then after getting our pedicure done they kicked my husband out of his chair when I wasnt done with mine. They didnt even offer to paint his nails. They only did the hot stone on one of my legs. I didnt get the scrub done either. Then I noticed my painted toe was smeared and they were too busy to fix it. It was not worth it and I wouldnt recommend them.

I walked inside and they asked what service I wanted; I told them a pedicure. They just told me they didnt have time right now. Just found it to be rude and unprofessional.

We just recently went here and received manicures and pedicures. When I received the receipt it seems like it was very expensive. I never did get a full explanation as to where the extra charges came from. I felt like they charged extra for every little thing. Next time we will have to ask about all of the charges ahead of time so we dont feel taken advantage of!

This is my favorite salon from now on; it was my first visit to this salon, and they did an excellent job; my nails look extremely pretty now . The salon was clean, and the staff was courteous and professional.

I made an appointment which nobody wrote down. Had 3/4 different employees ask why I was there then try and pressure me to get a pedicure. After waiting 15-20 minutes I was seated and waited longer and was shuffled around. Basically I felt like a herded cow. My nails are not the shape I asked for nor the same length. It’s quantity not quality, speed is more important than accuracy. Felt unwelcome and am highly disappointed.Edit: After a response that cameras “didnt see me in there”, I am more than willing to provide picture proof as well as my receipt. I definitely don’t appreciate being told my experience didn’t happen. I would also like to add the tech mocked and laughed at me when I explained I am partially deaf calling my very real disability “selective hearing”. Which further proves the disrespect and unprofessional behavior in my original post. DO NOT GO HERE.

Not sure why so many people say its a clean place. My nail station was not wiped after the previous clients, grime everywhere!! While doing my nails we were interrupted numerous times . Had me move over a station so he could start next client then popped back over to put lotion on my hands and arms..not relaxing in any way.Seems they are trying to rush as many clients as possible through the chairs. Not worth the money or the time.

Service was very good, and people are friendly and welcoming.... my only complaint is the music is way too loud. This isnt supposed to be a dance club, but instead should be a relaxing environment.

The absolute worst nail salon. They are scamming there customers HARD. Went in with my sister to get pedicures and manicures and they charged us a $30 fill. We talked to them several times that this was incorrect and would not refund use the $30. All I can say review your ticket at check out!!! I DO NOT recommend this salon unless you want to get scammed.

I got my nails done and 2 days later 2 of my nails broke. I went back and they re did them which I really appreciated but another one fell of and they are all coming off with my real nail and its not supposed be that way. I will never go again.

I went into this Salon today and left very disappointed. I’ve been here multiple times for full sets, yes they always seem very busy but today they were so busy and not staffed to take on the customers. My appointment was at 2:00pm for 3 mani pedi, we didn’t get done till 3 hours later! When it came time to pay the guy helping me had no clue what to charge, I explained to him 4 times. He asked the lady that did our toes and told me the price, I confirmed with him that I was only paying for my friend and I he said yes and slid my card. As I waited for my friend to finish a lady came up to me saying I didn’t pay enough and now owe more. At this point I was annoyed at the fact that I clarified the prices but was charged way more. This place is very unprofessional as they rather take on as many people as they can, seems that money means more to them then their customers experience. I don’t mind relaxing in a salon for a few hours but not for 3 hours in a unprofessional, not relaxing environment. I will not be going back. When it comes to nails I understand it takes a while but today they said yes to whoever, whenever and most of the time I was left half done or in cold water soaking tell someone had time to start back up again.

Jenny did my nails and she did a good job. Each change I asked her to make, she did happily. She repeatedly asked if I liked what she was doing. The only complaint I have is the side walls were filed flat(versus rounding the file as you do them). When I said this to her, she took her drimmel and did the best and could! I am pleased with the results, and do recommend her. 😊

Made an appointment today with Justin called before I arrived for our appointment. Arrived and it wasn’t Justin I saw but a nice woman who did a great job but I got very basic nails from what I’m used to because and I quote “Justin said he couldn’t do, he’s very busy”.. I dealt with it obviously and got like I said basic black and pink nails with a bow instead of what I had wanted and made an appointment for so that there would be enough time to do the dang nails! It’s not the woman’s fault at all like I said she did great and I tipped her for a great job, what I’m mad about is the appointment I made wasn’t honored and my nails had to be design-less! Sad since I’ve always been a promoter of le nails and even have posted past nails on their and my social media’s but idk might be time to find a different nail place -.-

Tony is the best! He’s profession, quick, efficient, and has a great sense of humor. Idaho gained a valuable assets with him moving from Seattle. The rest of the staff is charming and warm! I recommend all the connoisseurs of manis and pedis to visit Le’s Nails & Spa in Nampa!

I have gone in for acrylics and sometimes they don’t get the design right. My friend and I go in together for our nails, she’s had nails pop off after 1-2 days or break in half. We got tired if the poor quality so we went in to get our nails taken off. They did it completely wrong. Didn’t soak our nails or anything. Just used a bail drill enough to take the polish off and then started clipping the nails. Then pushed down on our natural nails to separate from the acrylics. He used a fake nail to PRY our nails off. He over clipped my nails and left me bleeding and our natural nails were burning and still super sore and damaged.

I went with my friend for a mani pedi today. Was very unsatisfied. We scheduled it ahead of time, but yet it took 3 hours. Most of the visit we were waiting in cold water or getting part of a service done then stuck waiting for someone to come back and finish. Most Salons on a Saturday are busy but they don’t keep booking appointments or accepting walkins if they don’t have staff for it. It was clear that they were more motivated to get money then create a professional/inviting environment. Won’t be back. They way over charge with zero customer service and no sort of organization. If they focused more on creating a better environment and took appointments they could handle they would still make good money and be busy. There work is decent, but when rushing and taking out customer service the all over quality went down.
