Please check all your merchandise from Kay, my husband ring is not real gold nor do I have diamonds, yes chips not diamonds. For our 14 anniversary we are so furious for the price we paid! Will never buy from them again nor my daughter who will be getting married soon!!
This Kay Jewelers is THE BEST. The people here are so helpful and friendly. Duston is such a personable guy, super friendly, and very helpful. He helped my fiance and I pick out a wedding band to match my engagement ring. He really went the extra mile when we found out there wasnt a matching band to order. He searched and made calls to find a band with similar settings and similar carat size to the accent diamonds on my engagement ring. He really wowed us with his customer service. (This was after the Prattville Kay kept trying to make us buy any old band and just return it if we didnt like it.) I had to get a cleaning and inspection today, and he was there again - still friendly and remembered me from before. Just a great experience as a customer. Another woman in the store fit in someone who didnt know they needed an appointment, just so she didnt have to leave and come back another day! Awesome! I live in Prattville, but I will pass that store to come to EastChase for their great customer service, and I will recommend that my friends do the same.

Long wait cause extremely under staffed. I waited 30 minutes for a transaction that took 3 minutes. There wait system is to recognize who came in next. I got skipped over by at least two people.

The ladies, Ms Theresa & Ms. SIerra at this location are great. My husband and I enjoyed our encounter with Ms. Theresa. The inventory was lacking, but my husband & I found a beautiful diamond wedding set we were truly pleased with, thanks to Ms. Theresa. And the ladies were practicing social distancing & Ms. Sierra was constantly cleaning the counter tops and supplying customers with hand sanitizer.
I like the atmosphere at this Kay’s. Sandra is the person to see; she will take care of you and make sure you get the best deal. She is a class act and knows what she is doing. Tell her that I sent you.
They had exactly what I wanted. I bought it and clean my other jewelry. I was in there maybe 4 mins tops!

If you are US military moving overseas BEWARE!. When I purchased a pair of $1200 earring I was told that the extended warranty plan would cover the backs of my earring. Well, not if you live in Germany. The whole time I was shopping I spoke about my orders because I was excited about my new adventure abroad. At no point in time did the lady assisting me tell me that I could not get backs for my earrings in Germany. This lady made it seem like it was a simple phone call to the extended warranty company. THAT IS INCORRECT. Apparently people will do anything to get money from you in this city and state. WOW!
Convenient location compared to mall stores. Friendly service and very helpful with any questions. The store is fairly new and very nice inside. They got my jewelry cleaned and inspected very quickly and got me on my way. I will use this store from now on!

My ring broke at 5:20 and arrived at 5:45, 15 mins before they closed, and they happily greeted us and got the paperwork ready to send my ring off to be fixed. It is under warranty so it will be fixed at no cost. The gentleman explained everything and let me know when it will be back. Happy with the service. If for some reason I have problems I will update, but so far a happy customer.

I wen in today to have a couple of MK watches links removed from them. They informed me that they didnt do those watches. On the contrary, the manager who was wearing a yellow dress today changed out FOUR of my MK watches in 2018.Will never come back!

Extremely rude staff, not helpful in any way and one woman in particular feels the need to talk down to you when asking a simple question about ring inspection...first and last visit at this location (Eastchase) I will stick with the great staff at the Prattville location from now on even though the drive is longer for me...it’s more than worth it to deal with nice and helpful people!
Eric and Dustin are THE BEST!!! I came in at the last minute and my ring needed to get sent away for sizing. I was promised a date even though it was short notice and MY RING WAS BACK ON THAT DATE 😍😍🤗🤗. I like this location wayyyyyyyy better than eastdale mall. #notshade
Horrible customer service at this location. I would definitely recommend going to the other location in Eastdale Mall. One of the female sales associates did not want to assist me AT ALL and acted as though I was inconveniencing her day you asking a question. She insulted by ring and was attempting to be a smart when responding to my questions. Needless to say I won’t be returning .
Went in over two weeks ago to get my ring resized. They said it would be back before or on the 23rd. So I called today to check in since its the 23rd and havent heard anything. The female who answered was beyond rude. She snapped on me for not correctly pronouncing my own last name and said that it made it harder for her to find my order. I spelled it-.-* Then she said As I told you BEFORE we havent gotten any packages in, so itll be here when it gets here and well call you.Okay, yep. Wont be back here and honestly wished wed never bought our rings from them.
I have used this location for a few years now and honestly just disappointed the store manager is most definitely the problem she is rude and disrespectful I run and operate my own business so I know what it takes to keep the customers happy this woman just doesnt have that ability
Went to Kay Jewelers not to long ago to get my necklace repaired. Walked in and saw one Female Rep working with a customer and another at the register. Me and my husband walked up, said hello and advised I needed my necklace repaired. The Female Rep at the register never once acknowledged our existence. She continued to type and seemingly irritated she states that she is working with a customer and will be with me next. So me and hubby decided to walk around and browse. We talked amongst ourselves and were like boy the customer service just isnt in today. Few minutes later another couple walks in and the Female Rep(sadly didnt get her name) welcomes the couple to Kay Jewelers and lets them know shell be with them shortly. Me and my hubby look at each other dumbfounded like where was this attitude when we came. After about 2 mins we just decided to leave cause at this point we could see we were not welcomed.

So I go in there with my fiancé just to get a maid of honor necklace. Well my fiancé walks around and meanwhile he’s looking around the girl asks me what my dress looks like and what I’m looking to get for myself. I told her and my fiancé comes back around and is right beside me. She makes eye contact with me and says well did you say your dress had rhinestones and pearls on it? While my fiancé is right beside me. Then laughs it off. Do not waste your time.

Very unfortunate that the young lady employee at work on the evening of Dec 29 was rude to my mother. Mother is older and does not deserve to be treated that way. She asked to return a necklace she bought twice on her kay card and the woman was actually rolling her eyes and and being childish.The manager in the one is east dale mall and teresa are so much more patient with my mom. I wont be going back to the one in Eastchase, and I definitely wont let my mother go back to be mistreated.
