Had an appointment with John. I wanted a full set, stiletto shaped, and an ombré on all my nails(each finger a different color) and he killed it! I usually have a hard time finding someone who can do a good stiletto shape and he did mine absolutely fabulous. He was very gentle with my hands, but still got both done in an hour.Definitely will be coming back :)

Sat here for 58 minutes pass my appointment time while walk ins were being served. I checked in and finally when a girl walked in who wanted a pedi, did not have an appointment, and she was being worked on, I walked out. I will never be back and my advice is not to go here if you value your time. Not professional, not clean, stations were not cleaned between clients. They know how to make a appointment but are clueless on how to keep an appointment.

Terrible experience here! First i asked for white which was number 219 and the lady started putting pink and I corrected her on what color i wanted and she threw a whole fit and got mad. Then she started being aggressive with my pedicure, she even pulled out a chunk of my skin resulting in a bad hang nail. Which i have to got to the doctors for now because my toe is swollen and throbbing. Third they overcharged me, because their regular pedicure price was $35 which my boyfriend got. He didnt get no polish nothing just his feet rubbed and they charged me $45 for it which is how much the charge for a gel pedicure. 10/10 would not recommend!

My mother and I stopped by for a walk- in, we had to wait a bit because it was super busy and we didnt have an appointment - to be expected. It was so nice, even though it was busy we werent rushed. She had a pedi and I had a mani, were in love with both of them! Wonderful service my nail tech Tom is amazing!! He didnt know if he could do the galaxy design but he tried and it turned out great!!

My very first time. Terrible girl did my nails and they were like my nails were aimed at the sky. I paid 45. And 45. For my friend and gave a 10 tip. Walked out then turned and walked back in so they could be fixed. If you go there make sure the guy(John) does them. Not the girl at station 5.

Waited almost 3 hour to get my nails done my appointment was at 12:30 and when I asked they said they had forgot but they could fit me in when they finally did get me in I was told the design i wanted would take to long. So I needed to find somethin different, My daughters also got their nails done and I over heard a client and nail tech talking about what kind of mom would let her daughter get her nails done at such a young age neither of them knowing how old my daughter is. I dont think its professional to talk down on client jus to make small talk with another client. Being over booked or short staffed is not an excuse to be unprofessional.

I had my acrylic nails filled. The gal was quick and she had to replace 2 of my nails, put on buy another person in a different salon. My nails have not chipped or lifted. The gel polish is staying on very nicely. They look as nice as they did the day I had them done. I will be having them done there every 3 weeks with the same person.

Great prices and I always love my nails. They almost never break, but the 2 times they did I got right in to fix it!Sometimes I wait, but I recognize that so it doesn’t bother me.

Went in for a fill, love the shape of the nails and the length, but I came in with a picture I wanted done, super easy, no intricate detail. The lady that did my nails basically said no to my picture and said it was too summery and looked like Easter. She tried to talk me into a purple for Halloween (which if I wanted Halloween nails, I would have said that). I ended up walking out with a pretty color, but definitely not what I went in hoping for. Probably won’t be back.

BB did a great job on my old lady toes. Soaked and scrubbed and cuticles done. Clipped and painted. I made another appointment before I left. Could use liners and new sponges but otherwise very neat and clean.

Horrible experience and the owner tommy is sexist. I called and made an appointment and told them exactly what I wanted done for me and my little sister so they could tell me exactly how much it would cost to make sure i took enough cash. They gave me a price and booked me in. When i got there i told them i had an appointment at x time and they read the services i asked for to confirm i was that appointment and i said yes. Afterwards they charged me way more than the price they gave me when i booked the appointment. I asked why it was more and they said its because they did more services for my little sister. We never asked for those services nor did they ask if we wanted them done. They did services we never asked for and charged us for them. It was my little sisters first time so she didnt know any different. ( it was my birthday gift to her to get her nails done for the first time). I asked why would they do that. The appointment book stated the services i wanted done and they decided to do something different on their own and charge me for it. They said some people change the services they want once they get there all the time. Ok but I never did. Infact they read the services written down to me and i confirmed when i got there. And they still did something else on their own and wanted to charge me for it. WTH!? Then the owner tommy made a comment about me being moody and argumentative because I was pregnant. I couldnt believe it! Will never be back and dont recommend to anyone. Ontop of that the nails didnt even look good. I was so offended by the comment he made about me for being pregnant and for embarrassing me infront of everyone in the salon. It was supposed to be a fun evening for my little sisters birthday :(

Nice, clean and friendly environment. They where running a little late with the appointments but still got us out of there under an hour, did a real good job on my friends feet, it was his first time getting a pedicure, he was very happy with the experience. Well be back to this location.

Worst place ever!!! The lady rushed to do my nails made me bleed. Didnt listen to the length. My daughter started 10 mins before me and I finished about 15 mins before her.... I told them the last hirt me and made me bleed and he said are you complaining like it was ok to hurt me.. never again will i go there

I am sad to leave a one star! I had gone to Julie as a previous salon left my nails constantly popping off. She prided herself that it’s unacceptable. My first set was impeccable- two fills great. Now a new set- 3 days one popped off- she charged me $5 to replace it. 5 days and two more are off. I made an appt to go in get them replaced and she wanted to charge me $12-15 . I remember the conversation about how “unacceptable “ the previous salons were and now I have a $40 new set with two snapped off and it’s been a week to the day . I won’t be back

I went there with my three girls after going to about four other places and the ladies here were so nice and they did a great job. They made my little ones feel so welcomed and I will be going there again! If you have little girls that like to have their nails painted these ladies know how to make them feel comfortable. Rude. Then my gel polish came off the next day while swimming. When I called to see if I could come in to get it fixed they said, no problem! And I let them know I could be there in 10 minutes. After arriving I checked in to let them know I was there. Then I proceeded to wait 25 minutes while they kept talking new clients back. I was upset because I was in a rush to leave out of town (which is why I got my nails done the day prior). They were sloppy and unkind about fixing it. Do NOT recommend.

This place was amazing! It was so calming and relaxing all the staff was nice and even some were really funny, thus really helped make my experience here fun and enjoyable. My nails turned out better than expected and the pedicures couldnt have been any better. 5 stars!

Tried to walk in, and when they told us they didnt have space in the schedule they were a bit snippy, they didnt even offer another time to come back. I get it, youre busy, but at least try to sound empathetic! We went somewhere else rather than try to schedule an appointment. Also, their ventilation was really bad. It smelled badly of chemicals as soon as we walked in.

They did okay, however, I got a different color from what I asked for. I asked for a red that mood changes into black. I got pink that changes to purple. My polish was also more thick towards the bottom of my nails. I was really excited to come here due to the other great reviews, but Im more disappointed than anything.

I came to Fancy nails for my first time today, and I came in with trash nails from a horrible previous salon. The people were funny and sweet. They made my nails look absolutely stunning! They’re perfectly priced and they do an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back!

I went in and got my nails done and the lady didn’t understand what shape I wanted. She then cut me and made me bleed. Not 3 days have passed and 3 nails have chipped already. Very disappointed

This place is dispictable! Had my daughter nails done and she was in tears! Quality was horrible. Nails were lumpy from not smoothing the acrylic, missing acrylic and most importantly, File Cuts every other finger! Spoke to owner who immediately began defending her manicurist when she herself could see the poor quality of work. In addition, the uncleanliness is something that should concern you. Watch them after clients left and was appalled at their lack of disinfecting their equipment.We requested that the nails be removed and our money back. The owner refused and only after I said I was going to report them to the BBB and Health Dept she said come get your money. My advice, go somewhere else!

If I could give no stars, I would. I have going here for a while and appreciated they didnt treat me rudely because I bring along 2 little ones. Ive had trouble in the past finding somewhere that isnt annoyed. Today I went in for a fill and my daughter, who is 5, used the restroom. When she came out, an employee ( I think her name is Julie) went into the bathroom to check it and came over to my daughter and informed her she needs to go in and clean the toilet and flush. Not knowing what she meant needed cleaning, I look at my embararrased little one and ask her to flush and if she needs my help. She says no and the employee walks behind me and to my back says she did this last time she was here. She got soap all over the toilet. Thank god one of my customers told me. Mind you my poor kid heard this as did the rest of the salon. If my nails were not wet I would have walked out right then. My daughter came out after cleaning up, crying.Even though i was very unhappy with how she embarrassed my child i wanted to find out the whole story. I checked the bathroom after my daughter cleaned it up and nothing was out of the order. When we get to the car I asked my daughter what happened. She had trouble reaching the sink and ended up with the water on full blast. With hands full of soap obviously it splashed onto other surfaces, like the toilet. My child tried to clean it up and that was the tissue in the toilet, but thank you for telling the whole place she didnt flush. Not only am I livid at how my child was talked to and embarrassed but that is no way to behave in your place of business. You lost and angered a loyal customer. I have watched many clients walk out on you and be frustrated and now I understand why.

The first time I went there I had to wait almost forty minutes even though I had an appointment. My nails didnt look the best but they werent horrible. The next time I went in my nails looked better. However a few days later the acrylic started turning yellow! It looked disgusting! Apparently this can happen with cheap or expired acrylic powder. Never ever going back!
