The owners of Jewelry Designs Unlimited are awesome. They care about their customers, listen to their customers, and work great with them. The owners try their best to make their customers happy. They also care about ur jewelry whether u bought it from them or not. They do not over charge u to fix ur merchandise, and they tell you when they will have it back to u in a certain time and they do just that. I will tell anyone and everyone to go there. If u dont see what u want they can order or try to find what u looking for. A Great company and very noble people that is not trying to beat u out of money. Thats what I been looking for, a company like this for a very long time. So happy I finally found them.

The owners are very rude. Asked them about soldering 2 rings together. They gave me a price of $50. Asked if it could be done while I waited. Yes but it would cost an additional $70 rush fee and then went off about how they didnt steal people diamonds and if I didnt trust them then they didnt need my business. I had just gotten my rings and didnt want to leave them with anyone for a week or more. I also had never heard of their business even though I have lived in the area for 60 years. I never accused them of swapping diamonds there was no reason to get snippy with me and also no reason for a rush fee that was more than than the service I was requesting. Sounded sketchy to me that they got defensive just because I didnt want to leave my rings with them. Will take my business somewhere else.

10/10 service!! Was way overcharged at other places but this place gave me a great deal to fix my chain!!Any other jewelry issues I have I’m definitely coming back.

This is the best jeweler in Montgomery. He does all my repairs in a timely manner and he also beats all prices compared to all the other jewelers in the city.

I was proposing to my Fiance (now wife) and knew going into it that she had a very specific ring type in mind that was very custom (from the setting to some of diamonds) and in an Art Deco style that wasnt common at the time. I went into Jewelry Designs Unlimited and asked them if they could recreate or recommend me any other options. They took the picture of the ring and told me they would call me the next day and let me know what my options were. I was expecting to have to have a conversation with my wife about possibly finding another ring (I tried to get a second option at first and she WAS NOT having it). I get the call from Jeff and Jeanette the next day and they told me they could have it recreated 100%, no problem. Not to mention they could save me a lot of money in the process! In 3 weeks that ring was in and I was floored. Hands down the finest craftsmanship Ive ever seen and an absolutely gorgeous ring to boot! Thank you for everything that you guys did Jeff and Jeanette!

With all the bad things in the news with jewelry stores, its comforting to know I can trust the Southerlands with my jewelry. Its The best jewelry repair shop around. The owners are nice and try very hard to get jewelry repaired as quick as possible. Its always a blessing to chat with them.

I will never go back to this store! They not only bought gold from me and didnt pay me the same day, they waited over three weeks and lied to my husband and said that they gave me money when they did not! They also sized a ring for me and it looks like a hammer was taken to it all the way around. My husband has known him for years and we have both had ENOUGH of the run around he gives his clients.
