I called to schedule pedicures for a friend and I and had gotten us scheduled. When we got there I sat in the pedicure chair for 15 minutes waiting for the nail tech (Melody) to get there. When she finally came to the chair she informed me that I was only scheduled for gel nails and not a pedicure. I told her I was supposed to be scheduled for a double pedicure. She informed me I was scheduled wrong so I was not able to get the pedicure I was hoping for. When she was doing my gel nails she burned my toe with the dremmel. I was overall upset because I was looking forward to the pedicure after having my baby.

I got my nails done by Sydney she did amazing! Such attention to detail and really nailed the color!!

Love love love they are like family. Burgandi cuts my hair exactly perfect for me. I have wanted this haircut but did not know it until with her magic and skill I have the best hair that I love! And now I have lovelier eyelashes then I ever had! After chemo took what little lashes I had and going white Katlyn gave me beautiful lashes and made me feel normal again. It is so wonderful to not have to do eyelashes anymore and to wake up looking alive and ready to go! And Teri who owns Z Best is the sweetest most caring and lovely person. Really all of the skilled professionals who do such a wonderful service for all are the nicest and best. Go there and get the magical feeling of being pampered and cared about and made to look and feel great! GO!

I went in just today to get my haircut before my birthday tomorrow. The woman who cut my hair was not personable and not professional. She rushed it and not once asked me if I was happy with everything before waving me off her chair. I got up without saying anything because I was so confused with the experience. My hair is mediocre fortunately and didnt get jacked and thats why Im giving it 2 stars. But, Im not happy and so I will be calling Monday to get it fixed... The day after my birthday. Ive had better experiences at Great Clips. Spent $50 on something Ive just been crying over.Edit: It was Malena who cut my hair and I made my appt under the name Taylor ShinnPretty sad that there was no follow up on this situation. Never going back.

My husband and I got pedicures from Sydney and Leslie. They were both so amazing! We both felt so relaxed afterwards and the polish color is beautiful! We will definitely be back.

I was happy with my experience. Malena had a bad haircut gone long to work with. She definitely gave it shape and got rid of layers that were kind of hacked into my hair. I specifically told her it had to be a wash and go cut, but also something I could play with and that is just what she gave me. So I can go from being an everyday girl to glam with a touch of gel and a scrunch, or a pony tail, curled. She just hit it.I have paid a lot more and gotten a whole lot less. I will definitely book my appointment with Malena again. She just got it. And when it comes to my hair thats all I ask. Make it look like I care!! I do care.

My entire experience from start to finish was awful. I was lied to about the services I was getting and, even when they messed up, they wouldn’t fix it. The lady I had messed up on my perm (left it straight in some areas) and said they would charge me again to fix it. The entire time I was there, the staff was judging their coworkers that weren’t on shift or had just left. I overheard a conversation where I had just watched a lady get a haircut and then the girl who gave the haircut went home. The other staff said “did you see how badly she was messing up her hair?” They were only thinking of how bad it would look on them if they stepped in and fixed her hair, rather than how the customer might feel when she sees her hair. I felt like I was in high school again. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone Very toxic environment and horrible services. My hair is still messed up from the experience

There guest service is amazing! People are super nice and loved the ladies that work there. Thet were verry understandable to your wants and needs. Why I gave it a 3 star was because of the prices and the nail length. For a full set it was 50 dollars but I got free repairs if one were to be broken. If you want short nails thats the place to go but if you want long, this wouldnt be the place I would recommend.

The salon is cute and has fun style choices like antique dressers for the sylists stations. The team always is so friendly with their clients and each other, which I very much appreciate. I moved from Califonia a few months ago and know no one. I made a appointment with Terri to go from black to light with blonde highlights. I LOVED IT!! Great staff, everyone is so nice and very hospitable, I will definitely recommend them to any friends I make. Got my nails done, and absolutely LOVE THEM. These ladies do a great job, and even invited me to stop by just to hang out. Thank you to everyone there.P.S.Women that were unsatisfied with other salons work, were coming here to get it fixed.

Shilo is fantastic! My hair has shine, the cut is very well done! Color is beautiful. She knows the difference in hair type, how to cut, how to color, uses great product, and she is so very sweet and attentive! She used great products! Im an Aveda fan and Shilo uses a product so similar (maybe better!!). The compliments on my hair keep coming! My husband loves it. I can even let it air dry and it looks great! So happy! Thanks Shilo! I watched owner Terry cut hair that day as well and she is a pro!! There were two other stylists working. Every client left with great hair! I love the shine and style Shilo gave my brittle, sad hair! Happy I found Shilo and this Salon!!

The worst. I wanted a gel manicure, she messed up twice so she dremeled them off, another lady told me I was wrong for wanting a gel polish, that acrylic is the only way, gel cant be perfect....I left bleeding. Now two months later, my nail beds are STILL trying to recover. The lady doing my nails was nice, but they have no idea what theyre doing.
