Just left here. Best mani/pedi experience the lady that did majority of my service was very polite but everyone was nice I like my nails would recommended and come again I’m not sure but I think I overheard my nail tech say her name was lola lolo lulu w when she answered the phone but they are the best plus I always have a lot of skin/cuticles and she took her time with them most other places just leave me with bleeding cuticles and sore fingers and toes .. thank you 🥰

My nails turned out pretty and I spent $100 here. I paid $45 for a feet soak and the lady did not allow me to soak my feet although I asked her nicely can I soak my feet. Time she cut the water on she started on my feet and I was so mad. What a waste of $45. The lady who did my eyebrows didn’t wear a mask and refused to put one on and she was talking and breathing on me the whole freaking time. I really hope she doesn’t have COVID. The younger lady was really nice though. Two people in the shop didn’t have on mask, but they required us to wear one which is stupid.

I wouldnt recommend this location when I got to the salon I was told that there wasnt anybody that knew how to do acrylic nails and they only had people that could do pedicures. Very frustrating since I had taken an Uber to the salon but I went over to Tommys nails and they did a great job much better customer service too

They usually do good work and are dependable but today they made me an appointment and the shop was closed.

Showed a picture of the color an shape I wanted they did total opposite then overcharged meThis my 2nd time giving them a try don’t think I will be back1st time I walked in soon as they opened asked for a full set, someone they knew called an they told them come on in and told me to leave2nd time instead of telling me they really don’t know how to do ombré she did this thick colored powder an I hate itEspecially the shape of my nails I hate square shaped nails (coffin totally different from square)

I have been using Kim for many years now, even followed her to many different shops. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done! I don’t even have to tell her what color, most times she picks it out for me. Kevin has always done my daughters nails and he is just as good as Kim! LuLu does our pedicures and it’s the best I’ve ever had! If you are not using this shop, you are definitely missing out!!!!

Great prices and friendly employees. My shellac nail polish only lasted a week before peeling which was disappointing but it was a new brand of polish that I chose. Very clean! I will definitely be back.

Worst experience EVER! Typical walk in for mani/pedi - no design - just acrylic on both big toes and gel polish on my hands. Well...distracted by other things, I noticed the pedi was extremely quick. I look down - my toe nails were uneven and he never cleaned under the nail bed. My big toe was bleeding from where he pushed back the cuticle and I have no clue what the hell fake nail he used on one of my big toe. After asking him to see his file, I did my own toes! He continued to proceed by throwing polish on - its just was terrible! Another nail tech came over to assist and just added polish - so now I have a distorted nail w/ thick polish! I cancelled the nails and left and went to another shop! I wouldnt recommend a pedicure from this shop to NOBODY!

This shop is outdated and too expensive. They only know how to do old school nails. I wanted acrylic color and they couldnt do it. They also didnt have the supplies to do gel nails. I was really disappointed 😔.

Over priced for the suboptimal work I received. I had the ombré powder nails done if that’s what you want to call it. When they asked how I liked it, I was honest with them and said I wasn’t happy. They replied and told me that if I wanted to start over at this point it would have been double the price. I was appalled by the customer service. If you aren’t going to ATLEAST do a decent job to please the customer don’t ask for the customers’ opinion. I will not be going back.
