One star is the least amount you can give, If I could give negative stars I would!!! I recently relocated here from out of State, I am bilingual, working for over 30 years with French Canadian citizens so I mistakenly spoke French when I entered into the establishment it was very apparent that the clerk was taken aback (when she made a negative comment) but then I begin to speak English, she was still very rude short and disrespectful! her unprofessional demeanor was unacceptable, I refused to patronize the establishment, I left and went to another jeweler(where I received Excellent service)never ever ever to return to Cronier’s again!!!

I wont go anywhere else!! My fiance purchased my engagement ring here, and while they have many beautiful new rings and designs, we chose an estate piece. Its perfect for my style and they had an amazing selection of unique rings to choose from! We are now working with them to find a wedding band for him and will be designing a wedding band for me to match my very unique engagement ring. They are such a wonderful, loving, and caring family-owned business and their quality and customer service is the best!!

They are grade A fine jewelry at a good honest price. The salesmen are very helpful they will always have my business.

I needed an insurance appraisal on a bracelet a few years ago that was a gift and I didnt have any idea of the value. I took it to one jeweler who had a lot of trouble determining if the stones were natural or lab created, which didnt matter to me. I took it to Croniers and they got me the appraisal quickly and they did a great job. The selection of jewelry in the store is fantastic. They have very fine quality items and the service was very good.
