They are very rude! I only went because it was a Sunday and was in dire need of a pedi! I don’t mind waiting, ever, however when I walked into the shop, I was not greeted at all. I asked how long the wait was for a pedi, all of the workers looked at me, but no one responded. I would not recommend. On Sundays it is better to head over to Elegant Nails! They are polite and professional.

My 1st time back 2 nail city 1. I had a good experience, (by the way my lashes are the bomb 💣 Lol). Im glad they have a team of nail techs instead of 3 or 4 nail techs servicing their clients.

I love my nail tech at this shop. She always does an amazing job on my nails and toes. She takes her time and never rushes my appointments. Love love her. Took me forever to find someone who really knows what they are doing. Service use to be important at nail shops, now almost every nail shop in Montgomery does a poor job, rushes u out the door, overcharges u and has the audacity to get mad when u point out what a bad job they did🥴. Please get it together, we dont have to use ur services.

I have been coming to City Nails 1 for a long time. In fact, I followed my nail tech to Nails City 1 from another nail salon. Because of my schedule, Sundays are the best day for me to get my nails done. My nail tech told me I could call the same day and get an appointment with her. As I said, Ive been doing this for months. Today, I called and was told they didnt take appointments on Sundays. I said Id been doing it for months and was told they had never done it. Curious, I drove to the salon and spoke to my tech. She said she was booked for the day. I told her that I had just been told that they didnt make appts.on Sundays. I thanked her and started to leave. I do NOT like being lied to! She grabbed my hand and said shed just had a cancellation. Really? A cancellation of an appt. that didnt exist because I was told they didnt take appts. on Sundays? Left and went to another salon. Wont be back! DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

Got French Nails And The Sizes Are All Different One Finger Was Jacked Up From The Beginning Their Manicures Dont Last Long Paid Way To Much Not To Get My Nails Done Perfectly I Just Know The Way They Should Look And Thats Not What The Outcome Was.....

Angela Angela Angela . I went again on Sunday (yesterday) and I must say I thought I loved her doing my nails & my toes but now I love her doing my brows and lashes too ! She’s definitely got me feeling like a whole new woman lol .

I didn’t like my nails at all I asked for something totally different!! Then she kept telling me to ask my “mom” and my “mom” told her several times to do them however I wanted them❗️ Then she kept telling me “nail too long nails too long“ and they aren’t even the length I wanted she did them wayyyy shorter and she didn’t do a good job with the painting either and she charged me 45$ for something I didn’t ask for and for something I could’ve went to another shop and got 🤬 never again!

Naiks werent done the way i asked. The colors did not match and they were lumpy after he finished. I was very upset about this mess!!!! These nails look like Ive had them for weeks instead of minutes!! The lady did great on my pedicure but that guy MESSED up my 💅!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

This salon is a little rough around the edges. We walked in for pedicures and werent offered any services from which to choose nor a beverage. However, we were given top-notch pedicures with excellent service including thorough exfoliating, complete hangnail control and foot and leg massage. So the important stuff was done for a fair price.
