Very much so goin down I had to go back twice because my nails kept popping off I used to love it there but Paul is the only 1 I will let do my nails there

They had great customer service, MY NAILS ARE POPPING, cant wait to show them off. And they have a diverse staff which adds to the quality of the shop. Most nail salons in Montgomery are not on top of the latest nail trends but they are. Jelly nails, rhinestones, clear acrylic, colored acrylic THEY GOT IT ! will be coming back.

Being from Los Angeles California, I was worried about finding a nail shop that will suit my needs. This place was great at many different colors,designs,Styles of nail Etc.The wait took a while however it was on a Saturday so that was expected.All them all I had a great first experience. I will definitely be going back.

They did an awesome job. If you want to get your nails done, go see Paul.

Its the long wait but they do nails real good Paul wife do my nails she do good nails also.

They open at 9am but apparently you can go in as early as 8:30am. There was already a group waiting inside before the “open” sign was switched to on.They don’t greet you, and you have to sign in on a raggedy notebook. They don’t read from the list of sign-ins to tell who’s next so you have to pay attention and remember who you signed in after or they will skip you.THERE IS ONLY TWO NAIL TECHNICIANS! Yup, just two. So be prepared to wait THREE+ hours for a seat.This salon is in a run down area, so don’t expect the customers to have manners.

I explained what I wanted done and got something completely different; then the technician had an attitude because I told him that wasnt what I wanted. Need a little training on understanding english and professionalism.

I got my eyebrows waxed today and it came out horrible .. applied to much pressure on my face and out of all my eyebrows came out uneven it’s like he didn’t even try and just shaved the access hair off 🤦🏻‍♀️ Wish I had a better experience

Horrible....wait is long only one person to do your pedicure though they gave 3 working chairs...i had to tell the man to cut my nails down and clean my cuticles as he was already applying lotion to my legs..and he didnt even scrub or massage feet they got 1 star cuz polished my feet no other reason...thats crazy its apart of a pedicure asked the other lady in shop to do it and still job was horrible..my first & last experience...the worse part is I really wanted to get a manicure done but now I have to go pay another shop based off them not doing even a pedicure right... go somewhere eles.a waste of time & money..oh they are not located on S. Court street a whole different location.
