I like the person who did my nails !! It was 34 minutes and fast and he didn’t mess up one bit he was not rough with my nails at all I’ll give this a five stars! .

This is my go to nail spot! Renee and the rest of the staff do an excellent job, they are so friendly and seem like genuine good people. I get long acrylics w gel sometimes w stones and gems on them too and they always turn out beautiful. Totally worth the drive from Wetumpka!

My first visit was very welcoming the staff very nice. Prices reasonable for the services I had done. I felt relaxed and I will be returning.

If I could give one star I would.... walked in and not acknowledged at all. No hello or anything... I waited a good minute and watched them walk around me....Seen clearly by at least 2 workers. I swear customer service is rare. This place is ridiculous

Everyone was nice and friendly. Mike did my nails and I have never had a nail tech do better! He was extremely attentive and catered to everything I asked of him. I strongly recommend Mike!!

I had a great experience here. I used to go to the nail salon by Walmart on east south blvd since Ive been living here I went three times there but soon my regular technician moved shops and relocated here at Elegant nails. This is how I found elegant nails. I just had to find the lady she does a wonderful job . When I walked in I was greeted by one of the techs but I was only looking for the woman sad to say I do not even know her name well she was busy and I allowed the other tech to at least take off my polish and nails. Well he seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced with his job through your communication so I allowed him to earn my trust and he did a wonderful job as well as who turned out to be his wife who drew me to the shop in the first place. I will continue to return to Elegant nails. Money well spent.

Absolutely horrible! I went in there to get a fill-in with gel polish the day after I left the gel polish was it leaking out of my nails because they were not finished drying. My nails were not even what so ever! I called back to get them fixed and they made me pay for them to be fixed, and still un-even after I had asked her again to file them correctly!

The Staff is kind, professional, and they are great nail technicians. The atmosphere is relaxing. It was pouring down raining and Tiffany escorted me to my car with with her umbrella. Definitely, she went out of her way.

The owner Renee is a trip she gave me a filling on Sunday turned around had to go back on Wednesday to get repaired got changed for that when it’s clear they at fault because the nail slide off the nail bed then had to go back on Thursday to get another one repaired got charged for that one I will never go there again you try and give people chances to make it right some people just don’t get

Comfortable new chairs; beautiful decor; friendly staff; manicure/pedicure perfection!

Stopped here for a basic manicure since my regular salon was unable to see me. There was only one other customer who was in the midst of a pedicure and two nail techs. The tech, who was busy on his iPad, sat me down and continued utilizing his iPad. He didnt soak my cuticles, just showed me to a chair. The second nail tech attended me after he was finish with the current clients pedicure.I brought my own polish, but they do offer a nice selection of colors and brands. However, they use very cheap and generic base and top coats which did nothing for my OPI polish. I was chipping by the time I made it to my car. Furthmore, the cost was $14.00 for probably the worst manicure Ive had in years. Extremely overpriced, especially since the salon was using cheap products.I probably would have gave it 1 star, but the tech who did my manicure was very polite. I would not recommend this place, especially if youre accustomed to quality service and products. I definitely will not be back.
