Initially the gentleman was dry and a bit rude. Before our transaction was over, the drop off of my shoe and the pick-up of my shoe, he was not as dry and quite a bit more friendly. I was pleased with the price of my service but I wasnt 100% pleased with the appearance of the work that was done to my shoe but because it isnt visible when you look down at the shoe, I didnt complain. I have the same shoe, opposite foot, worked on at another location in a different state and post repair I couldnt remember where the problem was, this time I could look at my shoe and see what was fixed. Nonetheless, Id visit this location again and have my shoe(s) repaired there. I would also refer friends and family but Id have to warn them with information about my experience.
