The tech was not good. He needs to be taught. I was teaching him and he still messed up. I showed him a picture of prefect nails and he silk did a horrible job.
A waste of time and money. Chairs are old. Went to get pedicure. Still have to go home and scrub feet. Need training on customer service: talking in another language after the customer makes a request is rude. It is an insult to assume that you can just say anything and assume that customers cant understand. I have been a customer since December 2016. I will definitely retrieve my nail services elsewhere.
The staff needs better training. I usually come here when Im too lazy to do my own nails, or when I really want to be pampered. Well I dont know what happend but my recent visit has caused me to find another salon. A guy did my nails and he was rushing. His rushed job ended up with the acrylic being applied unevenly, gel polish hardened onto some of my cuticle, some acrylic not being applied close enough to the cuticle which looked like I needed a fill in 3 days later, and the icing on the cake he drew blood on one of my fingers. Then he had the nerve to point to the tip area on the payment receipt. Never again!

This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. They were rude & lied to customers & said they were closed at like 3:30 when in reality on the door it said they were open til 7 . The technician slapped my hand down on multiple occasions. She also got up & took several smoke breaks ! I will NEVER go to this salon again. So rude & just nasty.
