ABORT ABORT didn’t have nails on a full 2 weeks and they started breaking left and right I did not do any heavy lifting or anything that could break them literally the nails came off like press ons and I paid $50 for a full set length wasn’t even long enough gel polish toes with no option for what type of pedicure you want $45 NEEEEVVVVERRRR again what a waste of money plus my nails were not smooth when you look at them from a angle dents and slopes when you rub down on each nail go else where !!!!!TRY MASTER NAILS I ALWAYS LEAVE SATISFIED ASK FOR CALL CRYSTAL

One of the worst pedicures I have ever had definitely wont be back. Only went because my regular place was booked up till next week. No lotion or massage such a disappointment no options for different types of pedicures either.

An awesome nail salon! I have been getting my nails serviced for the better part of 10+ years and have frequented many salons all over this great country and overseas....So I have to give kudos where its due....this spot rocks!I have never had two technicians work on my nails simultaneously for the better part of my visit before. The technician working on my pedicure was sooo efficient and quick! He didnt make any painting mistakes, like so many do when trying to get customers in and out.My manicurist was awesome as well. Mr. Suave is what I nicknamed him!!!! Before I knew it I was finished with a satisfied smile. I will definitely revisit. They can have my money and tips any day with the type of service I experienced!!!! Greatness!

My first time going and Tim was great! Staff was welcoming and I also met Tim’s wife and 2 little girls. This will be my new nail salon from now on!

Terrible customer service. Stood there for 10mins and they didn’t even acknowledge me or ask to service us. Very unprofessional.

Perfect Nails is anything BUT Perfect!I made a pedicure appointment for 10:00 ..its 11:30 & Im walking out UNTOUCHED!

Nothing perfect about this place, at least for me. Went in for a pedicure and apparently the only person available was the custodian. When she finally finished wiping the floor as slowing as she could, Didnt ask what I wanted, spent the whole time jabbering with some guy who looked as though he was just Loitering! She was so involved in her conversation she completely missed filing my toe nail! She filed the skin on top of my foot several times despite me telling her she Was hurting me! They dont have to worry about me coming back! Oh, the icing on the cake? She stomped a ROACH while doing my toes! Picked it up and continued jabbering away. Waste of money for me!

Absolutely love this place. They did my nails Perfect and theyve lasted 6 weeks.

Really bad customer service ! You do not wait until you complete a person set and then tell them what the price is ! When a person asks from the beginning you make them aware of all prices not just the basics. Will never attend again .

Tbh would give them 0 stars if possible.

The lady in the 3rd chair is very rude! She over charged me for my fill in and I asked her why she chose that price and she wouldn’t explain where that price came from because I’ve never paid that price and it was my 4th time coming to that particular nail place, never again!

I hate this place because they have terrible customer service and they make you wait ridiculous amount of time and they dont even say anything to you to let you know how much longer they will be .. they take all day when they do do your nails so If youre in a rush dont come here !
