Wont return, no customer service skills did not do a good on my pedicure......

I went there to get a pedicure and full set..... My acrylic nails were crooked and too thick. The pedicure was half done and extremely rushed. I told Emily about it and she started laughing and speaking to her family in another language. She said that my finger were crooked and thick nails last longer. Umm..well...how about NO.I had already paid, so I asked for some money back because I was completely dissatisfied. Emily told me that I wasnt going to get anything back and I didnt have to go in her shop again. I told her that I would call the police because that is not what I paid for. She gave me a $10 gift certificate & I explained that it wouldnt suffice; because I never wanted to go back to her...I just wanted my nails fixed that day or a portion of my money back. Emily came around the counter and got in my face telling me that I wasnt getting a damn thing back. I had to leave that shop before my temper got the best of me. Please dont go there...shes cocky about her customers and thinks that even with horrible customer service her business will still do well.

The person that did my Pedicure was rude. She tried to tell me I needed a $35 dollar Pedicure versus I wanted a $25. Isnt the CUSTOMER ALWAYS RIGHT WHEN THEY KNOW WHAT THEY WANT!

Horrible the place is disgusting and the owner is rude. One of her techs that couldn’t speak English and the reason I’m saying he couldn’t speak English is because I told him multiple times he was being too rough and stabbing my feet he would literally smile and laugh I could tell he couldn’t understand me so I told her and we got into a huge situation I ended up getting put out of the salon because she was being so rude and I gave her the same energy my pedicure was awful my feet looked the exact same as they looked when I came. I asked her to fix it and she said he would have to do it I was livid ! Never again ! Jameria is the best nail tech in the shop ! Besides her the shop is awful. I would reach out to her for at home appointments

Ive had so many issues here iys ridiculous. Wish we had more black owned nail shops, but, dont waste your time. Wait is very long and work is sloppy or neat depending on how the worker feels that day .

The nail Tech Angel couldnt stay off the phone first off! Then after 2 days the polish (gel) started chipping! So I go back to the nail salon to show Emily and she wouldnt get off the phone to even see what I needed! Then the nail Tech tells me just go see at chair 4 and someone will fix it! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WISH I COULD POST A PICTURE OF MY NAILS!

Do yourself a favor and do not spend money in this establishment. The owner will tell you kne price and then swipe your card for another. The owner is such a bad person I have witnessed her trying to fight a customer because the customer saw that she swiped to much on her card. They will mess up your nails and then charge you to fix it. I will never return here again.

Customer service was terrible. I got there at 9am to get a full set and a pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure had no idea what he was doing. 95% of the staff was young and inexperienced and it showed. After two hours they still had not started on my full set. After I got up to leave Emily asked if I needed something as if I didnt tell her when I walked in the door at 9. Finally the guy started on my nails. He acted as if that wad the first time he had done nails so Emily came over and to help. I will never go there again. I had to go to another shop for them to undo the mess they made.Final thought, the place was not clean either. I noticed that the floor was dirty when I first walked in as if it was not swept from the day before. My suggestion would be to save your time and money and go anywhere but there!

My nails were horrible she put on nails crooked. The acrylic was lumpy and Not smooth polish job was horrible. She rushed the entire time.

Just ridiculous! She started on my nails then they all started speaking in their language. She walked away approximately 3 times. The last time she just stayed away and didnt send anyone to finish my nails. I wasnt for sure if something was wrong or not. My life could have been in danger for all I knew. So I left. Regret i paid for my toes!😔

I went for a polish change. The quality was poor, something I couldve done better at home. There were polish stains left all around my nails. When I went to sit under the dryer I messed up a nail due to having to take my things to the chair with me and instead of correctly fixing it he went over it with one coat of polish all the while my nail still looked obviously ruined. And after that I was charged extra for polishing my hands. I assume filing my nails was the cause but there wasnt anything extra for filing my toe nails. So in total I paid 18 when I rightfully feel like 15 without tip would have sufficed. I wouldnt go back nor recommend this place. Although my friends full set with gel was decent hence why it got the second star.The above was 2 years ago in 2017.I wish I would have looked them up before deciding to go there after my mom suggested the place. Their service is terrible. I brought my own polish and the guy completely ruined it trying to mix it with their polidh whi h is filled when added chemicals. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. He tried to make up for the lac of service by giving me a hand massage that i didnt ask for which was was disgusting and dulled my nails. A waste of $30.Nail tip, if you pull up and theres no one there in the afternoon. LEAVE! Its likely to be a waste of time and earned money.
