This is the worst jewelry store Iโve ever come across. I bought a necklace that I wanted to be shorter. It was immediately sent off to repair to be shortened for me. I was never able to bring the necklace home. Itโs been a month. Every time repair sends it back to the store it doesnโt pass the quality inspection and is sent back. I was actually in the store for one of the instances and saw for myself that the necklace was uneven and has some discoloration. However, there is obviously a lack of skill in their repair department because they canโt seem to get this simple adjustment done. So, basically I have purchased a necklace that Zales themselves have ruined and I will never bring home. I called Corporate and they NEVER answer the phone. Youโll be listening to music and fun facts about Opals for hours. Iโll be returning to the store to simply get a refund. Worst experience ever. I should have went to Jareds.
Came to Zales today to get the Valentines Day special and they were sold out! I was crushed! I sat and thought for a moment and I asked Gina one of the salespeople was it possible to buy one on order and she was able to make sure that I got my order and it was sent to the right place! The customer service from everyone was outstanding!
NGina is the best! Always gives great advice. Made all my purchases easy and stress free!!

Horrible. When sizing my engagement ring, they messed up the writing that was on the underside of the band, and a diamond chip was missing.When I called, the manager refused to replace the ring. They were nasty and horrible on the phone; Iโve never gone through such a thing. They ruined my ring and refused angrily to fix it.I had to bring my DAD down there with me in person to demand a new ring. They were intimidated into doing it.As soon as I got my new ring, one of the 3 main diamonds fell out.I will never go to Zaleโs ever again, not even if I were on fire and they had water. What a joke. Nasty people; horrible merchandise. My diamonds probably arenโt even real.

They have the worst customer service ever had to wait damn near 30 mins just to be seen and then when they did they told me to hold for another 39 mins smh.
