Excellent service and quality. I had ordered a signet ring for my daughter from another store and they totally messed up. They had 2 months to complete the order and told me a week before my daughters birthday the ring would be another 2 weeks. So, I went to Wares Jewelers in Eastchase and Cheri found me what I wanted and it was ready in 2 days. Totally professional, thank you Cheri and Wares Jewelers for coming through.

The staff at all of the Ware Jewelers locations make customer service their first priority. They take the time to get to know each customer personally which always has them coming back. They carry all of the great designers such as Rolex, David Yurman, John Hardy, Tag Heuer and more! I am blown away by how knowledgeable their staff is about diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals because they mostly all have extensive training and jewelry related degrees. I highly recommend any of their stores!

I have exclusively shopped at the Eastchase Ware for all of my jewelry needs for the past 7 years. Their staff is very knowledgable and are always willing to take the time in order to assist me in finding the perfect gift. In fact, it is this personable approach that keeps me coming back. A typical chain jewelry store, they are not. The family owned atmosphere is proudly displayed as they are more concerned with what jewelry best fits my needs rather than what jewelry they want to sale. I guess that is really what makes Ware the place I want to shop...I am dealing with an individual who wants to assist me in my jewelry purchase as opposed to a sales person.

Allison and Cheri have helped me refurbish family pieces, design custom pieces and choose new items over the years. I would never trust anyone else to help make such special purchases and important decisions. Love them!

Ware Jewelers offers the finest quality jewelry and gift items with exceptional customer service. I also recommend visiting them for any repair of custom needs that you might have. They are a top notch full service jeweler.

Ware Jewelers is one of the few places locally you can take a Rolex for factory approved service. I believe they send the watches to their Auburn location and they are serviced there. They are also a Rolex retailer so you can buy the brand there. I have taken two rings to be sized but unfortunately they charge for sizing based on how many stones are in the ring and it gets really expensive for just a tiny adjustment. That said, I believe them to be a reliable and trustworthy jeweler.

I bought my wifes engagement ring at this location and every return experience is exactly the same, perfect. Their staff is always friendly and helpful. If they dont have what Im looking for on hand, they make sure to order it from another location.

My favorite local jewelry store. Everytime Im in the store, I feel very welcome. Plus the service is good too. I bent my ring and I was so nervous that I would have to pay a lot to get it fixed. But I took it to them and it was barely 2 minutes before I had my ring back in excellent condition for free. It wasnt perfect, but it gave me peace of mind. He did warn me there would be a chance of it breaking, but luckily it didnt. And it wasnt even a ring from the store. I was so pleased.

While sharing time between my two sons and their activities this weekend, I made it a point to visit the store. My son will receive a Rolex watch for his upcoming college graduation. While he is very opinionated about the watch that he would like, I wanted to make sure that it wouldn’t be too big. Upon arriving, DeeDee greeted me with warmth and a friendly smile. She gladly showed me a Rolex to help me understand the sizing. My son met me a few minutes later. He was very pleased to be able to try on a few watches and discuss the differences with DeeDee. He also told us that he didn’t think that he could try them on because earlier in the day, Thelma refused to show him and his dad any. I was very surprised to learn this since I had just encountered a great salesperson who was so helpful.I didn’t even know that they had gone shopping! They were doing research too.DeeDee has me considering a Rolex for myself (though I do love my Breitling!) and I will definitely want to work with her again.Upon leaving, my son told me that Thelma wouldn’t even discuss the Deep Sea with them. She simply replied, ‘There’s a waiting list for those.’ He was very glad that he returned this evening and I’m so glad that he met me at the store and had a great experience instead of dismissing them all together. I hope to return soon and be able to purchase his watch (or maybe mine!!) and it will definitely be with DeeDee!
